Thank you to the whole team who helped my Mum and Dad move out of their family home of 53 years and into a new apartment. From start to finish the service was outstanding. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We elected to have the packing service as well, every item was treated with care and respect. I cannot recommend Move On highly enough. Thank you for helping my parents and treating them with such kindness.

We recently used Move on Removals for our move from London to Bristol, and they were absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. The quote process was effortless - Jo took the time to explain everything in detail and even amended it to fit our budget. When our exchange date was delayed and everything was up in the air, Jo was incredibly flexible, even renting another van to ensure they could accommodate us at the last minute. On moving day, they were a dream to work with. The team worked quickly and efficiently, handling everything with care—nothing was damaged during the move. They also used eco-friendly packaging to protect our fragile items, which we really appreciated. When we arrived at our new home, they even put our furniture back together, which was such a big help. We couldn’t recommend them enough—outstanding service from start to finish!

My experience with Move On Removals and Storage, was excellent from start to finish. My completion date took a while to be confirmed and changed a few times, but Jo was very understanding and tried to fit around me as much as possible. Any emails I sent were responded to promptly. The removal team when I moved out, and another team when I moved into my next property, were all fantastic. They were hardworking, friendly, trustworthy and professional- and on time. No situation was a problem for them, even though some of my furniture was a challenge to get out of the house! All fragile items were carefully wrapped up and protected and nothing was damaged or broken. I would very much recommend using this company to anyone.

If you were to see the photos, they say it all; the move caused significant damage to our goods and property and created undue stress and anxiety. We received no meaningful support during or after the move and felt far from the promised "exclusive level of service." Adding to our frustration, we have since discovered further damaged and missing items after submitting the insurance claim, which we will now have to replace. The cost to replace damaged goods with new was over 5k; the insurance claim accounts for depreciation, so fell far short of that. During the move, it was evident that the team was unprepared. They failed to pack three vans on the first day as agreed, despite us expressing concerns about the importance of leaving on time due to challenges with our buyers. This resulted in us departing over two hours late, with the buyers waiting on the driveway as goods were hurriedly thrown into the van. Consequently, we arrived at our new house at 10 pm, leaving little time for the team to unpack carefully. The rushed and incomplete unpacking speaks for itself through the damage documented in photos. In the end, we agreed for the team to leave, as they were clearly exhausted and eager to return, leaving the job unfinished. This experience has fallen far short of the standards this company promises, and we are now left to deal with the consequences.

The team that carried out our removal were a friendly crew and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them.

We recently moved from our flat in North London to our new home in South London. Removals and storage experts were fantastic from start to finish. Particularly Kian and Milosz who helped us move ok the day. Very efficient, careful and communicative. The move went so smoothly I couldn't recommend them enough.

James, Callum, Joe, Rich L, Geoff, Marc and Jim were all part of the team that carried out our complex move over a period of 3 days. We had the packing and removal service. The packing was efficient and once done, a walk-through was carried out to ensure nothing had been missed/overlooked. The removal and van unpacking was carried out with care and they checked with us where items needed to go which really helped us to unpack the boxes quickly and begin to settle in. Everyone worked tirelessly and even stayed on longer than expected to complete the van clearance. Thanks to everyone at Move On for your fantastic customer service from the first visit, in the admin team and the frontline staff for a brilliant and stress free moving experience. We will recommend you to our friends and family.

We had a really excellent experience with this company - from their visit to give us an estimate right through to our moving day and beyond. Very professional and friendly team who went to great lengths to complete packing and removals and good time. It great care with our possessions. Promptly came to pick up empty boxes and packaging when requested

I was recommended 'Move On' by my estate agent, as I was in search of a reliable company who would take great care of precious furniture and belongings. I am so glad I chose this company - I really could not have asked for better! From the initial visit and quote to the last day itself - it was like clockwork. They used 5 small vans - much better than the huge vans that struggle in small cul-de-sacs, or finding somewhere to park. Everything was meticulously wrapped and handled with great care. The team were exceptionally well organised - and you couldn't wish for a nicer set of people - they were really kind, thoughtful and friendly - there was no rush or pressure, all very patient and understanding. The office/admin staff were lovely too - always helpful and friendly, and happy to answer all my questions. All in all - this company and the excellent team made what could have been a very stressful day, into a fun, calm and positive experience that I will always look back on with enjoyment! I highly recommend this amazing company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I needed to in the future. The team; James, Max, Jim and Callum went above and beyond, they were all chatty and friendly and very professional, they worked impressively cohesively and even though it was tiring watching them, they never showed it to be hard work! If Callum and Jim, hadn’t stayed later to put together our bed, we would have been on the sofa as I think our energy levels died before theirs and they all definitely worked 100000x harder than us! They were clear with communication, asking where things should go, helpful with tips about unpacking and moving, honestly I cannot rave enough how good they were. From start to finish, of contacting you, to the survey, to the move, to now at the end, I am so impressed, as are my mother in law and husband!

