We’ve been using Mark and Sam for 18 months. Whether a boiler service, repair or new installation of our hot water cylinder, the work has always been excellent. There’s never delays, the work is exemplary, and when we needed a repair Sam came the same day. And to top it all off, both Mark and Sam are brilliant to deal with. Friendly and professional. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Sam and Mark were recommended to us by our builder to carry out both the first and second fix plumbing for our extension, which includes a new utility and shower room, as well as installing new radiators in multiple rooms. The first fix was completed efficiently, and the second fix will be finished later this month. So far, everything has been handled professionally — Sam has been reliable, communicative, and easy to work with, co-ordinating well with our builder and other trades people working on the project as needed. We’re really pleased with how things are progressing and would happily recommend Sam and Mark to others.

We had a fantastic experience with Sam for our boiler installation. We wanted to change our 25 year old boiler . We've put it off year after year . Always concerned about who to trust to undertake the work . I looked on Which trusted traders in the hope of finding a company that was reliable. I also crossed checked with Worcester Bosch to get an accredited installer for their boilers . From the moment I contacted Mark , he was fantastic. He always replied to any queries incredibly quickly. He came round on time to give us a quote . The price he quoted was very competitive and it was the price we paid . No nasty surprises. He fitted in with the installation date that worked for us . Harry and Rio worked tirelessly, to site the new boiler in a different place . They were polite and really easy to get on with . Nothing was too much trouble and any questions we had were answered. We've finally found a company who we will definitely use from now on . We will also be fully recommending family and friends go to them for any work they need doing .

Had been having issues with the Combi boiler flame cutting out. Phoned this business based on reviews here. The boiler was not working, so as well as fixing asked for a full service. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The engineer (Elliot) who turned up was professional and courteous. Left him to it. He had identified that the gas pressure was too low coming to the house, as well as two parts that were worn and needed replacing. He kept me informed as he was progressing work. He arranged for the Gas network engineer to visit to fix a pressure issue and did a full service. Excellent service and very reasonable rate. Will use again for sure and recommend to family and friends.

A superb service from start to finish. Mark surveyed the job and provided an excellent quote. Harry and Rio then fitted the new boiler within a day, taking extra care to protect our light grey carpet, and cleaning up afterwards. A polite, efficient and very competitive service. Highly recommended.

Mark and his amazing team took on the task on completely replumbing my very old heating system including removing and replacing an old oil tank in the back garden. The team of hard working specialists took ten days and did a fabulous job from attic to cellar. Their work is tidy and of a very high standard. We are very pleased with the work they completed for us.

Mark's son Sam just came and did our boiler service. He was friendly, polite and tidy as always. It's been five years since our ancient boiler broke down just before Christmas - Mark and his team swapped the boiler. A year later I had them re-plumb the whole heating system. They've serviced the boiler every year since. I trust them and am happy to recommend them.

Mark provided us with a quote for a new boiler installation. In the end we didn’t proceed with the work, but found mark to be really professional. Turned up when he said he would, quite was very reasonable and he knew his stuff. Wouldn’t hesitate to use in the future.

Harry came to fit fit our Combi-boiler, he was very courteous and well mannered from entering. He carried out the removal and refitting of our boiler very professionally without a hitch or any problems. My communication was with Mark Thompson which I was also very satisfied with, he answered any query I had very promptly and politely no matter what time, I would highly recommend this company and they would definitely be my first choice if I need any more work carrying out in the future.

Mark came out promptly to see the boiler issues I was having. As 100% expected I needed a new boiler - it was very old. Mark actively listened to my requirements and we agreed the best option for my house. A date was supplied for installation. Harry, a member of Mark's team, who was leading the installation was very personable and helpful, as was his colleague. They've made a very neat job of the installation. Mark's team also helped me with routing of an external gas pipe to enable renewing of my house. Again very neat work and everything done when expected.

