As always, Jamie arrived on time, was polite, friendly & businesslike. His work was neat, he explained what he was doing & discussed it when appropriate with us, & tidied up perfectly afterwards. He also helped most willingly with another, unexpected, small job. It was a pleasure to have him with us.

From start to finish service with Morgan and Cuss has been excellent. From the first email and continued response from Dale, he came out to do the quote with samples for me to look at and some advice. Work then commenced 4 months later as this was more convenient to me. On the first day Marley arrived prompt and on time quickly followed by Dale, straight away work started and throughout I was kept informed on what was happening on each day. There were a couple of issues on my part that Dale quickly resolved. The work was completed in a week and a half and we are extremely happy with our fresh, bright, modern bathroom. We would definitely reccomend Morgan and Cuss and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Our previous experience of Dale and Jamie was very good ( see previous review15/04/2021) so when we required a revamp of dated Ensuite it was a simple decision to ask Dale and Jamie to complete the job. From start to finish the standards and tradesmanship were excellent . Dale takes a real pride in his tiling and the end result was stunning. Marley who assisted with the job is a real credit to Morgan and Cuss and himself. The end result was first class and we would highly recommend . Morgan and Cuss are friendly, polite and professional and we will not hesitate to use in future , and annually trust with our Boiler service . Well done Dale and Marley on a great job.

I was with British Gas total nightmare until a good friend recommended Morgan & Cuss. Three years down the road very accommodating during the pandemic. Punctual efficient and excellent service. Boiler, shower, pipework, not to mention the annual gas safety certificates.

After contacting Morgan and Cuss for a quote for a full bathroom upgrade, Dale arranged to visit within a couple of days and brought a selection of brochures, flooring and panel samples (although we already had an idea of what we required). Within a week we had a quote with a full breakdown of work to be completed of which we accepted, then a date was finalised to start the work. On the start date, Dale, Harvey and Marley arrived nice and early and started the install. From first arriving to completing the full bathroom upgrade, the team were professional, punctual, clean, reliable and kept us informed at each stage. From ripping out the existing bathroom suite, to what days the plasterer and electrician were arriving, to doing the flooring, and then finally installing the shower and bathroom suite. Absolutely over the moon from initial contact to the finishing product. Fully recommend Morgan and Cuss.

Have now used Morgan & Cuss six times over the last two years (and have left reviews previously). They are an excellent firm, reliable, high quality work, swift response and very friendly. Recommended them to our son and near neighbours, who had substantial projects with them, they were delighted with the service. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Morgan & Cuss were recommended by our neighbour, and have repaired & serviced our boiler, and installed a new radiator. They are always reliable, efficient and polite, and the charges have been fair, even advising when work/new parts are not required. We will use them again and can be recommended.

Jamie is professional, honest, reliable, courteous, keeps customers informed and always put the customer first. Jamie has serviced my boiler and renewed the timer when I moved house last year. I then experienced another problem with my boiler losing pressure -Jamie advised that it would be cheaper for me to get the boiler company direct to complete the repair as they usually do a one-off repair. Jamie did not have to advise me of this but he did which I am truly grateful as this did save me some money. I have never come across a tradesman who is this considerate, honest and looks after his customers the way he does. Jamie has serviced my boiler/gas fire and cooker each year and I would not go to anyone else now. Jamie recently installed a new radiator and repaired my toilet.... I had a competitive quote, they arrived on time and work was completed when planned. Jamie always explains what needs to happen to complete the work so there are no surprises. I would recommend Jamie 100% as he plans with you what needs to be done without any pressure and always comes to do the work when it suits you.

I made a call to Jamie on Wednesday to ask if he could replace a broken shower. He quoted a fair price and said he could do it on Thursday. Marley and Harvey arrived at 9am and commenced work. During the work they raised a concern about the electrics becasue of damage found inside the older shower. I received a phone call from Jamie advising he'd need an electrician to check the cabling was ok before they proceeded. I really appreciated Jamie's honesty and professionalism on this. I agreed that we should get an electrician out to check things. We thought we'd have to be without a shower for another few days. Not at all all! Jamie arranged for Nev, a trusted electrician he worked with, to call in and check the electrics - and it is a good job he did as he found a few other issues that needed addressesing, which he fixed and gave the go ahead to Jamie to fit the replacement shower. And then Marley & Harvey arrived back 2 hours later to fit the replacement shower. Simply great service all round from those involved from start to finish. Morgan and Cuss and Nev are are now on the top of our list of preferred tradesmen! Paul & Clare
