Everyone I spoke to was really helpful. The fitters arrived as planned and were polite. They worked quickly and left no mess. Rob and his staff in the office explained everything I needed to know. Overall a very good experience.

Had new boiler installed at much better price than quoted by British Gas. The quality of workmanship was high. Unfortunately a hidden problem was uncovered, leading in unforeseen delay in completing the installation. As a result we were couple of days with no heating (during a cold snap). The office were very good at keeping us informed about when the engineers would arrive, and they were punctual. The job was completed appropriately. Would be happy to use again and for other central heating issues.
