Over the past 25 years NCS quickly become an established heating and maintenance contractor. NCS entered the new era of renewable energy, and again, quickly became established and accomplished in the field, carrying out both domestic and commercial renewable installations. Specialising in solar and air source installation.

We are new to ASHP's though very familiar with the nature of the building and services industries, but quickly realised that NCS really knew what they were doing and were giving us sound advice. Essentially we've taken their advice on all the components of the system, but have taken the major decisions on its layout based on their more general advice. Their staff are skilled, experienced and effective. We've had a couple of hiccups along the way, and each time they're been swift to sort things out effectively. You might find someone to put in a cheaper bid for an ASHP installation, but we doubt they would achieve the quality of advice, workmanship and customer service we've received. We did need to instruct some changes to their work, and these have been carried out at quite reasonable cost.

The job entailed replacing an old boiler first installed 2003 in a cupboard in our kitchen. It was important, although not essential that the new boiler should fit inside the same cupboard. The two men that carried out this work ensured this the boiler fitted inside the cupboard and carried out all the work efficiently. The surveyor was insistent that the new boiler should be as efficient as necessary and discussions with him were satisfactory. An existing fault in one of the valves was located and a new valve fitted again efficiently.

We asked NCS to replace our old oil boiler with a new electric heat pump. We live overseas so needed a company who would take a lead and coordinate the whole process. NCS were excellent throughout the entire process. From initial advice on our eligibility to obtain the Government funding, to site visit, scoping, and installation, everything went 100% smoothly and we had a very limited level of involvement. They were able to work to our tight timescales to start and complete construction and all communications were timely and clear. I wouldn't hesitate to use NCS in the future.

NCS did a great job and started work as planned. One small hiccup was that Grant UK sent the wrong heat pump in one of the boxes but NCS got that swapped out quickly and completed the install. Minimal fuss, minimal mess and easy to deal with!
