Annual Boiler and Gas Fire Service completed to the usual high standard. Very easy and professional company to deal with pleasant booking and admin staff. Chris is a highly competent service engineer and the whole team are always very helpful. We had our new combi-boiler fitted in November last year. The work that was carried out was to a really high standard by a knowledgeable friendly engineer. We had our boiler serviced by the same lovely engineer this year. We continue to be impressed with the service our boiler is giving us. We have found it to be much more economical saving us money each month. Today we lost power to our boiler and hive which hasn’t happened before. So I called the office out of ours. Rob was amazing over the phone. He talked me through what could be the problem and quickly came to a resolution. We are so grateful for the time and care he gave us. We are going to take much more care when accidentally knocking switches off in the store cupboard. Thanks again to a great company.

I can't recommend Midland Central Heating highly enough. From the first contact in getting the quote to the job being finished the whole experience was superb. I was new to the area, Rob who come to give the quote was very pleasant, before he even started to quote we spent a long time talking about the local amenities and places to visit, what's good for children (as I have 3) from schools and parks to places visit for the family. During the quote, Rob made sure I understood everything he was talking about with what needed to be done and why, this ensured I wasn't getting into anything I didn't quite understand and all questions I had were answered with confidence. The job itself was completed very efficiently. Mike, Chris and Rob were brilliant and nothing was left undone. The pipework, new boiler, brickwork was all done with such care and looks great, there was literally nothing to clean up after them and I must say that I wouldn't even consider using anywhere else now. The whole team are such pleasant people and overall I received nothing short of exceptional service.

We cannot thank rob and mike for the installation of our boiler on Saturday 23rd November. they were so kind and rang the day before and asked if they can check if they could come and see what parts were required and did not want to leave us without heating and hot water for any longer. I just wanted help
I called to try to get help for my dad’s boiler. To be told that there was no one to help me. The receptionist was very helpful and did give me some suggestions. But as someone who has no experience in boilers, I am not in a position to know what I really need to do. I did point this out, I was told it probably needed to be looked at, which I absolutely agree with, however, there was no one who could come out - ever - by all accounts because there was no offer of an appointment at any time in the future (near or far) Just the nice reception lady telling me to try a new fuse. Which hasn’t worked so here I am back to square one Thanks

We have just replaced our boiler and a radiator through Midland Central Heating, a couple of months after moving into our new house. The service was excellent throughout, and Mike was a pleasure to have in the house while doing the work. We felt well informed and the work was done in a timely, efficient manner, and everything was left clean and tidy on completion. Brilliant.

Leaking Stopcock Advice
We have used this firm to install a boiler and complete servicing. They're a friendly bunch and the work has been quality. When my stopcock pipework failed I attempted a repair and although the pipework was sound the tap itself was still leaking. I called Cath and explained the situation with the view to getting a professional in to do the job properly and replace the stopcock. Cath passed me on to Rob who was kind enough to explain what else I could try before paying for a call out. His advice was spot on and I have managed to complete the repair myself. Honest and truly helpful! Thank you so much!

Excellent service provided from start to finish for a new combi boiler installation. Our old boiler completely packed up, contacted Rob who came out promptly to advise and quote was received the same day. Happy with quote, installation date booked, they were extremely busy due to the severe weather conditions but managed to fit us in as soon as they possibly could. On day of installation Mike and Rob worked so hard. Had to deal with several issues out of their control (mainly due to the cowboys who fitted our previous boiler!!) but these were dealt with true professionalism and eventually we had hot water and heating again. So impressed with communication, punctuality, reliability, workmanship, friendliness and tidiness. Would highly recommend using this fantastic company. So glad we chose them, will not use anyone else now, make you feel completely at ease. Thank you Rob and Mike for everything.

New boiler fitting

Rob came to survey for fitting a new Worcester Bosch 400 and to quote, he arrived on time as arranged and also gave costings for shower fitments to replace the electric unit. I accepted the quote immediately and the fitting was arranged to be done within two weeks. Mike came at the time arranged and completed all work in two days, work was done to the highest standards in a clean and efficient manner. We now have an efficient and reliable heating system and an excellent gas-supplied shower. My thanks to Rob and his team at Midland Central Heating Ltd
