No nonsense, arrived on time, covered outdoor footwear, on entering my property. Boiler was serviced within minutes of arrival, I explained about an issues with noise coming from my radiators, no nonsense checked and bled all my radiators and mentioned what it could be. He said to call him back if I hear anything again. No nonsense was polite, kind and knowledgeable about my boiler system. Would recommend No nonsense for your heating needs.

We have had James and Michael from No Nonsense Plumbing visit us for a bathroom tap leak emergency, bath trap leak and the fitting of a new radiator. We made an emergency call at 10.30pm and James arrived within 15 minutes. He sorted the problem and returned promptly the next morning to finish the job. Michael sorted the Beth trap leak when he came to fit the new radiator. Both men were so polite, respectful of our house and so efficient, just lovely. They knew exactly what they were doing throughout and cleaned up after their work, even removing the old radiator. Very calm, confident and effficient. Michael didn’t leave until I was completely satisfied that the central heating was working, there were no leaks and we had hot water. We shall definitely call on No Nonsense Plumbing again. After several unsuccessful attempts to secure a plumber for a couple of routine jobs around the house, I was delighted to find Michael of No Nonsense Plumbing. Michael was responsive, communicative, and helpful ahead of his first visit to fit a carbon monoxide detector and perform a boiler service. He proved reliable, extremely competent, and punctual on the day. Similarly, for the second visit to replace a heated towel rail in the bathroom, Michael advised as to every part I needed to order in advance, which arrived promptly, carried out the work to a high standard, and tidied up after the job. I have no hesitation in recommending No Nonsense Plumbing and will definitely be calling Michael for next year's boiler service, if not for other jobs in the meantime. Michael done an excellent job of replacing my gas hob. There was an issue with the gas pressure which was quickly located and fixed. Punctual, polite and tidy. A great job was done. Completely recommend.

I called No Nonsense Plumbers at lunchtime on a Friday as we had a leak in our bathroom which was going into our neighbours so needed sorting quickly. Michael answered and said he would be over in around 2 hours, which he was - and he kept me updated on what time he thought he would arrive. Once here, Michael quickly identified the source of the leak and knew what was required to fix it. He carried out the work quickly and efficiently and tidied up after himself thoroughly too. He checked the work to ensure the leak was now fixed and also checked other areas to ensure there wasn't a secondary leak - incredibly thorough! Michael was a very likeable chap and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber. Brilliant!

A tough job - what we thought was one problem was 3 different - all sorted to high standard. This is the second time I have used them and they are in my contacts as go to emergency plumbers - but I'm sure they are way more than that.

We contacted Michael to trace and locate water leaking from our bathroom into the kitchen below. It was a bank holiday callout so we were very pleased when he attended promptly at the agreed time. He was polite and respectful of our home throughout, employing a methodical approach to try to ascertain the source of the leak. At every stage, Michael took the time to explain what he was doing and why. When he discovered that movement in our wet room floor tiles had caused grout lines to disintegrate, he applied a temporary sealant solution pending the planned installation of a shower tray. He cleaned up after he finished and gave advice about further issues. We would definitely use No Nonsense Plumbing again! No jargon or scaremongering- just straight forward suggestions coupled with a professional solution. We are very happy with the work done and would recommend.

Michael has serviced our boiler a couple of times and today he fixed our toilet for us. He is always super polite and friendly, and quick to respond. Today he came within a couple of hours of contacting him, sorted the problem, and as always tidied up afterwards. Can't recommend enough!

Michael resolved a couple of plumbing problems for me two years ago. But, this year, he fixed dripping taps and replaced the innards of a loo cistern for me. He identified the causes of the problems quickly and took appropriate remedial action, including buying parts, without any fuss or complaint. He just got on with the job and chatted a little with me as he did so. He also threw in a new shower hose for free. Michael works to a high standard and cleans up properly after he's finished a job. And (a bonus, if not essential) he's friendly. Highly recommended.
