My old storage heaters & complicated meter system were removed & new clay core radiators installed. They accommodated my request to remove old heaters allowing me to re-decorate prior to installation. I also had to change dates twice. The work was done on time, quickly, cleanly without any inconvenience to me, even though it was not straightforward. I was patiently given operating instructions- reassured they would come back if I had any future problems which couldn’t be solved by phone. The service I received from first contact has been excellent. Very happy with this company.

I decided to go 100% electric and found this company after reading so many good reviews online. The process was trouble free and excellent from start to finish. The team which consisted of 1 plumber (Phil) and 2 electricians (Kev and Jamie) carried out the job within a day and a half. This included removing old boiler, water tanks, visible pipe work, fitting new sockets, removing old radiators and fitting 6 new ones. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the results of the new system. The whole team including office staff are very courteous and easy to talk to, nothing is too much trouble. What a great company. We had a solid fuel boiler removed and 5 radiator conversions. Communications with the company prior to fitting and after the work had been completed was excellent. Very friendly and helpful team in all stages of the work, tidy and efficient. Spent time with us at the end of the job to explain the app and how the system can be controlled. Can highly recommend every aspect including the efficient heating system that has modernised our home.

We had an ELKAtherm radiator installed in our bathroom and were most impressed by the calibre of Kevin and Phil the two engineers who fitted it. They were punctual, polite and extremely professional. Had installation of elkatherm radiators and solar compatible sunamp water system in old house to replace oil central heating. Initial assessment clear and knowledgeable (Howard) taking time to tailor to our individual circumstances. Actual installation excellent - efficient, helpful, friendly and tidy throughout. Worked extremely well as a team, meaning that removal of old system, fitting new one and clearing up to high standard, as well as ensuring we knew exactly how to work system via app completed in 2.5 days (14 room house). Heating system excellent, easy to configure, and water system gives mains pressure instant hot water. Would strongly recommend to anyone needing new heating system

Phil the plumber removed the old gas boiler and radiators and installed the Sunamp. Luke and Krev installed Elkatherm radiators. They turned up as scheduled and completed the work to an exceptionally high standard. This alone would have given them a 5 star review. But in addition to this, they worked in a very neat way, moving furniture and household items back and forth in order to do it, and cleaned and tidied after themselves. They were careful to make sure everything was installed exactly as I wanted it and were generous when installing new electric sockets. I was provided with instruction of how to work the new equipment and was given a very clear demonstration. They were polite and fun to be around. I can't recall having such a good service in recent times. I am one very happy customer

Found North East Heating Solutions online after deciding to go all electric with the view of going solar eventually.I am a believer in first impressions ! They answered straight away and not long after leaving my details Howard the owner contacted me and arranged an appointment which was impressive and reassuring as we had no hot water or heating . After the consultation they very kindly fitted me into their tight schedule to fit the sunamp so we at least had hot water which was fitted within a couple weeks and we are so impressed with the Sunamp heater it does everything Howard said it would do instant heat at pressure no noise WOW ! The team came a few weeks later to fit the radiators they were efficient worked well together polite tidy and did a very very good job despite me asking for where I wanted it fitting which was a nightmare for them. North East Heating Solutions installed electric heaters throughout my property together with a new boiler they were very professional kept to budget and schedule the team who worked at my property were very helpful and considerate and carried out an excellent job I would have no hesitation to recommend them

North East Heating Solutions were initially contacted to advise and quote for the installation of Elkatherm heaters for our village hall. The old gas-fired heater and overhead electric heaters were inefficient and did not provide even room heating and so it was decided to have them replaced with a more modern alternative. North East Heating Solutions visited the hall and quickly scoped out the locations for 5 new programmable Elkatherm heaters after a survey of the electricity supply for connections. The old gas-fired unit and overhead electric heaters were removed and disposed of and the room was left in a clean and tidy condition. The work was completed within 1 day and care was taken to ensure that the end result was to our satisfaction. A full explanation of the operation of the new heaters was given and a user guide was provided. The cost wasn't cheap but previous testimonies indicate that the Elkatherm heaters are good value for money. Although there has not been the opportunity to experience the efficiency of the new heaters yet (summertime) the appearance and testing of the settings make us optimistic.

