This was a medium level job - boiler replacement in a different location and conversion of a traditional system with header tanks to a pressurised system with a new pressurised hot water tank (in a tricky location in my existing airing cupboard) and quite a bit of re-routing of pipework. MH Heating carried out the work efficiently on the promised dates at the quoted price. As usual with a job like this a few minor problems emerged but these were quickly solved without any difficulty within 1 day. From the point of requesting a quote to the completion of the job MH Heating kept me well informed about progress. Overall, I've been very pleased with the operation of my heating and HW since installation.

This was completed very efficiently and Stefan who completed the work was professional throughout and tidied up as he went along, so no mess. He also kept us entertained with his singing and is a true grafter, never stopped all day. MH Heating Solutions fitted a new Worcester Bosch system boiler for us. Our old boiler failed in the depths of winter, so the team moved heaven and earth to fit a boiler on the next working day. The plumber worked hard to complete the installation in a single day, and cleaned up the mess afterwards. The new boiler has worked without any problems for the past two months. The price of the boiler and installation was good, too. I highly recommend them, and will be using them for the new boiler’s annual service.

I recommend this company for all gas heating and plumbing services. I have used them on several occasions initially for routine maintenance and service to a boiler repair and more latterly for the recent installation of a new replacement state-of-the-art gas boiler. I found them to be the most competitive and responsive firm of the people I contacted for a quote. They replaced the boiler removed the old one and replaced the flu and drain and cleaned the whole system and balanced the radiators. They also fixed the electrics and sorted the wi-fi connection to the Hive system which allows remote access to the heating. They are a 5 Star company and I give them a 10 out of 10 for service, response, competence, value and price.

My central heating system, including the boiler, was installed in the 1980's and had been much less effective than originally. So I contacted MH Heating Solutions who are local and have good reviews, to replace the boiler with a new one which they recommended, and generally doctor up the system to modern standards. There were some problems with the upgrade due largely to the ancient boiler and plumbing, but Stefan (and electrician Charlie) resolved all problems efficiently, putting in extra time beyond the scheduled finish of the job to ensure all was working perfectly. The place was left clean and tidy including the new wiring and plumbing, and brickwork needed for the new boiler's flue was done very neatly. Couldn't ask for a better jump into 21st century heating!

Had a full central heating system installed replacing warm air system. I cannot express what a fantastic job they did from the initial contact with. MH Heating Solutions the quote and the finished job. The installation was very neat and they used existing vents etc. to feed the gas supply and pipes no ugly pipe work going down walls etc. Friendly team. No hidden costs true to their quote. Came on time did the work in two days. Can’t fault them. Would highly recommend.

Am new to the area and was looking for someone to service our central heating boiler, checked reviews and decided to give these guys a try, glad I did! Easy to book a convenient time slot and it was a fixed price so no unexpected extras. Engineer arrived on time very friendly and polite. Off to a great start as the first thing he did was to put a sheet down to protect the floor then cleaned the in-line filter (something I have never seen done in the past). Left him to carry on and had a call to explain that he was doing flow tests and was going to check the meter. Boiler passed tests but he did point out a couple of things that could have been done better when the boiler was installed (not by them). Nothing dangerous but little errors. What particularly impressed was there was no pressure to get them rectified, what I got was an explanation of what they were and possible consequences. Service was completed on time and everything left clean and tidy. I have worked in engineering all my life and if asked I must say I was impressed with the service and more importantly the engineer both with his work and attitude. Would I recommend this company, most definitely and I fully intend to use them myself in the future. If you are looking for a decent company these guys are well worth a look.

It was an absolute pleasure working with MH Heating Solutions from start to finish, We needed a new Combi Boiler installed, Martin came to do the quotation which he listened to our requirements and what our plans were, Elaine sent the quotation really quickly, with a date for installation which fitted perfectly with what we had asked for. They arrived on time to start the installation. Stefan ran through the whole procedure first before starting, and covered all carpet and working areas with protection. They actually finished that day instead of the 2 days they had booked in. Elaine then rang to see if all went ok and then went through the procedure of getting certification to us, and also knock some of the invoice because they had finished earlier. It was fantastic install, clean, tidy, no plumbing problems all tested, I would highly recommend this family run business.

M&H Heating Identified the problem with our heating . They carried out a power flush of the system and replaced one of the radiators. They also came back to remove the radiators as we had decorators coming in and then came back to refit them . I hadn’t asked for this to be done originally, but Elaine arranged this at short notice. The engineers that came to carry out the work arrived at the time arranged, they were very considerate, tidy and very helpful. Our boiler stopped working in Jan 2021 leaving us with no hot water in the depths of winter. After a day spent phoning around and getting nowhere we luckily came across MH Heating. I had employed MH Heating Solutions in the past for a number of boiler services so when I moved into a new property I thought I'd ask them for a quote to put in a whole new heating system as this property only had electric radiators. The quote they provided was very reasonable indeed. On the first day of the project they turned up on time with all equipment necessary. They worked at a good pace and were finished (everything left nice and clean), on schedule. Ever since knowing the firm I have always found them to be helpful, cheerful and professional, and have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone.

