Andy came bang on time for both visits and worked very fast. He fitted a new mains stopcock tap, fixed a jammed tap and fitted a new shower hose. He carefully explained what he would need to do and told me the costs, which seemed reasonable. After he had done the jobs, he showed me how to use the new items and he gave me advice on maintenance. There was no mess and everything was left clean and tidy. After my initial call, Andy came the very next day, and then he came a week later, when he had the parts for the second job. He was friendly and polite and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Mr Andy Murray came to asses the work on kitchen taps and pipes. Several plumbers I had contacted before didn’t even reply. We then agreed a time and date etc. Mr Murray came as agreed, work completed, tested and tidied up. Lovely person, great job done. Strongly recommend.

We arranged a boiler service after finding Murray plumbing and heating through the Trusted traders as we have just moved into the area. They arrived on time completed the service efficiently and provided lots of advice. He also freed the thermostatic valve on a radiator that wasn't working at no extra cost. An exceptional service.

We use Andy for all our plumbing and heating needs. He is well-presented, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and reasonably priced. He always leaves his work area clean and tidy. Today he fixed our faulty boiler. He was punctual, as usual. He has done work for us several times during the lockdown periods, and he always makes sure he sticks to the Covid rules. Highly recommended.
