I employed Nano-ProTech after my energy supplier refused to incorporate my existing solar panels into the expansion I was after. So I requested 16 new solar panels fitted to complement the 6 panels I already had, and a PowerWall3. They answered all my questions knowledgably. It felt as though they really knew their stuff. Nano-protech responded quickly and arranged a date that suited us. The system was all installed in a day. The scaffolding was only up for a week in total. It s now all working perfectly.

Really pleased with the service offered by Nano ProTech. We have panels that were fitted when FIT was still 'a thing' and when our inverter went we got a number of quotes for a new inverter plus a battery set up. Nano ProTech were clear that if we didn't want to risk losing our FIT payments we should avoid a hybrid inverter. Other quotes were cheaper but had the hybrid inverters in the schematic and the suppliers were unable to guarantee the FIT when I asked about this. The help after the installation, when something wasn't quite right was brilliant. Daren was responsive and reassuring and got the issue sorted. I had been exploring opportunities to get a battery installed for our solar panels and after contacting a number of companies including our electricity supply and other well known brands, I came across Nano Pro Tech and requested a quote. Bill contacted me that same day and was very amenable to all my requests, he and the team worked efficiently to get me booked in quickly, the installation guys were also efficient and friendly. It has been a pleasure to deal with a friendly happy and joyful team of people who are willing to do what it takes. I would highly recommend Nano Pro, value for money, and great product spec. As for my experience of a solar battery, a week after having it installed there was a power cut in our street. I was none the wiser (apart from a flicker of and on again). As I looked out our front door, interested to see why it had gone so quiet, I was stunned to see the puzzled faces of a number of our neighbours standing on the street corner staring at our house and pointing. It dawned on me that we were the only ones in the street with electricity and lights on! Needless to say they all had to ask what I had to figure out why I had power!

My experience with Nano Pro Tech was nothing short of exceptional. During pre-sales, Bill was well informed and responsive to my queries, this combined with a very competitive quote resulted in me progressing the work with Nano and I'm so very glad that I did. Following contract signature, scaffolding was arranged promptly and I was kept up to date with development by Emily in the office. Dan and Callum turned up promptly and undertook the installation to a very high standard, which has been positively remarked upon by my regular sparky. We had originally planned to have our energy provider install a solar system with a Tesla Powerwall battery. We thought their quote was good but they wouldn’t fit the lower 3 panels we wanted because of access to the loft space below where they would be sited. We still went ahead. However, over 3 months they continually mucked us about. A remote survey was done and they completely missed next doors overhead power cable passes close to our roof, thus needing UK Power Networks to inspect it to make it safe. They sub contracted the electrical works to a company who basically lied to us that we didn’t need an earth rod fitted, we did to enable the full functionality of the Tesla Powerwall. We decided enough was enough and took to the internet to find another installer, and happily came across Nano-pro tec. On checking their very good reviews and they were based locally to us, we felt confident to go ahead. Peter the salesman gave us a very good quote, which including the additional 3 panels was a similar price to our other quote. Darren, Emily and Ryan have been on the ball and keeping in constant contact.We had a site survey which gave us confidence to commit. Scaffolding and system/battery installation was completed in one day. A very neat job, all tradesmen were polite. Although some of our decking needed to be taken up to fit the earth rod and Tesla Powerwall, you would never know. We are now enjoying free electricity. We cannot recommend this company highly enough.

We had Growatt additional solar panels and 2 batteries fitted in January and were so happy with the service, advice, fitters we decided to invest in additional 2 Growatt batteries to save even more. Bill, Darren and Emily have been so supportive from start to finish and the fitter Scott this time was fast and helpful. Bill ensured we got a great price being returning customers and we would have no problem recommending this company and their products!

The system was functional within 6 hours of the first guys arriving on site, and they cleared up totally after to. I selected Nanopro-Tech from several quotations for installation of 13.5kWh Storage Battery. They recommended a Tesla Powerwall 3 solution. All their staff dealt with the process professionally and with courtesy from quotation through to completion of installation. The installation was installed, by agreement a day earlier than anticipated. Very pleased with the smart modern look of the installed battery and the neatness of the installation in the garage. The installation team were very helpful, setting the system up to perform as required and taking me through the installation of the Tesla app on my mobile phone and ensuring everything was working before leaving. I now have not only storage solution but a USP that protects the whole house from grid power failures. I would not hesitate to use NANO Pro-Tech again.
