Mark Naylor Carpet Fitting

Mark completed a carpet and linoleum fitting job for me early this year in February of 2022. My whole house was finished within a couple of days. He completed the work at a budget we agreed on in a timescale that suited us both. He does not mess you around and delivers everything on what he says. His attention to detail is to be commended. Mark is a great guy you can talk to. Mark's experience was gained over many years to which I benefited from as the finished work is of a standard much better than that of what I was hoping for. Mark has done a superb job of fitting our stairs landing and bedroom carpet and worked till late to get the job finished. He arrived on time after a courtesy call. His experience and professionalism shone throughout He's a lovely friendly guy who goes out of his way to help, We can't praise him highly enough, such dedication is so refreshing to see. A perfect job by a perfect gentleman. No hesitation in giving him the highest recommendation.

Mark arrived on time, extremely friendly. He did a fantastic job and even helped us move the heavy kitchen appliances back in to place. We won’t go elsewhere now we have Mark. He is our floor person from now on. A keeper.

Mark came to fit new carpets in my Bedroom, Landing & Stairs. Mark rung me in the morning for a courtesy call informing me he would be at my house at 10:00am. He arrived exactly on 10:00am as promised. He was very polite and friendly. He explained the job and how long it would take and which rooms to complete first. After an initial inspection he informed me that although the carpet shop said I didn't need gripper rods he installed them as they were missing. He also noticed that the gripper rods on the stairs needed replacing although the carpet shop said they didn't, it was clear they did. Mark fitted them at his own cost and didn't charge me extra. This was 1 example of Mark not only doing a great job but an example of how much Mark cares about his work. The finished product is outstanding. Mark is a Master Fitter and you can see why he has this limited to a select few title. The carpets previously fit at my address do not even compare. Everything looks perfect. He took his time to ensure it was absolutely perfect and he did this all in the time he estimated. I don't usually recommend tradesmen but I would 100% recommend to any friends or family he has done a fantastic job. Great work and a top guy, thanks Mark.
