Rob replaced a combi boiler for my mum and was super helpful in dealing with us. At the time he followed up by checking everything was okay and the office called to arrange checks. Rob was brilliant with Mum - explaining and checking that everything was set up and how she needed it. He is a patient explainer. The price and service were great. With the recent extreme cold snap, we had a problem with the boiler shutting down due to a fault. Rob responded swiftly and remembered mum and also that she has hearing difficulty. He patiently talked her through emergency resets and when he spotted that it was a condensate pipe issue came out very quickly and resolved it. He made sure that he checked that mum had adequate other heat sources and did everything to reassure both her and myself. Could not recommend highly enough.

First contacted Midlands Central Heating in October to obtain a quote for a full central heating instalment which included removal of warm air unit and some associated ducting, to be replaced with new boiler and radiators. Rob who came to assess was both Professional and knowledgable and it was obvious he liked his work and customers .the work commenced on the agreed date and was completed on schedule,both Chris and Mike the technicians despite a few gliches not in their control worked hard and competently and completed the project in the time agreed.what makes this company stand out is the fact that you can actually talk to people from the girls in the office to Rob the owner .should you have any queries at all.Nothing is too much trouble.

Excellent customer service and advice
My Worcester Bosch boiler which was only 6 years old had developed a fault that most other suppliers had recommended changing to a new boiler at significant cost. Rob from Midland Central Heating went through the problems with the boiler on the phone and deduced that the boiler could possibly be fixed at significantly less cost than replacing with a new boiler.

Rob advised us on a new boiler very nice knowledgeable man, Michael fitted the boiler he was polite and hardworking even offered to help put the furniture back we had put out of the way for the job to be done. Chris came to help out the next day, everything was tidied up before they left wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Combi boiler installation

We had a new Gas Combi Boiler fitted over 3 days on the 19th - 21st Apr. This was the date we agreed with Rob (Midland Central Heating Ltd). Chris the gas engineer came on the Monday and explained what was going to happen. He soon ripped out the old system and installed the new combi. The whole process was smooth and professional and Rob and Chris are a credit to the company. I would also like to thank Aimee in the office who gave us all the information we needed.

From the start of the process of finding a new boiler Midland Central Heating kept me well informed, arrived on time and were always very respectful and courteous. Midland Central Heating recently installed our new Worcester Bosch boiler and an extra radiator in the front bedroom. Very pleased with service received, from initial contact through to installation. Rob gave sensible, helpful advice regarding the best boiler for our needs. Price was competitive; 10 year guarantee and 0% finance icing on the cake. Engineers Chris and Mike were friendly and polite, worked professionally and efficiently, and left the job clean and tidy. Office staff also very efficient. Very happy to recommend this company.

Patient and helpful with initial questions & always returned phone calls. All staff helpful, polite and professional. Fitters worked hard and pay good attention to getting it right. We've had our replacement combi for a year now and are very pleased. Efficient and reliable.

My central heating stopped working less than 10 days before Christmas. I called up Midland Central Heating (worried we weren't going to be warm again until some time in the new year) and after a few minutes, we found the problem - a faulty three-port valve. Rob not only gave me sound advice on my options but was somehow able to arrange a replacement for the same day! Mike did a great job of fitting the new equipment. He was polite, efficient and made sure everything was working as expected once he'd finished. He even balanced the radiators and changed the settings on my pump for me as I'd been struggling to get the downstairs radiators to heat up as much as the upstairs ones. I couldn't be happier with the service from these guys, they really go the extra mile.
