Andy came bang on time for both visits and worked very fast. He fitted a new mains stopcock tap, fixed a jammed tap and fitted a new shower hose. He carefully explained what he would need to do and told me the costs, which seemed reasonable. After he had done the jobs, he showed me how to use the new items and he gave me advice on maintenance. There was no mess and everything was left clean and tidy. After my initial call, Andy came the very next day, and then he came a week later, when he had the parts for the second job. He was friendly and polite and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Mr Andy Murray came to asses the work on kitchen taps and pipes. Several plumbers I had contacted before didn’t even reply. We then agreed a time and date etc. Mr Murray came as agreed, work completed, tested and tidied up. Lovely person, great job done. Strongly recommend.

We arranged a boiler service after finding Murray plumbing and heating through the Trusted traders as we have just moved into the area. They arrived on time completed the service efficiently and provided lots of advice. He also freed the thermostatic valve on a radiator that wasn't working at no extra cost. An exceptional service.

Today he fixed our faulty boiler. He was punctual, as usual. He has done work for us several times during the lockdown periods, and he always makes sure he sticks to the Covid rules. Andy came to check our boiler because it had been making a lot of noise. He advised that the boiler was less than two years old (purchased property in May) and the boiler may still be under a warranty. Andy recommended that I call the manufacturer to confirm this and they may do the work required. Andy did not charge me for the call out and also checked my gas meter and made sure everything was safe which was a big relief. I would highly recommend Andy. He replied to my emails quickly, came when he said he would and was very honest about the work needed to be done.

Andy replaced my old kitchen sink with a new granite composite sink. He turned up on time and did an excellent job. There were some mods needed to get the new sink to fit and the waste had to be completely reworked. Tidy, clean and efficient and at the price agreed. I won't hesitate in using Andy again for any of my plumbing needs. I'm a very happy customer.

I called Andy and told him the problem and sent picture of my boiler. Heating and hot water were not coming on. Within an hour Andy came and sorted my problem even taking the time to wait for 20 minutes after to check all was working well. All left clean and tidy. I have now booked Andy to service my boiler and would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

If you subscribe to the theory that a plumber is a plumber, then you need to meet Andy. He is about as professional and helpful a tradesman as I’ve met. Apart from his workmanship being excellent, he was quick, clean and very helpful. Additionally he was on budget, and generally just a nice bloke.

As soon as we contacted Andy he was quick to respond and an appointment was made within a few days. He's a nice, friendly guy and did a great job with the cooker installation and explained how to use it properly etc. The cost was also reasonable. Would recommend :-)

He explained the whole process to us, and went out of his way to ensure we were inconvenienced as little as possible.
