Been looking for a decent plumber and Paul was him! Quick response and diagnostic. Sorted out my boiler no problems. Friendly, honest service, would deffo recommend and contact him as a first every time! A very happy customer ;-)

Boiler failed during Covid19 lockdown so needed immediate attention, & Paul McGrath Heating Services was first outfit I could find that was willing both to do the work and do it there and then. Spoke to Paul in the morning after boiler failed overnight, and he said he'd be there in the afternoon. He wasn't; he was there even quicker (arrived later on that same morning). Got straight on with the job; quick diagnosis, and sorted it out in no time too. Friendly & courteous, he explained what the issue was and what he did to fix it in a way that was understandable to me who knows nothing about these things. So all in all, very, very pleased with the work done and the amount I was charged for it.

Paul did a rapid and efficient job fixing my leaking water heater! He is also a very nice and polite person.

Cannot praise enough, after being told by various plumbers that the boiler would need replacing Paul proved to be a breath of fresh air. Due to his extensive knowledge not only was he able to fix a problem which previously had been told irreparable, but also quickly, efficiently and at a reasonably price. He was punctual,tidy and genial. I only hope none of his other jobs that day proved too technical and he made it home for a pint. Could not recommend more highly. AC

Paul arrived on time and communicated very well via email and text messaging to agree a time and date to service my 20 year old Bosch Worcester boiler. He did a thorough job of checking the boiler since it had been playing up during the cold spell earlier this year. He was very honest and at no point tried to sell me a new boiler, which to be honest I thought might be the outcome! I thoroughly recommend him for servicing boilers.

Paul has been two years running to service my boiler and has also has fixed a broken radiator and replaced a faulty boiler timer. I would recommend him without hesitation.

paul came on time as he explained what needed to be done. he put in a new boiler for us very polite and friendly and told us how the new boiler worked. a few hours later job was done and he gave us a gas cert as well, he left the job tidy and we got a good price. would recommend fitz.

No hot water in my house is a crisis! I needed a boiler fix fast. After working through the other similarly rated local Trusted Traders, Paul was the first to have availability on the day. All respect to the others, school summer holidays seemed to be the limiting factor. Paul did a great job for us! Courteous, on time, down to earth, tidy and very reasonably priced. Great communication! We planned the visit over the phone, confirmed it by SMS, invoiced by email and payment by internet banking. Job done! That's the way I like to do business! I would highly recommend Paul for boiler repairs and will definitely use him again in the future.

We found Paul online as we were looking for a boiler expert based locally, and he has been a terrific find. Boiler problems fixed at short notice and competitive cost, and when it became clear boiler needed replacing then this also arranged promptly. No problems at all since installation. In addition, Paul was willing to do some (non boiler) minor piping work that we needed at short notice, despite this being outside his usual remit, and this was done at very reasonable price. Quality of work excellent, very quick to respond, efficient and hard worker, extremely pleasant guy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Hi, Paul came over at relatively short notice after our boiler failed in the cold-snap. He confirmed the old boiler was irreparable, and we agreed on a quote for a replacement. On the day of replacement Paul and his colleague worked until 8pm to get the job done. They were careful, tidy and friendly.
