Mullins have been annually servicing my combi boiler for the last 20 years. On Wednesday the 7th of February the boiler stopped working (no power on cct board). The boiler was 14 years old, it was installed by Mullins all those years ago. During last years annual service I had discussed with Graham changing the boiler in a year or two, why, because we had recently completed an extension and fitted a range cooker as well as a pending retirement, I didn't want the worry of a boiler replacements when I was not in employment. As it happened I called Bev on Friday 2nd of February and booked in a visit to discuss a new boiler replacement (a larger type and new wider diameter gas supply pipe). Would you believe it, the following Wednesday the boiler gave up, day's before the arranged visit, but Graham arrived within an hour and on Friday the same week the new pipework and boiler was in and running. Simon was the lead gas engineer on the job, with him were Christian and Neal. Top guy's, very professional, explained the process, listened to the customer and gave a brief on the new boiler operation before leaving the same day and left everything clean and tidy behind them. The workmanship was excellent and as previous reviewers have said, carpet covers and respect for the owners home seems a minimum standard applied (thank you guy's). Would recommend Mullins to friends, family and anyone else who were looking for a safe gas heating supplier with engineers who would treat you right.