I don’t often write reviews but the service I received from James, Rich & Marc yesterday was exceptional. From the moment they arrived they were efficient, effective and I knew they would stay until the job was done (they were still unloading boxes in the dark due to a delay releasing the keys) My experience of moving has taken 10 months, stress and a lot of determination but the guys couldn’t have done more to support me on the day. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness were exceptional - the day before the move when they packed most of my items for me, they deliberately didn’t pack my alarm clock in case I needed it for the following morning. It’s not often you see service like this, so it’s important to recognise it. Thank you James, Rich and Marc - professional, friendly and genuinely wonderful people for whom nothing is too much trouble.

We chose Move on from the recommendations of friends. From my first call to Jo in the office, I was struck by the warmth and professionalism of the company. We were 'pencilled in' and they came as promised. I must mention Joe and Richard on Day 1 were amazing followed by Joe, Lee, Jeff, Jim and James on Day 2. They all were friendly and efficient. As the work progressed we were included in discussions. The house and property were treated with the greatest respect at all times. The whole job was in budget with no time wasted. I highly recommend this Company that works to the highest standards.

We were so impressed with the professionalism and overall manner of the Move On team. From the initial on-site survey, to dealing with invoices and queries, all the way to the team that did the move. Everyone we have dealt with has been polite, helpful and respectful. On the day Joe was leading the team and he was joined by Jim and Rich. They were very good in putting protective mats over the floors and doors, took good care of the properties and our belongings. They stayed for the whole day until everything was put in the right place, all furniture was assembled and the floors were cleared. Can’t recommend them enough, thank you.

We used Move On Removals & Storage to move and store furniture during a project to renovate and redecorate our house. The company were thoroughly professional and helpful throughout the whole process. James and Marc were the team on the removal day and were excellent – friendly; courteous and most helpful. I used Move On Removals for a long distance move from Bristol to Yorkshire. The pre-move service was excellent - including a second quote after I had reduced the amount of things to be moved. Jo's calm support when finding and moving potential dates was great and there were none of the hidden extras some other companies charge. The team over the four days of packing and moving (Callum, James, Lee, Geoff and Marc) were really customer focused and a worked so well as a team. They took the stress out of the move and were really pleasant. I would recommend them over any other removal company I have used in the past.

We recently used Move On Removals for two moves: first from our home to storage, and then from storage to our new house. They were fantastic throughout the entire process. The office team was incredibly organized, responding to emails promptly, politely, and always with a helpful attitude. Callum led the moving team, coordinating everything seamlessly. The team worked efficiently and with great care, and it was clear they knew each other well, which created a positive, upbeat atmosphere during the move. They took excellent care of our belongings and were always willing to assist with anything we needed. After moving us into our new home, they genuinely seemed happy for us and, even after a long day, cheerfully helped us place a few extra items where we wanted them. We’ve used Move On Removals multiple times over the years, and we completely trust them to do an exceptional job every time. We highly recommend the team—every interaction with them has been outstanding.

We recently had to move at quite short notice. We had used Move On Removals before and really wanted to use them again. Jo at the office bent over backwards to get our preferred date booked in despite the short notice. Absolutely AMAZING service! Right from the get go with Jo and then Rich coming out to my house to do the survey! So kind and professional and they Absolutely went above and beyond. I had James and Marc come out to do my removals and they were 10/10! Nothing was to big or small for them! They were so professional and made sure that all of my furniture was properly packaged and stored once we got to the storage facility! They took time and care and I honestly cannot thank them enough. I would 1 billion percent be using them again to take removal my items out of storage to my new property. I highly recommend them, please do not hesitate to contact them. This is a team that goes over and above to make sure everything runs smoothly. We couldn't have been more pleased or felt more safe and looked after than with Richard, Joe and the team. Jo in the office was a constant support during the never ending exchange period during several different buyers over a year!!!! Amazing service from start to finish. The movers - Callum, Lee, Mark and Rich, were exceptional making our moving day a breeze. You couldn’t ask for a nicer team of people. Highly, highly recommended.
