Mike (sales) was extremely helpful when quoted, there was a bit of a delay with the units I had ordered (no fault of Midland Air Conditioning, just a supplier issue) so they upgraded my units to ensure these would get installed in July, fantastic customer service! Katy from customer service was extremely efficient and prompt in answering all of my many questions. Callum and Tyler were really professional installing the units over 3 days, I literally didn't know they were there, kept me informed throughout the day and were so friendly, cleaned up as they went and finally Dan (electrician) was very efficient and they finished the job of installing 3 air con units within 3 days. Will recommend to all my friends and family.

Following the summer of 2022 I decided AC was no longer an option. Checking the Which Trusted Traders site I found Midland Air Conditioning had very good reviews and was my nearest provider. Following my initial contact I was visited by Nathan who pointed out the best options and we decided on two separate systems, one downstairs and one upstairs. Having paid the deposit Katy ordered the parts and arranged a fitting date, allowing two days. On the day Callum and Pete turned up at 09:00 and by the end of the first day had completed the internal work. During the morning Matt the electrician turned up and provided the necessary wiring from the consumer unit. The next day they had finished by 12:30 having tested the installation and cleaned up. I must say the standard of clean up was first class, leaving very little for us to do. Also the two engineers were very efficient and friendly. Following the installation Emma back in the office set up a direct debit for our maintenance contract. The whole process was very smooth and efficient, and everyone involved was friendly and helpfull. I am very pleased with my selection of MAC and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any potential customers.

I chose to purchase and install my EV charger from MAC as it was important to me to have the installation done properly. My garage is detached from my house by some distance and my electrical distribution boards are probably not conventional by current new-build standards. I felt immediately confident from the initial sales conversation and I was able to choose the brand of charger that I felt would satisfy both my current and potential future needs, perhaps if I decide to install solar panels at some stage. The installation went very smoothly and the communication was great throughout. I have no doubt that my neighbours will ask me about my experience and will also be using MAC for the EV charger installations in due course.

Had our two air conditioning units serviced again by this company. Excellent, fast and efficient communication via email and they sent another lovely, polite gentleman who gave everything a thorough check. We will definitely be using them again in the future for any issues/servicing. Thanks again.

My elderly mother lost all her power. I rang two other trusted trader electricians first but they could not help. This company found one in 10 minutes and he was there promptly. He made sure everything was ok and charged a very reasonable fee for a callout. Will consider using again.

MAC Installed an Air source Heat pump system to a bedroom and my Sun Room from start to finish the communication has been excellent and the quality of the work from the Installation team was excellent the work was completed over two days with limited upheaval The skill of the installers was apparent with the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend MAC.

It's the second house that I've had air conditioning installed by MAC. The first units I had were Toshiba and got us through a couple of hot summers which were great. This time we had Mitsubishi LNs and they are fantastic. Amazing colours (we had red and black units) and fully controllable through the app or a browser. Really good looking bits of kit. The install was completed just before the record breaking 40+ degree heat we've just had. Walking around a 19 degree house in a hoodie when outside was unbearably hot :) Professional and personal service all the way. Anthony said that he likes to look after his customers and he does, answering messages and calls at all hours. He doesn't stop working he says, I suppose that's how you run a successful business. Would definitely recommend if you're considering air con and you really should the way our summers are going. Everyone I mention it to says they wish they had so why not just get it done?

Had a single-room wall-mounted AC unit install which was on the first-floor. Engineers on site were both professional and very clean with their work. No clean-up was required after they had completed their job. Job was done super neatly as well, with everything trunked nicely and outdoor condensor unit installed neatly against brickwork. Customer Service both pre-install and post-install has been fantastic and excellent. There might be slightly cheaper installs available in the West Midlands, but I have NO REGRETS going with this company, due to their warranty policy and quality of engineers/level of work + customer service. Been a pleasure and look forward to using this company in the future for maintance of my new install and possibly new future installs!. Cheers!

I was new to this company but their friendliness good advice and only recommended what I needed and didn’t in courage in extra spending if it wasn’t needed. They were excellent service very quick with their work in and out left the rooms very clean after themselves. The owner is very hands-on with his business he came in the morning before the work started made sure everything was ok any questions I needed answered etc then once the job was completed he came again to make sure everything was working properly and we were happy etc. Called a few weeks after this also to make sure everything was good. I absolutely recommend this company they were very efficient friendly and excellent service. I absolutely loved the personal touches they give as a company and the prices were also very good.
