Nick is an exceptional trader who responds promptly to queries. He gave helpful and expert advice in choosing a new boiler and system to replace a 24 year old boiler. He arrives when he says he will and is courteous at all times. After accepting his quote he kept me informed of preparations and once we agreed a date, the work was started and completed on time. His team were a pleasure to have working in the house for three days. They were unobtrusive, very polite and got on with the jobs without delay. All walkways were protected, everything was left tidy each evening and rubbish carefully disposed of. Nick was most helpful in setting up and explaining the controls for the new system and I am reassured that I can contact him with any problems I have in operating the system. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nick to other households.

Nick serviced the boiler and provided a Landlords Gas Safety Certificate. He also provided and fitted a new room thermostat. I first contacted him late on Friday afternoon and he managed to fit the job in the following day. He kept my tenant informed regarding time of arrival. He messaged me his main findings. Payment and certificate delivery were concluded swiftly by email. I found Nick to be courteous, efficient and a good communicator. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Where do I start, Nick replied to my message instantly and came out the next day we had just bought the house and boiler wasn’t working properly, when nick arrived at the specified time my wife and I along with our daughter were suffering the affects of carbon monoxide poisoning although we didn’t know this at the time. For our safety the boiler was condemned and we thought we were going to be in trouble as the temp outside was -1 and falling. Nick gave us a quote which we thought was reasonable what we didn’t expect was nick and his lads to start instantly. The lads were professional, tidy, helpful and every step of the way we were informed of events happening so we could prepare. So if the water was going to be turned off we could get water before the tap was turned off etcetera, we were so impressed by the quality of the work that we have asked nick and his team to come back and do further work on our house. Thank you guys 👍

Emergency hot water tank repair

Nick came out after another plumber had originally came out to mend a leak on the hot water tank but then refused to come back as the leak was still there. Nick spotted the fault and not only fixed it, but highlighted an installation fault from the original install plumbers. He fixed this and was very tidy whilst he worked.

Employed Nick for a job requiring the removal and refitting of the hot water cylinder. This was to enable replacement of the weakened flooring, supporting the cylinder, that was at risk of collapse. Nick and the team arrived promptly and all the work was completed in one day. At the initial inspection, Nick identified faulty hot water and CH pressure vessels and valves which were replaced. All charges were as quoted. I found Nick friendly and thoroughly professional in attitude, communications and in the practical and technical aspects of the work. Many thanks, Nick.

Worcester Boiler and Power Flush

We had been looking to replace our boiler for a while. The old thing was looking a bit sorry for its self and a national gas company told me the parts where now obsolete. As it happens a week after the said Gas Service call the boiler packed up! We gave Nick at Aspect a call and he came round as arranged, letting me know when he was on his way. He replaced a part and it was up and running again. The boiler was in a state and looked like it hadn't seen a clean inside for years. The thermal camera and other machine he used showed us we may as well have been burning money to heat the house! We asked for a quote. Nick surveyed the house and listened to our requirements. We had another firm quote also but with the statement they made "We will beat any quote by £500" and not bothering to listen or complete a thorough survey as Aspect had done we decided there and then to use Aspect Services. They did every they said they would and where professional and clean. The restrictions in the old radiator valves surprised me, not as much as the amount of dirt that flushed out of the system. We have a nice warm home now with plenty of hot water on tap, no noise or banging or worries about breakdowns and spare parts. Our smart meter is already showing us a massive reduction on gas use and with the cancelled home care the boiler will truly pay for its self in no time. Highly recommended, Highley praised! I was extremely happy with the work, they went over and beyond with what they had to do. I was supposed to have a service on my boiler in January but I kept getting passed over. The company who did the service said the boiler was incorrectly installed and shouldn't have been given a Gas Safe certificate. A contact put me in touch with Aspect Services to look at it and they said it needed to be removed and completely put back in. Nick and a colleague checked everything out, they found all sorts wrong with it. They took the old one out and put the new one in. They found a big problem when they turned the water on as the boiler flooded. They did a magnificent job of sorting it out. I would definitely recommend them. Not a word of complaint, they just got on with the work. I've had no problems with the boiler at all. They are very nice people and it is a 100% improvement on the previous boiler.

Had a new boiler fitted and relocated into garage from kitchen. Very thorough and professional work, he also provides fully itemised bill and work schedule. Tidies up and leaves no mess .He was very reliable and turned up on the dates we had arranged.
