Annual service of boiler which he originally fitted. Is always polite and carries out the work to a very high standard. Also recently fitted a new flush to my toilet cistern which had ceased to work. Arrived same day fault reported and carried out job. His work was excellent and he left everything clean and tidy. Will most certainly use him for any further plumbing work

In 2015 Nick came out to help with an emergency one Sunday afternoon although he doesn’t usually work on Sunday and we haven’t used a different plumber since. Nick has always been trustworthy, honest and reliable. In the 4 years we’ve known Nick he’s installed a new cooker, boiler (which he services annually), kitchen sink and toilet among other emergencies. Nick also provides our annual Landlord Gas Safety Checks. We always call Nick for our plumbing needs as well as recommended him to our family and friends as we find him trustworthy and very reasonable.

Nick is a knowledgeable, careful and friendly technician. Highly recommended. He is also good value for money given the quality of his work.

I have moved into a newbuild house and contacted Nick to service the boiler which I did not fully understand. He kept me informed what he was doing and I now have a better understanding of the system particularly regarding water temperature. The charge was very reasonable.

The plumber arrived on the morning agreed, diagnosed the problem and replaced the internal workings of both cisterns, which now work perfectly. Worked efficiently, tidily and cleanly.

I have been wanting to have one of these fitted for a while and as I am getting older it is more difficult to bend down to reach the stop cock under the kitchen sink. I now have a switch just inside the cupboard under the sink which is so easily accessible Arrangements were made for Nick to come and install one. He arrived on time, protected the surrounding floor and worked without any mess. I would strongly recommend Nick and will most definitely be using him again and his rates were very reasonable.

Excellent service. We were left without heating and hot water as our old boiler had broken. Nick supplied with us with a reasonable quotation and was able to complete the installation at short notice. We are very happy with our new boiler. He also removed the old water tank and redundant pipework work from the loft, everything was left clean and tidy.

Today I've had Nick service/fix my combi boiler, and fix some taps. Efficiently done, and he's happy to explain it all as he goes along. Fully confident as I've had him do significantly bigger jobs over the years (new shower, and later a complete replacement of CH & HW systems).

I called Nick last year for an emergency boiler repair and I was very impressed with his work. So when the time had come to replace the boiler I decided to call Nick again to install a new one. I was very pleased with his work. He was very professional throughout, he kept me informed of the work to be done, and before starting he laid down sheets even on the stairs and landing so there was very little mess when he left. One month on, I am very happy with my new boiler and with the overall service provided by Nick, for what I thought was a fair price. I would thoroughly recommend him.
