Jamie Hutton T/A MF - Complete Conservatory Care

Missed last year due to the lockdown but as ever the boys made an excellent job of cleaning my large and very dirty conservatory. It is now spotless and sparkling better than new. A terrific job as ever, punctual and would recommend them to anyone. I love being in the conservatory at all times.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Had I realised the method and care they took over cleaning our conservatory I would have had the job done sooner. So many people I contacted thought a high powered pressure hose was fine. I knew we had leaks and didn't want further damage. Jamie and his colleague hand cleaned my conservatory inside and out, cleaned the blinds, did repairs as well in spite of an hours delay cleaning a wide and deep gutter in preparation. Despite this turning out to be a bigger job than expected they did not ask to increase the quote. Having discovered some damaged finial Jamie found a match and fitted it last week. They worked non stop and were true professionals. I would not hesitate in using them again. They took a pride in their work and were genuine pleasant guys to have in our home.

I’d used this company before and having just had a new roof put on our conservatory, the rest of the conservatory UPVC, window tracks, blinds and windows were looking dirty and dull in comparison. Bradley and Chris came and have done a brilliant job once again, restoring everything to look as if the conservatory has just been installed. Couldn’t be happier and will now look to get all the outside of the house valeted.

From the initial point of contact to the completion of the job these guys are true professionals. I was really nervous about having the Conservatory cleaned - we hear so much about leaks. Jamie was so reassuring. He explained how the work would be carried out & to quote said ' We have done 1000s don't worry ' They arrived on time and what lovely guys. The Conservatory is 20 years old and has never been cleaned professionally. When these guys finished it looked as if it had just been erected - spotless, shining white with windows and roof that just gleamed both inside and out. Honestly, l would recommend them to you without the slightest hesitation. I have asked them back in the autumn to valet the whole outside of the house including the weatherboarding and l have 100% trust that the house will look amazing when they leave. I only wish other traders operated at the standard of Michael Francis & Co. Thank you guys!

We have just had our Conservatory (14 year old) given a deep clean by Michael Francis. We have had this done every two year since the warranty expired. The first time by a nationally well known company but the last twice by Michael Francis. His work has been excellent and at least as good as the National company but at a significantly lower price. He and his colleague thoroughly clean both the inside and outside including the glass roof sections that are otherwise hard to reach. It has rained overnight and beaded water droplets are running off in a very pleasing way. The gutters have been thoroughly cleaned and the conservatory looks as good as new. Minor defects that could not be considered part of the cleaning process have been pointed out, so I can get these remedied in due course. There work was good clean and tidy and it was good to see that safety issues such as tying off ladders were carried out as routine. I have absolutely no complaints and have no hesitation in recommending this friendly efficient company.

We were new customers, they came twice, once to look at the job and then to do it. Both times they were very polite and professional. Our conservatory is one of those that doesn't lend itself to being cleaned, but they took the challenge and did a great job. It was pouring with rain the whole time, but they kept going nonetheless. They were very respectful of our house and garden which unfortunately I cannot say about other tradesman we had in the past. We will definitely use them again!

Conservatory had not been fully cleaned for 15 years. Jamie and his colleague did a fantastic job and bought it back to brand new. Polite and friendly and job completed in good time. Would highly recommend.

It's not the first time we have used the company to clean not only our conservatory but also the gutters, fascia and soffit boards, we can highly recommend them. The team always arrive on time, put in a hard days work, and are very professional and polite. Thank you to Jamie and Chris for pointing out a fault with the installation of a replacement glass roof panel, before we had major issues. Considering the man hours that have been spent on cleaning our conservatory inside and out, it's great value for money. Thank you Jamie and Chris for doing another great job, the conservatory is spotless.