We have used MH Heating Solutions to fit a new boiler and an extra radiator in our house. It was a fairly big job as needed to move the boiler and reroute the pipes around. From the initial contact the service has been brilliant, Martyn visited to do a survey where he offered really honest and expert advice. Supplied and fitted unvented water tank replacing old gravity system due to poor water pressure. Excellent result - loads of hot and cold water and great pressure for showering. When our 15 year old hot water immersion heater started leaking Martyn gave me a quote for a suitable replacement based on our requirements. He arrived punctually and the old heater was drained and removed and the new one was fitted and plumbed in and the electrics connected by his electrician. I first contacted MH Heating back in March, but due to lockdown, the work was delayed until 23rd June however I was kept fully informed and I am pleased I chose MH Solutions to fit a new Worcester boiler and plinth heater. The work ran to the agreed schedule and quote I found the staff at MH Solutions (ie: the office manager, the electrician, and Martin) to be polite, efficient, and informative. The works took 2.5 days the last day included a system flush and testing. Martin arrived on time worked extremely hard and was very polite, efficient, and tidy in his work. We have,successfully, used Martyn on 2 previous occasions. He is our go to plumber and gas fitter. On this occasion we required a leaking hot water cylinder replaced and conversion of the system from a gravity fed hot water system, from a cold water tank in the loft, to a mains pressure system. As usual he came to inspect and quote for the work within a day or two of the initial phone call. The quote was fair and a suitable date could be arranged to carry out the work. He arrived promptly on the agreed date and worked tidily and professionally. He oversaw the work of the electrical subcontractors needed to rewire the central heating and solar panels. Removed all of the rubbish and left the site clean and tidy. The work was completed on time and to the quoted price even though there were some unexpected complications to overcome.

Our boiler finally gave up after many years of regular breakdowns. We chose MH Heating Solutions due to the excellent reviews and because they were an accredited Worcester installer. Also when Martyn came to visit we found him to be very helpful plus he spent some time checking the system to see where the issues were (several radiators weren’t working). Installation took 2 days and everything was clean and tidy afterwards. The performance of the new system was a huge improvement over the old. Overall, we’re happy with the standard of the work and the high ratings are well deserved.

I needed my old CH Boiler replacing plus upgraded gas connection, new TRV's etc. fitted, and radiators pressure flushed clean, & selected several suitable Traders to quote for the work. We had used Martyn at our previous address and found him be exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, the issue was with an existing system and he dealt with it immediately and very economically. We moved in to our new home and due to having an extension we needed additional pipework, radiators, boiler moved all this work was carried out by Martyn to an excellent standard even when our builders unfortunately caused a water leak which we found late one evening Martyn came round straight away to fix it for us. He is always pleasant and will oblige wherever he can I have recommended him to 2 family members and to a neighbour who have all been extremely pleased with his work.

First call was 6th Feb. to disconnect and make safe faulty gas cooker. Then 11th Feb. to fit new cooker - exactly on time and work carried out at figure quoted. We were not familiar with the engineers in Birmingham, so we used Trusted sites to identify suitable engineers. After several quotes from different suppliers, MH Solutions was found to be very competitive. We had a Megaflo 300 litre hot water cylinder installed on our first floor landing and the pipes were neatly installed from the boiler to this system. A quote was given and we were advised that it would take 2 days, then the work was completed slightly before time. Martyn came out to check over a PulsaCoil immersion heater that wasn't working properly. He sourced and fitted the part required and his electrician came later to synchronize the timer with the economy seven meter. Had radiators removed in preparation for plastering and emulsioning of walls, and when we had them replaced decided to have boiler serviced as well as cold running shower checked. Martyn only charged us for the cost of boiler service despite length of time it took to complete all jobs. Best price we’ve ever had for boiler service and most thorough. Can not fault any aspect of service provided - friendly, courteous and respectful of property and informative throughout.

Martyn was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. On arriving to give us a quote he put on overshoes which immediately showed us that he was going to be very professional in his approach to the job. We contacted Martyn for full central heating installation for our new house with a new boiler with 8 radiators and a smart thermostat. First impression was great as he was very genuine and not pushy , very knowledgeable and friendly. We had three quotes from different companies and his was highly competitive. He was able to give the installation date within 2 weeks. He was very punctual , came in at 7:45 am with his team and finished the full installation within a day. The result was very clean with no damage to the property even though he finished it in two days. I could not any fault as it was perfect and he even removed the rubbish and the old boiler for disposal. He had to install the nest learning thermostat on a different date as his electrician came on a different day. He registered the boiler and sent me the warranty documents quickly. He was such a gentleman that you could trust him instantly. He explained to me about the functionality of the boiler and the thermostat and it is working really well with no issues. The water pressure was low later but when i contacted him , he was very helpful and guided me over the phone and sent me pictures how to adjust the valve etc. His aftercare was superb. I have decided for my heating and boiler needs in the future , I will use only his company. I have already recommended to two of my friends. Above all, he refused to get the payment from me for atleast 2 weeks later until I am satisfied and happy with the installation.

Excellent service received from MH Heating Solutions for the following work: Boiler Replacement, new kitchen sink, new bath taps and reseal of bath, installation of washing machine and dishwasher, Gas Safety certificate. All appointments were easily agreed and times and dates honoured. Work completed within two days. Completely hassle free and professional service. No mess to tidy up post work. MH Heating Solutions had previously completed work for my 'in-laws' who were also very happy with the work completed. Highly recommend this small independent company.

I contacted Martyn about replacing our aged thermal store hot water and central heating system. Despite being geographically outside his usual area he came to view the job suggesting alternatives to my preconceptions. He provided quotes for the various options and we agreed a suitable solution of conversion to an unvented S plan system and set a date. Called Martyn at 11:00 re a leaking cold water inlet on our Baxi 105e Combi. He promised to arrive between 4:00 and 4:30 same day which he did and the leak was fixed in half an hour. We now have hot water! Very helpful and we're very pleased with repair - can't ask for more. Would definitely trust and use again.