We had a boiler that was old, and after a leak had meant it needed to to urgently replaced, they did so exceptionally quickly. Having previously being informed that I have Raynauds, a condition that means I need to keep warm, they made it a priority to fit it before the predicted snow fall. I am so grateful for this. Both the heating engineer, Elliot, who we had many dealings with over the weeks running up to the boiler breakdown, and the installer were professional and friendly. I have already recommended this company to my friends and work colleagues.

The job: to remove an old failed gas boiler, hot water cylinder, associated header tanks and replace with a new condensing gas combi boiler. Isolate and remove an old gas heater with flue. Replace a leaking radiator. The initial house visit by Mark Thompson put our minds to rest that we had chosen an excellent contractor to get the job done well. We were able to talk through how the job would be done and weigh-up the options without feeling confused or under any pressure. The estimate was clearly set out and everything we had discussed was included so we had no hesitation in allowing the works to commence. Harry (the installing engineer) was prompt, efficient, tidy, well mannered and completed the job with the utmost professionalism. Settling the invoice was straightforward and all receipts and guarantees were provided. Mark Thompson fitted a new Gas Boiler for us yesterday and it was completed in the day as they said it would. The 2 lads were great and made sure everything was working as it should be. What stood out was that the water would not drain down properly and in the end took ages and they were very late leaving (having started at 8.00am). However no complaints from them and no mention of extra charges, the job being done for the original estimate. Great job and no hesitation in recommending.

Following the failure of our Combi boiler we urgently required a replacement solution at our holiday let property in Whitby. Being from Leeds I spoke to Mark Thompson and discussed our requirements and the issues we had experienced with our old boiler. Mark was extremely knowledgeable regarding the pro's and con's of replacement boilers to suit our needs and advised us that a water heater was the most suitable and cost effective replacement. Mark despatched one of his fitters to Whitby working within very tight timescales to allow us to keep the cottage open for business. The work was carried out to an excellent standard with no mess and fully tested before being signed off as Gas Safe. I would like to thank Mark and his team for their great work and speedy response, which really helped dig us out of a hole.

Mark and Sam have recently completed a major refit of the heating and hot water systems in our house. The job included a significant new under floor heating system, new boiler, new pressurised cylinder, replacement radiators, app based multi zone heating control and 2 new bathrooms. We could not be happier with the work that has been completed and the proactive approach Mark took when designing what the house needed. We now have an efficient system that comfortably provides heating and hot water to all areas of the house without wasting energy heating the unused parts.

Just before Christmas, on the day we were expecting family from abroad, our heating started to fail. On what should have been his last working day, Mark turned out, diagnosed the problem, sourced a replacement part and fitted it, all before lunchtime. Fantastic service that saved our Christmas.

Mark and Sam did a great job of installing a new boiler for me. They converted my system boiler to a combi removing redundant tank and piping and relocating the boiler to a more convenient location. I’m really pleased with the job they have done. Mark came highly recommended from a friend and I can see why. I thought the cost of the work was really competitive, he was really flexible and managed to get the work done quickly in a timeframe that worked for me and the quality of the finish was great. Mark and Sam were really professional and personable and I would highly recommend them.

We had a major extension to our house, over several months, which involved relocating the boiler (1 year old boiler initially installed by Mark and his team) establishing a new unvented cylinder, new hot & cold water, new central heating radiators and piping to the first floor and rerouting of gas services (Ground floor was wet underfloor heating by others). Mark and his team (especially Sam) were flexible, turning up at various stages, to do enabling works, diversions and gradually establishing new systems over multiple visits. The final result is a first class installation and the plant area around the new boiler and cylinder is a master class in plumbing pipe work that deserves to be on show rather than hidden in the garage. My thanks to Mark and Sam for sticking with this project over several months to achieve the superb end result.

Mark is a good communicator and easy to talk to. He gave us helpful professional advice at the quote stage then he & Sam carried out the work in an efficient and tidy manner. They kept to their timetable and quote and kept us advised throughout. They also diagnosed and corrected a long standing problem with the system that had been misdiagnosed by others.