Replaced back boiler-driven, water-based central heating with four new radiators on ground floor. All old radiators throughout the house removed, header tank supply capped off, and new internal gubbins fitted to electric immersion heater. Fitted in summer, so haven't used new radiators at all yet, but they do look good. The fitters - two electricians and a plumber - are a dream team, courteous, thoughtful, non-invasive, quick and very tidy - if only all tradespeople were like this.

Very professional service from initial survey to installation. Installation carried out in an efficient, professional and friendly manner. We had opted to have this system installed into my elderly mothers property as a safer alternative to gas appliances. Although we were present, the installers took time to explain to mother what they were doing. Very pleased with the end result, very neat looking and certainly very effective.

I live in a fully electric, small property that had an old small water tank with immersion heater for my hot water with little control. It was inefficient and took up valuable wardrobe space. I contacted North East Heating Solutions with regard to replacement of old storage heaters. A useful home visit was made, measurements taken, order placed. I was informed of progress along the way. On the day of installation, they arrived on time and the radiators were fitted quickly and efficiently. Old storage heaters removed. A timer also fitted on the immersion heater free of charge. The radiators are quick to heat up the rooms and aesthetically pleasing.

The timing of the work, the cost and all arrangements were made with the MD. Howard at the end of his initial visit, and all of this was adhered to. I was patiently shown how to operate the system ,which was set to the temperature and times I require. They were respectful of my home and property, and left everything clean and tidy. I am absolutely delighted with the system, and all people involved with it. There have been no problems. We love our new heating & water system installed by North East Heating Solutions. We had a problem with our gas heating as despite numerous power flushes the micro bore pipes the builder installed 20+ years ago were blocked & useless. We researched many options & Howards Elkatherm radiators became our preferred option. They’re not cheap (anything that’s good tends not to be) but weighing up disruption, re-plastering,/re-decorating and the big bonus of future proofing our home away from fossil fuels, this system came out favourite. Although it’s summer & we’ve not used them to full advantage yet, we have lots of hot water, the radiators look great & are easy to use with the smart app. Howard’s team are super professional and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone.

We decided to move from gas heating for environmental reasons and in order to have a more flexible system which heats where and when we want. Howard explained everything clearly with no hard sell, and his team were friendly, efficient, professional, quick and tidy in removing the old radiators and installing eight electric ones in less than 2 days. We decided to replace our outdated storage heaters with new controllable Elkatherm heaters around six months ago. We are delighted with them as we can program each individual heater to suit our needs e.g. the bedroom heater is set to come on at the required temperature two hours before we go to bed and again two hours before we get up. Then the rest of the day and night it is set to a lower temperature and only comes on if the room temperature falls below that. We estimate that we will save around one thousand eight hundred kw per year in our two-bedroom bungalow. Also, we were very impressed with Northeast Heating Solutions from the initial first meeting with Howard to the expert fitting of the heaters - a friendly set of workers who left everything neat and tidy.

Sales visit was informative but not pushy . We were advised about size of radiator to suit size of large and small room. Workmen arrived on agreed date completed work efficiently and with little disruption. Workmen we’re polite and efficient throughout .We were given programming demonstration and left with simple instruction sheet as well as YouTube tutorial info . Both radiators working efficiently and 25 year guarantee gives peace of mind . Not a cheap option but will whole heatedly recommend this firm .

We found the economy 7 heaters we had were inefficient and expensive to run. These heaters were over 30 years old. We did a lot of research and hit on North East Heating Solutions. We ordered the heaters on 13 October 2021 after a site visit. We requested the radiators be installed before Christmas. Which they were. The most important thing to us was the running costs which have proved to be very reasonable and we are a lot more comfortable now.

