We have been impressed with MSC Heating's service from day 1. Installing the ASHP was part of a project involving other work and there were many delays in the planning process. Martin's support was invaluable in the planning and in the official paperwork. There was a hiccup on the part of firm delivering the equipment which Martin resolved quickly and efficiently. From our point of view the actual installation went like a dream, the guys worked hard, explained what they were doing, provided guidance and advice and left the site clean and tidy. We are very pleased both with the ASHP and the service provided and do not hesitate to recommend them to others

Martin and team installed an air source heat pump to our self build property last month. Martin sorted the grant out for us with minimum difficulty (the only difficulty was ofgem themselves) and installed our full system quickly and efficiently. We will defo be seeing them once a year for our service’s thanks guys!

Martin replied within an hour of our initial enquiry. He arranged to come round to do a quick survey and gave us a price within the week. Once we had met Martin, he gave us confidence that this was the company we wanted. The process seemed quite lengthy to us, looking back this was because we were approaching winter and Christmas. However, in reality, it took just eight weeks from when we started the process (getting an Energy Performance Certificate) to having the heat pump installed and working. Throughout the process Martin was very helpful, arranging for the heat loss survey to take place, advising us on the most suitable replacement radiators and best of all he made sure we had our heat pump installed before Christmas. The installation was very quick, taking only three days with the electricians coming on day four for just a few hours. During the installation Martin and Jamie were great. They were friendly and good company. They turned up early, but not too early and they always warned us if they planned a long day. Unlike other contractors we had last year for a different job, Martin and Jamie respected our property, and us. It was a real pleasure to have them around. They just got on with their job and the only thing they asked of us was a regular supply of tea and coffee (well they never actually asked, but it was very heavily hinted at!!) which we were of course happy to supply. All in all we cannot recommend a heat pump and MSC Heating highly enough.

I have used Msc heating to install 2 Worcester bosch boilers and radiators at 2 of my properties. Absolutely faultless. Craig and Martin work so hard in a most efficient and quality way. They are professional, polite and are very competitive in the price. I highly recommend them and will be using them again very soon in my latest property

This company installed a new heating system in a buy to let I own. Chose them from 3 other quotes as they were competitive and seemed to know what they were doing. Was worried about inconveniencing tenants, but they couldn't have been happier! Fitters were friendly and efficient, turned up on time, worked like Trojans to complete the job early and left no mess. Perfect job. Thanks guys - will certainly use you again!

MSC Heating recently upgraded my central heating system with a new boiler and radiators. Received useful advice prior to installation of our boiler that saved us a considerable amount of money compared to other companies. I scored a 5 star for their service which was reliable, exactly as agreed at time of placing order and competitively priced. The engineers arrived on time with a professional and courteous approach. My house was left clean and tidy after a day work. I also appreciated the guidance given by the engineers when choosing the type of upgrade required. The engineers were very punctual, hardworking and explained all the new functionalities of the controls in detail. I have to say this company kept to all time scales and the quote was spot on.. I will be available to give any feedback/information over the phone. Thank you to all at MSC Heating. Excellent job. Team turned up on time, worked efficiently in a cramped space, were cheerful and helpful and found efficient solutions to unexpected issues to do with installation. Tidy job well done. We now have a toasty warm home. Thank you lads!
