MC Heating Services LTD T/A DC Heating

Our warm air unit failed at Christmas only due to parts not being available. So after Christmas I contacted DC Heating UK a local firm, and they sent Chris to help us make an informed choice. They quoted for a modern updated install still with Air system but powered by a new Combi Boiler as disgust. Chris was clear and happily answer all my questions as to what I thought was our best choice. He was friendly and relaxed with NO pressure ever given, just clear info and full explanation throughout his visit. So at 08.30 on the 23/2/24 Martin and Ashley called and started the 3 day install. Just two days later Martin asked if I had a minute, as all the work was done and he needed to show me how it all worked! And what a system so much better than our old system, even though the install was difficult as they had to work around us, the end result was one the best installs we ever have had in our 70 plus years. The lads were professional clean in their working and left our house clean and tidy hence they will now be our annual servicing and repair company. 100% We would highly recommend them, and they should be your first go to choice for a quote if you need a upgrade or a new install or Repair. The quality of their work was outstanding. And everyone we we either spoke to over the phone or met face to face the level of Customer Service, was first Class. Since moving to Raunds in 2012 we have always used DC Heating and never had a problem, they are very courteous, respectful and helpful. If ever we had a problem they have always been there to help and put it right. I would certainly recommend them

Had 3 quotes from local companies and chose to use MC Heating as a few friends had used them with good feedback. They were not the cheapest quote but the work carried out reflected this. Good install of 3 radiators, change of heated towel rail and left clean and tidy. Will be using again when needed.

I cannot emphasise how professional, thorough and 'perfectionist' the entire operation from quote to completion was. New boiler and tank in the loft means it's all now out the way, up-to-date. Installed exactly in the timeframe quoted, and laid out with care and precision so that it's easy to manage and maintain. I never thought I'd be proud of my heating but the've done such a great job it's amazing!

We needed to replace our old Bosch Worcester boiler and contacted MC Heating by phone, they quickly arranged a visit to assess our needs, gave good advice and provided a competitive quote for the work. We agreed an installation date and the engineers arrived promptly, they put down protective covers before starting the work, they were polite and worked efficiently and were tidy at all times. They explained all operations of the new boiler and checked everywhere was clean before leaving.

Every stage of the process with DC Heating was handled very professionally and in a friendly manner. Arranging the appointment for the quote was very easy using the online contact form. The quote process was excellent, highlighting a large depth of knowledge about my system and what would be required. I received the written quote a few days later, which had a full explanation of the items quoted and what options there were. We agreed a date but was later offered an earlier date due to a change in their availability, which I happily agreed to. A team of 3 turned up exactly on time as agreed, and they all took time and care to understand the job and plan their day. They were very professional and courteous throughout and disturbance was minimal despite the large amount of work required in replacing my old boiler. I can't praise the engineers enough and I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

D C Heating were the last of four firms we invited to quote for the upgrade of our central heating system. Chris’s knowledge, expertise and advice was immediately, obviously superior to the other firms. Because of the start of the lockdown and my need to shield, the work could not start until the end of July. Martin and Ashley were very careful with their PPE and distancing. Their workmanship and professionalism was of the highest quality. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Our 16 year old boiler started making strange noises. We got a number of replacement quotes in from a range of suppliers. DC Heating were the local supplier. Chris came to assess and give us his quote. He was honest and factual - no sales pitch. Just clear advice which we appreciated. He didn’t phone the office to get us a better discount either! They matched national company prices. So we went with them. They gave us a installation date. Then our boiler died. We called them and they came to see if they could get in going until they could put in the new one. This wasn’t possible as the parts needed would have arrived the day before the installation date. So we shivered and “enjoyed” bucket showers for a few days. Then C-19 lockdown arrived. Martin and Ashley turned up as promised. We left them to it to respect social distancing (apart from making them the odd cuppa of course). They were neat and tidy in their work and didn’t stop until the job was done. They made sure everything was clean and as it was on their arrival. Explained how to use the new boiler and waived us goodbye. The office team were responsive throughout and checked we were happy. We couldn’t have asked for better service throughout. And we never knew how good a bath could feel after days without hot water! And a warm house too. Hats off to Chris, Martin and Ashley and the office team. Unsung Heros all.

Replaced & relocated boiler, ran all new gas & water pipes & replaced a radiator, removed old boiler, radiator, water tanks & old pipe work, started work on time, left alone in the house, left on time, finished on schedule, very helpful & informative, good price, worked quickly & efficiently, very clean & tidy, many thanks to Martin, Ashley & Alison! Having used DC Heating previously (following recommendation) for servicing of our original boiler, we had no hesitation in seeking a quote for inspection of our complete heating system, upgrade of parts where necessary, radiator flushing and installation of a new boiler. The two young men who carried out the work were very industrious, friendly and mannerly and left the work areas clean and tidy before leaving at the end of each of two working days. My wife and I agree that DC Heating provides a top-notch service and we can recommend them wholeheartedly.

The job of fitting a new boiler was done on time, despite a problem occurring with the gas pipes. The men were very pleasant, neat, tidy and trustworthy. I would recommend them to other people.