The initial appointment with Howard was arranged very quickly. Howard was very knowledgeable, professional and was not "pushy" by any means. He was very accommodating and was able to explain in detail how the systems worked, without overcomplicating it! The radiators were installed efficiently around 3 months later. The installers were courteous and didn't leave any mess and the job was done within a few hours. After being stuck with old storage heaters for over a year, the new system is an absolute dream! They work so effectively and efficiently in heating our house, even better than gas central heating which is what we're used to. We've already saved money on our energy bills. I would definitely recommend this company and this product, it is very much worth the money and we are confident the system will last a lifetime.

I enquired in January, made a decision to get a visit to look at heating options. Great service. Then radiators ordered and installed - also an excellent service. Programming took a while to get to grips with because I it was June installed and didn’t need heating till now in mid November. Works brilliantly and I am thrilled with it. I am very pleased with the installation and performance of my Sunamp water heater. It is economical. Obviously the upfront cost is high but overall I am pleased I had the unit installed. North East Heating Solutions are good to deal with and provide good customer service.

We were looking to replace our old ineffective storage radiators with something more practical. We'd investigated air source to go green but it really wasn't going to work as a retrofit for our old barn conversion. We'd had a number of companies come round and try to sell us ASHP or LPG boilers and really not listening to us. Howard was a breath of fresh air. He could see we'd already done our homework, we knew exactly what we wanted and just needed to know the radiators required and the price. He gave us exactly that and as a result left with a booking and deposit. There was a wait for the radiators to be supplied but in fact they were available and fitted before due which was great. The timer switches we were also having didn't come in as quickly and when they weren't quite right they were switched out for an alternative product with no fuss and fitted at a later date. They were all set up fine and as well as the standard instruction booklet we were provided with a simply get started basic instruction sheet too. Altogether we are very happy with the job - the fitters were courteous, working round us while we were working from home, clean, tidy, respectful and all in all did a great job.

Everyone from North East Heating Solutions was friendly and helpful and seemed efficient. I am very pleased with my Sunamp 6 (for hot water) and Elkatherm radiators (installed in June and August 2021), but a number of mistakes were made over contract details. Problems included some paperwork being sent twice in mistake for other paperwork and some paperwork containing errors; there was confusion over some radiator sizes and one installation date and - in the absence of an initial written quotation - even the total number of radiators and total cost. These and other issues were all resolved satisfactorily, but should not have arisen in the first place. Nevertheless, I would recommend North East Heating Solutions, their staff and their products.

Partial replacement to a 35 year old heating system. Work carried out over approx. 4 hours, in a friendly and efficient manner. Fully intend to have the rest of the system done at a later date. Whole process was excellent from North East Heating - shame about Bulb with the tariff...

Within an hour of searching an appointment was made via Yvette and we also spoke directly with Howard. A week later Howard visited my elderly mothers and gave an honest and professional survey. The process was described in "layman terms" which was greatly appreciated by both of us. John and Stephen arrived promptly on the agreed installation day and were both very friendly and helpful. Their work was delivered in a very tidy and professional manner. John was very patient when delivering the tutorial to my mother and myself. I had to speak with John after they had left as I hadn't digested all the information relayed to me, but John called and advised me of where I was going wrong. Nothing was too much trouble to him. The new heating system is perfect and ideally suited to my mother's needs and we would thoroughly recommend Northeast Heating Solutions.

The wait between ordering and fitting was a little longer than anticipated (Brexit-related) and I would have liked a little more communication - I've still given 5 stars though because the response when I telephoned was fine, and the two fitters more than made up for this small thing. Once the fitting date was arranged the fitters arrived promptly. They were very efficient, overcoming the one small difficulty we encountered without fuss. They were friendly and polite the whole time they were with me and cleaned up any mess made by drilling. I was extremely happy with the service provided. The radiators they fitted are so much better than the storage heaters they replaced and I can now control my heating as I need to - perfect!

