Called MSC on Monday to request appointment for work on boiler which keeps cutting out but got through to voicemail service. Tuesday evening got a call back. Told he would look at his diary and call back. Friday morning and still awaiting his call.

I contacted Worcester Bosch and MSC Heating was listed within their recommended installers. Martin responded with a competitive quote immediately. Martin was prompt in answering my queries and installed the boiler on the day as promised. Craig and Martin did a great job

I am a landlord with a rental property in Gloucester, I used MSC Heating to fit a new boiler for me. They gave me the best fitted price on a top spec boiler and were more than happy to arrange the fitting directly with the tenant - they could not have been more helpful, the price they originally quoted was the price paid and the job was done to a great standard with new filter, system flush and safety certificate included. I've kept their details and will be using them again for sure.

I contacted my friend James as my old boiler had failed its gas inspection and a new combi boiler was required to be installed. After having 3 different quotes Martin's was the most competitive and he was literally in the house installing the new combi boiler within a couple of days. He did a great job, very professional and great communication throughout the whole process. A 5 star rating from myself and could not have been happier with the service. Martin at MSC Heating did a great job installing a new Samsung Air Source Heat Pump. Unlike other quotes (who used salesmen) Martin knows his stuff and arranged a proper heat loss calculation and acoustic survey. He was very patient answering all our questions and worries as this really was a leap in the dark for us, and arranged for us to visit a customer to see an ASHP in real life. He was polite, tidy and cheerful. I also loved the fact he didn’t just hire a skip but took the trouble to separate out and recycle as much as possible! Finally he helped us apply for the RHI (his estimate was spot on) and now the government will pay back the majority of the cost!! Our house is now consistently at a perfect background heat, and we have lots of hot water. We already have a few friends express interest and have wholeheartedly recommended him.

I recently had an air source heat pump installed to replace a very old oil boiler and reached out to 4 companies initially. Martin at MSC was pretty much the only polite and professional person to respond quickly. While I did get 2 full quotes in the end, the companies worked through a salesman who you never thought were giving you the full story (eg charging me £150 for an EPC I didn’t even need). Martin was very patient with my thousands of questions and talked me through every step. He was very clear from the start what was possible with timing of the job and also what was possible with the placement of my heat pump which I was unsure about. He suggested going to look at another pump he had installed and I went to chat with the homeowner and look at the pump placement and overall install. This helped clear up a few questions in my head but also was very transparent to send me to another client before I committed any deposit etc. Martin and Jamie took three days to complete the heat pump and new tank install and all the pipework replacement and radiator replacements. They really work hard doing long days and after seeing the complexity of it all I can now appreciate the amount of work. Very good communication throughout the job explaining everything that was going on, where they would put the pipes out the house, placement of heat pump and radiators etc. Very pleased with the job and thoroughly nice guys as well, would highly recommend.

MSC recently installed an air source heat pump for us and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. As soon as we began to discuss the installation with him it was clear he knew exactly what he was talking about and was extremely professional, as well as taking the time to explain anything we were unclear about. The installation itself was really fast - we were really impressed with how hard he and his colleague worked while they were here (especially as it was in the depths of December, so was pretty cold and dark outside). Both were lovely men and were a real pleasure to have in the house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MSC Heating - and we hope they can come back to install our underfloor heating later this year!

Martin and Jamie did an excellent job installing our air source heat pump and radiators including some tricky rerouting of pipe work so that we no longer had radiators fed from pipes buried in the floor. Martin was very helpful discussing the job beforehand and it was all completed efficiently and quicker than we expected.

Martin and Jamie installed an ASHP and DHW tank for us and we are very pleased with the result. They worked long hours to complete the work to a tight timetable, and their expertise was evident to me (a retired mechanical engineer). The quality of their work is exceptional - the finished installation is a testament to the fact that they obviously care about the work they do. They cleared up afterwards and the system is running exactly as planned.

To start and complete the project in three days was really good. I expected the installation to take much longer. The Samsung heat pump is quiet and efficient; providing ample hot water for my needs. It's been a month since Martin and Jamie of MSC installed our air source heat pump (7th November 2024). MSC Ltd took us through the whole process, EPC, heat loss report, etc., etc. After provisional acceptance of the MSC proposal, Martin made a detailed survey of our house for siting of the ASHP, radiators, new compatible hot water cylinder, routing of pipe runs etc. they also organised the securing of the government grant of £7500 for the proposed system. Martin and Jamie arrived at 08:00hrs on installation day. They only stopped for half an hour for lunch before continuing to 19:00hrs. This was typical for the three days required for the installation. All items needed were delivered the previous week so there were no delays. Note - This is a very condensed version of my full review which can be seen on Trustpilot. The ASHP and the circulating pump are very quiet. The house is toasty. External temperatures have swung 18ºC since the system started but our internal temperature has not varied more than ½ a degree. MSC have supplied all the documentation and certification since installation. Martin and MSC were thoroughly professional in consulting on, specifying and installing first class equipment. We have no reservations in recommending them to anybody wanting ASHP heating systems and we look forward to continuing with MSC for future servicing of our ASHP system.

Very good installation from Martin and Jamie. Handled the grant seamlessly, worked well to my timeline on the ASHP, installed everything to a high standard and ironed out a couple of teething problems using the system very quickly. In addition took on the installation of my UFH when I was being let down by another installer. Highly recommended.
