We contacted Michael to trace and locate water leaking from our bathroom into the kitchen below. It was a bank holiday callout so we were very pleased when he attended promptly at the agreed time. He was polite and respectful of our home throughout, employing a methodical approach to try to ascertain the source of the leak. At every stage, Michael took the time to explain what he was doing and why. When he discovered that movement in our wet room floor tiles had caused grout lines to disintegrate, he applied a temporary sealant solution pending the planned installation of a shower tray. He cleaned up after he finished and gave advice about further issues. We would definitely use No Nonsense Plumbing again! No jargon or scaremongering- just straight forward suggestions coupled with a professional solution. We are very happy with the work done and would recommend.

Michael has serviced our boiler a couple of times and today he fixed our toilet for us. He is always super polite and friendly, and quick to respond. Today he came within a couple of hours of contacting him, sorted the problem, and as always tidied up afterwards. Can't recommend enough!

Michael resolved a couple of plumbing problems for me two years ago. But, this year, he fixed dripping taps and replaced the innards of a loo cistern for me. He identified the causes of the problems quickly and took appropriate remedial action, including buying parts, without any fuss or complaint. He just got on with the job and chatted a little with me as he did so. He also threw in a new shower hose for free. Michael works to a high standard and cleans up properly after he's finished a job. And (a bonus, if not essential) he's friendly. Highly recommended.
