We were recommended to Luke by a friend of a friend, and we are so pleased to have gone with the recommendation. Luke has been brilliant. He did a full rewire of our house, fitted a new consumer unit and fitted all of the smoke alarms. Additionally, a network cable (cat6) was installed in all rooms. Luke showed professionalism throughout and is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. We had a few timing errors at our end and Luke went out of his way to accommodate these in order to help us get what we needed done in time. Luke worked hard and showed dedication to the job, as well as thought and care. When discussing options, Luke's suggestions and opinions were honest, open, and professional. We will use Luke again should we need further electrics done.

Luke has done a great job solving various electrical issues and then re-wiring some unsafe wiring in my house, and replacing the whole fuse box. He was great at communicating when he could come to do the work and incredibly flexible (as I had a last minute change of plans). He has a very pleasant and 'can-do' attitude and is a trustworthy person to have in the house. He is clearly talented, and knows what he is doing. He cleared up the mess, took away packaging and followed up very quickly supplying the appropriate certificates. He made payment a straightforward process. So overall a lovely, trustworthy guy who is great at his job!

Luke have an honest quote for the job and stuck as closely to it as he could despite a few additions we requested. He is timely and easy to get in touch with - no trouble at all to have in the house and generally has a good attitude. I’m no expert at all but the work he’s done looks very neat and all works perfectly as we had hoped it would. Overall very happy with the service and we will be asking Luke back to complete our kitchen rewire in a few months.

Luke replaced an old fuse box for us, and added new circuits and lights for our new kitchen (which was very much needed as the wiring in our flat is very old!). He has been absolutely excellent, and we will definitely be recommending him to family and friends, and using him for any future electrical work. His quote was very reasonable, and the work was completed to a very high standard. He is very detail oriented and made sure to ask our preferences for things like the positions of switches etc. He was very good at explaining any issues with our wiring in a way that I could understand. He is also very punctual, and great with communication, as well as working well with the other trades we had coming in during our kitchen refit, even when various problems came up. He was even able to recommend an equally excellent kitchen fitter when we needed to replace our original fitter. An absolute pleasure to work with.

Luke at MasterTech carried out a full rewire and electrical upgrade of our 1930s house as part of a renovation. We are very happy with the work done and with Luke's approach. He was prompt, friendly and efficient in his work and provided clear and sensible advice whenever we had questions. He was co-operative and flexible when working alongside other trades during the works which was greatly appreciated. He quoted a reasonable price for the job and provided a full breakdown so that we knew exactly how the price was built up and what impact any changes would have which very helpful. The bill at the end was as expected. We have since used Luke for various other electrical bits and bobs and he has always been prompt to respond and his work has been to a high standard. Overall, we are very satisfied and happy to recommend MasterTech based on our experience.
