Fantastic service - been in discussions since Jan last year as various bits happening around the house and always been communicative. came to see the place which was a fair way to travel and once we were ready to get the heat pump it was efficiently arranged ( timings and delivery) ( from an oil boiler ) They were there early and worked hard and late to get it done - work done to a high standard and very impressed overall with communication/work rate and general pleasantness. Very thorough explanation of how it worked and operated and with the system itself! Warm and hot water

We are really pleased with our ASHP installation. Martin and Jamie are both great workmen and great characters. Having work done about your house always has some stress associated with it but they really worked hard and this has been kept to a minimum. I think ours was probably a bit of a tricky installation (old property/extension with different pipework/lot of microbore) but despite the sub-zero temps now we are nice and warm. There were a few minor niggles but both Martin and Jamie have been on hand and come back to sort these out promptly. I think it's a real credit to them (and any company) that when things aren't right that they have really wanted to get it sorted and have done just that. Thank you to both of you. Thoroughly recommended. PS my wife very pleased and wants to add they have put all the carpets down perfectly!

Martin and his team at MSC Heating LTD have been absolutely fantastic from day one. They have designed and installed 2 separate air source heat pump systems in our new build project in Eynsford, Kent. Martin was always happy to answer any questions we had in the pre-install stages along with onsite meetings. During the installation, the boys bent over backwards to get the job done. There were unforeseen issues that arose during the installation, but without fuss and a quick conversation and a new game plan put in place the installation was completed on time and on budget. We couldn’t recommend MSC Heating any more and we will without a doubt be using these guys again. It's been a month since Martin and Jamie of MSC installed our air source heat pump (7th November 2024). MSC Ltd took us through the whole process, EPC, heat loss report, etc., etc. After provisional acceptance of the MSC proposal, Martin made a detailed survey of our house for siting of the ASHP, radiators, new compatible hot water cylinder, routing of pipe runs etc. they also organised the securing of the government grant of £7500 for the proposed system. Martin and Jamie arrived at 08:00hrs on installation day. They only stopped for half an hour for lunch before continuing to 19:00hrs. This was typical for the three days required for the installation. All items needed were delivered the previous week so there were no delays. Note - This is a very condensed version of my full review which can be seen on Trustpilot. The ASHP and the circulating pump are very quiet. The house is toasty. External temperatures have swung 18ºC since the system started but our internal temperature has not varied more than ½ a degree. MSC have supplied all the documentation and certification since installation. Martin and MSC were thoroughly professional in consulting on, specifying and installing first class equipment. We have no reservations in recommending them to anybody wanting ASHP heating systems and we look forward to continuing with MSC for future servicing of our ASHP system.

From start to finish Martin & Jamie were super professional and knowledgeable. A very detailed scope of works was provided and along with this and great reviews, we chose these guys to install our underfloor heating and air source heat pump in our self build house. The project itself was a painful experience but these guys were very patient and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending MSC Heating.

Martin and team did a great job installing our ASHP along with all new radiators throughout the entire house. They always arrived when they said they would and the project was completed on schedule. Would definitely recommend them!

Martin and team installed an air source heat pump to our self build property last month. Martin sorted the grant out for us with minimum difficulty (the only difficulty was ofgem themselves) and installed our full system quickly and efficiently. We will defo be seeing them once a year for our service’s thanks guys!

We had Martin & Jamie over in January to fit our new ASHP and it all went very smoothly. They've been fitting heat pumps for well over 10 years so they really know what they're doing and can give good advice. 6 months on and we're still really happy with it, it's working really well.