We found North East Heating Solutions while looking to replace our storage heaters and after contacting them we received a prompt service despite the restrictions in force at the time. They replaced our old heaters and upgraded our water heating, taking away our old heaters and cleaning up afterwards. From office staff to installers, very friendly and nothing was to much trouble. It is easily controlled and we were given full instruction on how to control it. We are a lot warmer than we were before and is costing us less.

We have found North East Heating solutions to be an excellent company to deal with from start to finish. We initially had 2 heaters installed earlier in the year but decided to add another to our main lounge in December as we had been so pleased with the earlier two. All staff from Office to Sales to the fitting have all been brilliant to deal with. The product is excellent and the service is excellent as well. We are still not sure if the running costs are more than our previous system but it appears to be at this early stage slightly more expensive, although we have had quite a lot of cold weather to contend with! One radiator fitted upstairs was in fact struggling to get to the required temperature. We flagged this up to Howard who immediately replaced it, free of charge, with a larger radiator that now heats the room very well. Great service indeed. All in all I could not fault North East Heating Solutions and would recommend them to anyone.

I used this company to have electric heaters installed in the summer and have my old storage heathers removed. I found it to be a good experience from start to finish, I got a quote which I agreed to on the day as I had researched prices, etc... with other companies previously. Excellent installation they were very professional and as helpful as they could be. They left my apartment clean and tidy and took the old water cylinder away. I only had a Sun Amp water heater fitted but so far I am very pleased with its performance I have yet to evaluate the exact running costs but so far it seems to be cheaper than my old emersion heater system.

I know the radiators are expensive but I can confirm they are very good and dealing with North East Heating Solutions has been excellent from start to finish. The lads installing were really good and tidy and took time to explain it all. Even when we had a problem two weeks in, it was sorted without any issues. The new heating system installed by North East Systems has been a huge improvement for us and well worth the cost. The new elkatherm radiators, together with the control system which is via an app on our iphones, have transformed the central heating capability in our house, from inflexible and expensive night storage heaters which ran out of heat by late afternoon to a modern, efficient, flexible and very effective heating system which allows the temperature to be controlled for each room independently. The radiators are quick to warm up a room, and can also be used to maintain a lower base temperature for rooms which are not being used regularly, at a much lower cost. We initially met the MD for NE Heating Solutions, who is called Howard and he provided an excellent overview of how the new radiators work the system benefits and costs, and of the installation process. The installation of the new radiators, and the removal of eight old night storage heaters was done in less than a day with no mess or damage, and the guys who installed the new system were very courteous, tidy and efficient. I would highly recommend NE Heating Solutions to other people who may be wanting to upgrade their central heating system. I wish we had done this years ago.

NE Heating Solutions supplied and fitted an electric radiator for a garden room new build project. I was impressed with them from start to finish; from initial design consultations with Howard, answering my technical questions, arranging the fitting date and finally to fitting the product. The fitters arrived on time and took extreme care to ensure that the radiator was fitted to my satisfaction, even to the extent of passing the cable to the fused spur behind the plasterboard so that it was unseen (which was unexpected). And, they cleaned up afterwards! We are very pleased with the product. It looks great, is very easy to use and is very efficient in heating the room. I was impressed with the conduct of this firm from the first visit of its representative. The quotation was submitted quickly, and in an easily understandable form. From my decision to employ North East Heating Solutions I was entirely satisfied with the service and the work. I was kept informed at all stages and everything happened on the dates agreed. When the radiators were installed the workmen were polite, methodical and neat, and the work was completed within the day. I opted initially for the tablet control of the radiators, but found that was not compatible with how I wished to manage the system. We had our survey carried out to assess the correct size of Elkatherm heater with no sales pitch, and no pressure. we were advised on size and chose an appropriate colour. Our heater duly arrived with two very pleasant young men, was connected up and we were shown how to operate it. I have had my Elkatherm radiators for five years now. I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent no pressure sales technique.The radiators are a great success,they were fitted in less than two hours by efficient pleasant workmen. My house is warm and cosy and I find them economical,no servicing needed,easy to regulate and whilst my house was empty for four months due to illness the radiators were put on timers, so no worries about frozen pipes.
