Mullins Heating Limited

I have been a customer of Mullins Heating for over a decade. They have recently fitted a new gas boiler, having installed and subsequently serviced the previous boiler and a pressurised water cylinder every year after they were fitted. They have been consistently prompt in responding to any problems, and any faulty parts quickly replaced at no cost. The quality and tidiness of their work has been excellent, and their service has been consistently reliable over the years since I became their customer.

In 2006 Mullins fitted our first combi-boiler together with radiators throughout and, soon after, a gas fire and surround. We were very pleased with their work and friendly manner and have had an annual maintenance contract ever since. On the few occasions when there has been a problem one of the team has come out promptly to rectify the fault. Last month Mullins fitted a replacement boiler. Neil and Darren arrived at the agreed time and completed the work within two days. They took care to cover carpets and keep mess to a minimum and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. They had had to remove the slatted wooden shelves in the airing cupboard and we assumed that we would need to replace these ourselves. We were impressed to find that they had done this for us. Very impressed with the efficiency, neatness and high standard of work carried out fitting our new Worcester Bosch boiler. The work was done in the time frame given even though a cupboard had to be dismantled and then re assembled (better than before in fact with modifications to the back to allow better access to boiler parts in the future). The guys doing the installation were very polite and helpful. Bev In the office too is always very helpful and kept us well informed. We have had boilers from Mullins in the past and the aftercare and servicing has always been excellent. Many thanks.

The Trader arrived at 8 am on the morning of Thursday 21st October and commenced work by having firstly to remove the old boiler and then replacing it with a new one. The whole process was quite complicated with old pipework having to be rearranged including both water & gas pipes. The work was completed about lunch time and then radiators in the house had to be re balanced due to the initial drainage of water from the system. the trader completed the process with vacuuming the area and general cleaning leaving the whole area as it was on arrival. I was impressed with their standard of work and subsequent certificate showing Building regulation compliance

We had out boiler replaced on 6th September 2021. I was very impressed by the speed and efficiency that the work was completed and would definitely Mullins to other customers requiring this type of work.

Very pleased with the service from Mullins heating. Our aging combi boiler had never worked very well and we endured many cold winters. After an initial inspection, we were given a quote very quickly and the team, led by Simon, installed a Worcester Greenstar 2000 combi boiler the next week. They also replaced most of the thermostatic valves and fitted a new flue. We were warned there might be a few problems due to the rather low water pressure at our house, but in fact, all the radiators work beautifully. As well as vacuuming every radiator to prevent air bubbles, the team also returned the next morning to carry out a full system flush. They were all very friendly, polite, and efficient, and Simon even dealt with a leaky pipe for us under the kitchen sink, which wasn't even his responsibility but was much appreciated. Brilliant service!

We have been using Mullins for nearly 15 years and have always been very happy with their work and service. They installed 2 gas boilers 15 years ago and have always serviced them, but it was time for both to be updated. The 3 man team turned up on time each day and did a wonderful job. Clean, polite, friendly and efficient. Considering that all 3 were in and out of the house for 3 days, they left the house and garage clean and tidy. Our boilers are situated in the garage and it now looks like a ships engine room with so many pumps and valves. We have an old, large house with 24 radiators and the new, updated system works amazingly and looks fabulous. Such a neat job. We are all impressed. Thank you to all the staff at Mullins.
