Negas is a company run within the West Yorkshire area. We are able to deal with a range of different jobs from installation to repair.

Our engineers have extensive experience in the gas industry and are all apprentice trained. We are confident you will appreciate the service we offer.

All staff have a wealth of experience in all areas, from sales to technical skills and the manager insists on an ongoing training programme which extends to include manufacture training courses.

The company works closely with only the main leading trusted brands, this is to ensure that all appliances should be trouble-free, as you as a customer expect.

What can I say? Negas has been servicing our seven year old boiler for the last four years. The same guy has been arriving on time, great manners and cracking service.This last service found a fault. He went over and above trying to save the boiler but it was beyond saving. He went through the options for a new boiler without any pressure. One we agreed on a new boiler, then it was "How soon could one be fitted?" He phoned his boss, they rearranged the work on their calendar and the next day! Two fitters came the next day, great guys and they had to work off ladders at a hell of a height. (We are on the third floor.) They truly did a clean job and only had good things to say about Negas and the boss. That's a first, someone happy to be working for a good boss. Anyways, I would recommend Negas 100%. to anyone who needs maintenance or a new boiler.

First of all, I consulted Which?, made a chart and Theresa and myself decided which makes of boiler we would consider. Then I looked at the models we thought we would like. I phoned Paul in the Negas office and set out our requirements. Paul was very helpful and after our discussion, I removed one boiler from the boilers that we were considering having. Nigel came round, looked at our house, and discussed our requirements. He was excellent, and we settled on a particular model of Worcester boiler. Nigel was thorough and in the end gave us a price for the boiler, filter, and all work required to install it. When I phoned Paul to go ahead with the boiler he said we could have it installed any day next week, and we opted for Tuesday - so there wasn't a long wait! On the day of installation, Scott arrived at about 8 am, and got on with installing the boiler, filter, drain, etc. with no fuss at all. Scott was superb! He explained the controls etc. before he finished at about 3 pm. We are very pleased with our new boiler, and the service we have had from all 3 Negas people that we have dealt with. Neither of us believed that we could get a new boiler as quickly and easily as we did! Negas has been top-class, and our new boiler gives us much hotter water than the old one - we just wish we had replaced our boiler earlier!

I had a replacement combi boiler installed earlier this week. The first visit was a quotation which the tradesman arrived on time and quoted a very reasonable price. The following morning the office called and we arranged a time and date for the work to be done. The day came and the tradesman arrived on time and took excellent care in protecting carpets and furnishings with covers. After a few questions about water/electric/gas points he set about removing and reinstalling a new combi boiler. The job in my mind was super complicated and technical, but it was completed with exceptional professionalism with virtually no trace of any work. After completion the new boiler was shown to me in detail followed by the explanation of the guarantee and reassurance. The whole job took eight hours and works perfectly. I would totally recommend Negas to complete a job similar to this with full confidence. Thank you!!

I rang Negas for a quote for a new boiler and the next day someone came . The quote was a great price , so I booked my boiler installation for three days later. Scott my engineer was punctual,very professional,friendly and clean up after himself. Explaining clearly all the instruction to me . I would recommend Negas to friends and family, and I will use again in the future. Thank you Negas for employing trustworthy people.

I rung Negas this morning at around 8:30 to see if an engineer could come and cap off the gas supply to the hob. The engineer arrived the same dayto complete the job. The engineer was helpful and professional. I recommend the company and will definatly use them again, as they were faultless from start to finish. Thank you Negas.

I e-mailed this company for a quote on a new boiler on Monday evening, by 9.am Tuesday I had my quotes and options I rang them on Wednesday morning to confirm my choice and was booked for the following day The engineer turned up 15 minutes early and grafted all day even just grabbing a quick sandwich for lunch and finished by cleaning up at around 5pm.he did an excellent job and was one of the most professional engineers I have seen. Talking through all the instructions with my wife to make sure we knew how to use it recommend this company to anybody

Just to say that we have just had our Boiler serviced today by your engineer Stuart. A first class job done as always. We have used NE Gas for the last 20 years and never experienced a prblem. You serviced our old boiler and when it was the time to replace it, you fitted a new one. The craftsman ship has always been first class, so much so that we recomended you to my mother inlaw and our son. They both had boilers fitted and serviced by you. Thanks, David

We have lived here for ten years, so inherited the boiler. We rang NeGas, they sent out a representative, who advised us we needed a new boiler and also new pipes. He told us about the different options and listened and responded to any questions. Nigel gave us excellent advice, was knowledgeable and obviously knew boilers. We ordered a boiler and it came the following Monday. Stuart and Scott fitted the pipes and boiler, it was one of the hottest days of the year but they worked very hard all day! There were a couple of issues which they discussed with us, the pipe work had to go under existing floor board and fitted cupboards The lads were very professional and knowledgeable of their trades. Scott was very reassuring, explaining how to work the boiler, what were the procedures, how to maintain the boiler. We cannot fault this team, we are both pensioners and having found lock down difficult we were totally impressed by this honest hard working team.

