Matthew was able to respond quickly when our boiler wasn't working. He explained the problems clearly and even contacted the boiler manufacturer to determine how best to repair the boiler. He was able to come up with a great solution, that saved us the expense of a new boiler. When Matthew wasn't totally satisfied with some of the work he had outsourced he return free of charge to sort it himself. Matthew is a very reasonable and reliable guy that I would happily work with again.

The most recent work we had was fixing a leaky bathroom sink tap and fitting a new Combimate limescale prevention device under the kitchen sink. We have now used Matthew for all our plumbing needs since 2014/15 when he did all the plumbing work when we had a kitchen and bathroom refurb. We have always used him to carry out our annual boiler service (he originally fitted our new combi boiler when we had the kitchen refurb) and when we replaced radiators.

Matt from Masters plumbing, evaluated our boiler and diagnosed a fault common to the make and model. He expertly sourced the replacement part needed and repaired the boiler perfectly. At all times he was professional, precise and clean. 100% problem solved with no recurring issue.

The team provided a full boiler service and fixed a faulty mixer tap. They were fully communicative about the work to be done and we were very happy with the work. I have used Master Plumbing several times now and will continue to use in the future.

We had requested Master Plumbing Service to take a look at a loud clicking noise coming from the pipes when the radiator was turned on in the main bedroom. Matt correctly diagnosed the issues and came back with a team who drained the heating system to safely access and alter the pipework. They then carefully removed the original wooden floorboards without having to cut through the floor for quicker access which meant that the floorboards would retain their original appearance. This extra effort was a clear example of having their customer's considerations front of mind and while being a small detail, showed great care and professionalism which did not go unnoticed. They conducted the work thoroughly and ensured that the floorboards and pipes were re-secured and insulated. Finally, they tested the heating and whether the repositioning helped the noise and when complete, refilled the heating system. The team kept me informed throughout and explained the steps they took throughout. Very happy with the work done by Matt and his team.

Boiler issue - Engineer was very professional, kept me updated with his eta. After arriving and carrying out his investigation, he explained what the Issue was and what new part is required. Carried out repairs and also a full boiler service. Great service , highly recommend

On the latest occasion, a leaky pipe under the boiler was tightened. Previous work that I have had done consists of having my kitchen plumbing completely reworked for when my new kitchen was fitted and work to flush the radiators. Each time, the experience has been exceptional. Easy to contact and a very genuine and helpful person. All jobs I have had done by master plumbing have been completed to a high standard and have been extremely reasonable and fair when it comes to costs and payment. I highly recommend.

I had a leak from a gas hob. Matt was able to come out very quickly to isolate the hob so I could swith the mains gas back on for heating and hot water. He also quoted to fit a new hob- and did a really good job of fitting the new unit and coming up with a solution that worked for me. It's the second time I've used them and I really appreciate the friendly and professional service and transparent pricing.

Replacement of 40 year old boiler with new combi including associated pipework etc. Matt and his team turned up when agreed and were polite and professional throughout. They stayed on the job until the work had been completed so that we had hot water and heating and Matt returned the next morning for some final touches for the thermostat. MPS stuck to the estimate provided and there were no hidden charges. Overall I'm very happy with the service provided.
