With many years of experience in the domestic and commercial Renewable Energy sector and the heating market, we offer installation of Air Source Heat Pumps, Ground Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV, EV Car Chargers and Battery Storage. Unreliable Waste of Time
Required installation for a ground source heat pump, began communicating Nov 2020. Martyn seemed confused at every engagement what are plan was, he had a continuous list of blockers of which each one I paid premium to expedite us through… all in all Martyn reset the install date twice and then finally cancelled the installation four weeks before his “guaranteed” date. It will be difficult/ all but impossible now to find another installer for green central heating before winter and if I’m really unlucky I may not find one before RHI grant changes Mar 2022. What I also have a big issue is with is my two children in our home who this situation is not going to be ideal for reaching the end of summer and no roadmap for central heating at all… … all in all no I would not recommend this company. I did get my £6k deposit back though!

The company installed a new boiler, efficiently and to the agreed quote in a day and I was satisfied at the time. As the partners left the house I enquired as to how they wanted paying and Martin responded he wanted paying that night, initially I thought it a joke but it wasn't. 2 days later the boiler stopped responding to the timer. Craig came out to fix it on the Friday again efficiently it took a bit of fault finding, I was very pleased. I had not yet paid as I wanted to make sure the system was working well. I had asked Martin what his terms of payment were on the phone call I made to contract the company to do the work, I did not receive a clear answer. There were no written Terms of payment on either the quote, invoice or web site, I should have been more careful. On Sunday night 17 march about 2130 I started getting text messages from Martin demanding payment with such comments as 'when can you pay', 'We are not a bank', 'every job installed is paid same day', 'delayed payment give us stress'. I told Martin I wished to make sure the system worked well and I would pay in 48 hrs. I got further texts, 'I am getting sick of reminders'. All this left me stressed and harassed. So customer relations are very poor and can become of a bullying nature. I think it is deceitful of the company not to be clear what their terms of payment are at the outset. Had I known I would not have contracted them. A very unpleasant experience.

We're sorry to hear that you aren't happy with the service provided and payment reminders were taken in the wrong way. We pride ourselves on being a Which? Trusted Trader and abiding by their code of conduct which includes providing a written quote with payment terms. We don't feel we have demanded payment from you but do have an expectation to receive payment within a few days of job completion. It is very hard to become a Which Trusted Trader and we had to jump through hoops to become one. When you pick a tradesman off their website, the word TRUST is their headline and our company believes in this and is built off that word.

First, when choosing an air source system and getting initial advice, the service was excellent and included a weekend visit to look at the site. Unfortunately, thats where the excellence ended. Issues to deal with: *Failure to respond to annual service request - requiring me to find a new engineer * Not attending on dates agreed *Not replying to emails/messages *Poor advice with regards to the Renewable Heat Incentive, leading to a loss of £4k *Hidden costs not mentioned (floor coverings) *Some poor quality flooring not related to the age of the building (18 century house with some uneven wooden floors but also some flat concrete floors)

I am very disappointed to receive this review and I will answer each of your points beneath; * You advised me that before the service could take place, you needed to carry out repair plumbing work on your shower (which we did not fit). I asked you to call me when this was done so that we could book a date for the service. You didn’t call. * When installing the heat pump, dates were agreed and we turned up every day promptly. This statement is false. * I have a long thread of emails and WhatsApp messages to which all were replied to and in most cases above and beyond the expectation of any installer. * From the start, myself and my colleague prompted you numerous times to get the EPC done ASAP, as if delayed, it will have an impact on your RHI. You did not act upon our advice. YOU WERE ADVISED! * There were no hidden costs. The concrete floor had no coverings when we began the installation. We quoted to fit the underfloor heating system. I would have thought common sense would tell you that we don't fit floorings and this would not have been included. Our installation and workmanship on this job was professional throughout. You fail to mention in your review that you ignored my requests for payment for the installation for over three months resulting in loss of earnings for myself and my team. We thank you for your business but would kindly ask that before you leave a review for any company in the future that you review truthfully and fairly.

I have just had a complete heating system installed by this company. In 3 days Ben and George removed my old heating system and installed and commissioned my new one cleaning up as they worked. I would definitely recommend these to anybody.

Martin was very helpful from the first contact to completion of the installation. This was quite an intricate job, since I kept the exisiting gas boiler and hot water tank, but had the ASHP for heating the radiators. Fitting the additional pipes into the exiting airing cupboard took some skill by Phil. Martin took time to discuss the solution design, which necessitiated replacing 5 radiators. House is now very warm, but good efficiency from the ASHP. Martin was prompt with all the paperwork, liasing with the DNO and helpimng with the RHI application. Professional company, i reccommend them to anybody wanting an ASHP installed.
