After being let down by another company we approached NBK to undertake the full refurbishment of an en suite and a partial refurb of our main bathroom. From the moment we entered the showroom in Diss to the day of completion we were very impressed by the professionalism, efficiency, friendliness and helpfulness of everyone involved in the process. The installation was completed within the given time schedule and we were consulted at every stage during the installation. They were a fantastic team from Tony and Stuart at the planning stage right through to the installation team. Damian ably assisted by Ben completed the work and not only did they do a wonderful job of the work. it was a pleasure to have them in our home. They made every effort to cause as little disruption as possible, cleaning and clearing up at the end of each day. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality service which has ended up with the perfect en suite for us. Thank you to all involved.

A year after purchasing a house with a one year old Wren kitchen we noticed the Corian/Stainless Steel sink, incorporated into Corian worktops, leaking. As the Wren warranty was not transferrable, they showed no interest whatsoever in assisting us with the problem. Enquiries with several kitchen/Corian installers were fruitless, all saying they were not interested in correcting someone else's work, until we visited NBK in Diss, Norfolk. We were fortunate in meeting Gareth, the M.D. of the company who immediately expressed an interest in our problem. Also at that time my wife admired the floor tiling in the showroom and said she would like the same tiles fitted in our kitchen. Gareth visited our home later in the week and, together, we discussed how the existing Corian sink could be replaced with an alternative option. The agreed work progressed smoothly. We were kept informed at all stages of the project and the site operative, Dan, worked diligently to complete the work with the minimum amount of disruption. Upon completion, 6 working days later, a final inspection was carried out by a NBK manager in our presence. We were very pleased with the finished work and all aspects of the project from inception to completion. After 47 years in the industry, with a BSc in Construction Project Management, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Building prior to retirement, I am very pleased to recommend NBK for their positive, professional outlook and on-site capability.