Engineer available to come to look at my boiler on the same day I called yesterday. British Gas couldn't come out until Friday despite my Homecare agreement with them. Nigel made a temporary repair and a part was ordered. He returned to today and replaced the part swiftly. Excellent service would recommend.

We have just had a Worcester Bosch combi boiler and full central heating installed. Everything was done efficiently and speedily. Scott and Stuart were very polite and punctual and kept mess and disruption to a minimum and every thing was completed in little more than two days. we would highly recommend Negas and will definitely use them in the future if and when needed

The work entailed an annual service and the young man who did it described the procedure, which I found interesting. He then did a gas leak test as I had said that some time I had noticed a smell. Unfortunately the gas tap started leaking and he manged to wedge it. He rang the emergency services and said he wouldn't leave until they came to make sure we stayed safe . Highly commendable .

We have just had our old central heating boiler and three radiators replaced by Negas, having previously been told we could not have a Combi boiler on our system by another company. The Negas surveyor arrived on schedule and looked over central heating and said it should not be a problem to install a new Combi boiler. We opted for a Worcester Bosch Greenstar Combi boiler. The engineers arrived promptly on the arranged date. they were friendly and efficient with everything clean and tidy when completed.

I rang Negas at 9:30 this morning to explain my boiler was not working. I was told someone would be out this morning. Got a text to say that Nigel would be with me by 11:15 minutes. He arrived on time, located the several faults, repaired them and the boiler was working again by 14:00. Many, many thanks Nigel and Negas. P.S. The price was very reasonable too!

Just brilliant! We cannot praise Negas enough. Moved into a property and needed a new boiler. After calling a few local companies, we knew Negas was the only company we would go with - clear, upfront, excellent value for money and with excellent warranty and after care packs. Easy to set an appointment on the phone with the boss Paul. Nigel then came out and talked through the options very clearly with parents and left a quote there and then. Two day installation booked within a few weeks, promising to arrive around 8am. Installation day and the boiler was delivered by courier at 7:30am, followed by Josh, Scott and Nigel arriving at 8am - as promised! This was identical the following day - very prompt. Explained the process very clearly and were extremely careful with opening doors due to a cat and dog in the house. Extremely clean and tidy - not a single bit of mess was left at the end of each day, using large cloths to cover their tracks. Throughout the whole process we were updated on progress and when water was off etc. On completion, the boiler system was tested, retested and then tested again and clear instructions were given regarding the new boiler and thermostat. We now have super pressure throughout the house, a powerful new Bosch boiler and are covered for 12 years. All questions throughout were answered and all the guys were just fantastic. Thanks again to Paul, Josh, Scott and Nigel. Negas - the only company you need.

We had our old gas Boiler replaced with a Worcester Bosch and filter and had 6 TRV's fitted on upstairs radiators at the same time. Nigel from Negas had given me all the facts I needed to make the right choice of the boiler without any sales pitch, gave me a fair price with all the costs outlined, and a date in the near future for installation. On the day everything was done very professionally and the team took care to look after things and make no mess. Delighted with the result, with the long guarantee, and above all that we have a found a great local firm who will look after things for us in years to come.

Called out an engineer at 8 o'clock Tuesday morning and by 9 o'clock he was working on my hot water boiler, unfortunately, due to its age and parts no longer being available it was beyond repair. Neil the engineer then ran through the options open to me as we now had no hot water system. A new boiler was agreed as the only sensible option and a call to his boss resulted in an estimate for the work required and a start date of the following day! Wednesday morning at 8 o'clock three engineers arrived and proceeded to remove the old boiler and fit the new one, unfortunately, this meant moving it to a new position and all the pipework moving as well. Scott, Kevin and Josh did a fantastic job even to the point of cleaning up all the mess when they had finished. A credit to your company! Altogether a very professional job from start to finish, thanks to all concerned for such a prompt response to a customer in dire straits.

We have recently had our 21 year old boiler and radiators replaced by Negas Ltd. Their engineers are very friendly and polite. They left no muck or mess and they were all extremely hard working. Negas are Worcester Bosch accredited installers and have given us a 12 year parts and labour warranty on the boiler too!
