Had replacement of a leaking stopcock plus fitting of new shower (2 separate visits). First contacted online and very impressive, rapid response. Engineer arrived at the agreed time and when I first met Adam I immediately had confidence in his professionalism and ability to complete the work. Both jobs done very quickly and great workmanship. Most importantly he discussed any issues with me and we agreed the way forward. Cleaned up when finished.
