At Morley Gardens we love what we do, working with you in creating amazing spaces at your home.
I’ve come a long way since working at my local garden centre, my degree in Garden Management really cemented my passion. I passed with merit and got 98% in Soil Science, ask me about masopores and micropores and you’ll have me talking for hours!
Working closely with clients on bespoke projects was always a passion of mine, so starting Morley Gardens was a dream come true. I’m so proud of what my team and I have created since we started the business. I believe the spaces we create and how closely we work with our clients demonstrates that we genuinely care.
Our reputation has spread and we are proud to say most of our work comes from recommendations.
Gardening might sound simple but making the jigsaw of so many different materials and elements work in harmony is a challenge I’m obsessed by.

Rob and his team have done an amazing job in completely redesigning our front driveway. We have a large tree that was causing some old wooden barriers to buckle and they were at risk of collapse. Rob worked with us to design a solution that looks great and will be durable. Really pleased with the overall quality of the work and he has been very responsible when it came to some minor snagging points and has been back to put a plan together to sort them out. Highly recommend Rob and his team!

I'd had water penetrating my kitchen wall for a while which had caused problems, such as plaster crumbling and plug sockets tripping. Morley Gardens spent time assessing what the problem was. They repointed the external wall, repaired and sealed the internal walls and repaired a pipe which was leaking. They also cut back my external decking.

A range of hard landscaping was required, extending the drive by converting the front lawn into a parking space, installation of some fencing and a gate as well as creation of steps to an existing shed at the side of the house. But the most significant work was at the back of the property where a failing 1960s patio and sloping garden was replaced by a small level lawn, two large, level, retained planting areas and some large paved areas. Robert visited us several times to talk through our plans, measure up and provide quotations. One of the best things about the experience was the ability to modify the plan several times before the work started to arrive at an agreed price, but also to make some changes during the build. These changes were always accompanied by an updated schedule of costs, meaning there were no unpleasant surprises at the end

We had an area in our back garden re-decked, including the renewal of the supporting structures required as the decking is on a slope. In addition an overhanging rambling rose needed trimming to allow access to the site and our hot tub needed to be moved. Morley Gardens was very professional, provided a detailed and accurate quote and carried out the work to the required specifications. Even though the quote was more dear than other traders quotes, the quality of the work is exceptional and the workmen worked tirelessly through bad, wet weather in order to complete the project within the given time frame. They were polite and worked very hard. Robert Morley himself checked in regularly and was very responsive throughout the works being carried out.

Complete landscaping of our front garden. This included removal of a stump from a very large ash tree that had to be felled because of Ash dieback. It also included the removal of a very high and ugly hedge. Morley Gardens helped design the garden, selected the plants and small tree- showing us photos from the garden centre of what was available and also ensuring the gardens was taken care of whilst we were away on holiday.

Robert and his team did an excellent job on our property including fencing, decking and paving to a high standard. We particularly like the use of the what’s app group with updates on progress, deliveries of supplies, photos of each stage of the work and any days works couldn’t be completed due to poor weather, so all involved were kept informed regularly. First time home renovation and building works can be stressful and overwhelming, as we had previously learned. This was our first time commissioning a landscaping company and apart from one small instance of miscommunication, Robert and his team made the process as smooth and as stress-free as possible and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
