Mizzen Construction Heating & Plumbing

Mizzen replaced my old ‘megaflow’ type heating system with a combi boiler. They also replaced my shower, a radiator, two toilet seats and an outdoor tap. Once the tank was removed, they converted the space into an airing cupboard. I was very impressed with their professionalism and experience. Both plumbers and the carpenter did an excellent job and they were really easy to work with. They consulted me at every stage and wanted to make sure I was happy before they continued any further. They were considerate and made very little mess. I am very impressed by how they really cared about doing a good job. They took pride in their work which is rare these days.

I contacted Mizzen Construction Heating & Plumbing after finding them on Which? Trusted Traders. I was looking for quotes for a replacement bathroom. I was impressed from the start. Charlie, and all his employees, were friendly, professional and hard working. I was given a quote, which whilst not the cheapest, was reasonable and was within my budget. The reason I chose Mizzen Construction was because I had confidence that they had the experience and skills to deliver what I wanted and that proved to be the case. The bathroom had to be completely replaced including dealing with some serious damp problems. I was impressed by the positive attitude and the attention to making the work as smooth as possible. There were some snagging issues along the way but I was always able to contact Charlie by 'phone or messaging, and problems were resolved promptly and without fuss. I hadn't undertaken a home improvement project on this scale before and the support and guidance from Charlie and his team was much appreciated and made the whole process so much less stressful. The work was delivered to budget and although it took longer than originally estimated this was through no fault of Mizzen Construction. I was and am impressed with the quality of the work delivered and very happy to have a brand new bathroom that exactly meets my needs.
