We required a full survey of the gas equipment and certification. Neil was easy to contact, knowledgeable and reliable. Always turned up as agreed and carried out all work as required. He is very professional and we would highly recommend him.

Neil came to our rescue, when our solar heating system packed up. It transpires that the system had been installed wrongly by the original heating engineer (apparently not uncommon unfortunately), so Neil sorted it out for us. It was by no means a straight forward job, with lots of unexpected problems uncovered along the way. But Neil persevered and got to the bottom of the problem, without any delays or complaints. We were very impressed by his attitude and professionalism. We would wholeheartedly recommend him and will be using him in the future to service our solar system.

NCC quoted speedily and efficiently, realising what was required and the best options available. We had Solar Water panels, a new cylinder and a new boiler fitted which involved upgrading the entire system. The work was carried out in practical stages to ensure the minimum of disruption and we were kept fully informed about what was happening, and why, throughout. Neil and his team did an excellent job of fitting a new boiler for me, moving an existing solar cylinder and pumping station, fitting a new solar iboost and correcting problems with my existing solar panels (both solar thermal and solar PV), checking that the solar thermal and solar PV systems were now working properly, including the Solar Edge monitoring. Due to complications with my system and the problems dealing with Solar Edge, the work took longer than expected but Neil was very good at keeping in touch and explaining problems as they occurred. They completed the work efficiently and were clean and tidy at all times. They were also extremely helpful in sorting out other unexpected problems with my systems as they arose and didn't complain when this delayed the work - I paid the original price they quoted for the job despite the fact it took longer than expected. When I had a leak a few weeks later with water pouring through a ceiling (which I thought may be connected to the new boiler installation) Neil was brilliant at responding extremely quickly at coming immediately to sort out the problem, even though it turned out to be nothing to do with the boiler installation and work he had done. He left me with all the completed paperwork and could not have been more helpful. I am delighted with my new boiler and now have a correctly functioning solar panel system which means that in the spring/summer months the gas boiler doesn't come on for very long at all.

Neil responded to a disaster speedily and efficiently. He and his team quickly established the full extent of the problem and proceeded to resolve all the issues. The standard of workmanship was very high and great care was taken around the house. My wife and I could not be more pleased. Great Company.

Hi, Niel and his colleague replaced my old leaking water tank , and installed a 210ltr indirect mega flow. Niel gave me some great advice, didn't push me in buying an expensive one, and was fast in giving me a date for the job. Everything went smoothly, they did a brilliant and very tidy job. Neil came at 6.30pm on the day I called to say my boiler was not working. Which was great as we were due snow in a couple of days. Unfortunately my boiler could not be fixed as the parts are obsolete so he quoted for a new boiler and came and fitted it 2 days later. All work was carried out efficiently and in a tidy manner. 10 days after installation the boiler displayed F83 error, Neil and Valiant have since visited my home and it is now fixed.

This was the first time I have employed Neil and I would rate him as an excellent choice. He attended very quickly to give me a quote on servicing my solar hot water system and also recommended a number of safety alterations following his examination of the system. When he carried out the work there was a problem with a defective blank on an unused port on the hot water tank which fractured on removal. This Neil was unable to rectify and I had to seek alternative help. However, on the work that Neil was able to proceed with and the main job of servicing the solar system I am very happy with. Neil is very knowledgeable, personable and efficient.

We moved house at the end of November & I noticed the pressures on our boiler were all over the place. I found Neil through Which Trusted Traders & he came out to advise on the day I phoned him. He took time to talk me through the system & why the boiler might’ve been behaving like it was. As he was leaving he saw we had gas fires & gave us advice on how to use them safely (which we weren’t doing!). Two days before Christmas our boiler died. Neil came over to make sure the gas & electrics to the boiler were safe and then said he would come over to install a new boiler as soon as the trade re-opened after Christmas. He gave us a couple of boiler options and explained the main differences. He was then at our house at 8am on 27th December. We’re very happy with our new boiler & the work Neil has done. On top of that he’s a lovely bloke & I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to family & friends. We will definitely use Neil to do our annual boiler servicing and for any other plumbing jobs.
