Excellent job. Nick was both knowledgeable and approachable and discussed issues arising with us as work progressed. He left the room clean and tidy and his invoice met our expectations.

I had suffered the strange phenomena of having to run the hot tap to get the cistern to fill with water after use of the toilet. Nick took a couple of minutes to work out what the problem was and gave me an explanation. He fetched and fitted a brand new flush valve after carefully measuring for fit. All was done after protecting the floor with a waterproof covering and making sure that the correct size of flush valve was installed. Everything to do with the cistern was cleaned before being reinstalled. He is happy to explain to the uninitiated, like me, what he is doing and why. This is the second job done for me. A good blend of experience and up to date knowledge.

Nick persisted in his efforts to solve a stubborn leak and was able to fix the problem. He was professional and courteous in his approach and I would highly recommend his work. He arrived on time and completed the work within the estimated cost. Very happy with all aspects of the work.

Nick was friendly and had great customer service and communication from the start. He showed up on time and stayed much later than anticipated to get the work done, he fitted a new sink and tap for me along with a stop switch for the water. I had a huge leak and Nick was able to fix the leak at very short notice and at a very good price for all the works undertaken. Incredibly helpful and good communication beforehand and carried out the task quickly and efficiently. Nick has since checked in to ensure everything is working normally, thoroughly recommend!

Annual service of boiler which he originally fitted. Is always polite and carries out the work to a very high standard. Also recently fitted a new flush to my toilet cistern which had ceased to work. Arrived same day fault reported and carried out job. His work was excellent and he left everything clean and tidy. Will most certainly use him for any further plumbing work
