From our very initial contact they were very professional and extremely helpful in all aspects of the redesign and choosing fittings. Richard and the team worked very professionally started and finished as per agreed timescales and were very tidy and kept us informed every step of the way. We have known Sam and Richard for many years as have used their company previously, therefore I have no hesitation in highly recommending their services. We have had an en-suite shower room constructed, which as it was part of a building project was difficult to imagine but Richard guided us through the process with care and consideration.

I can't recommend this company enough, our 1960's era bathroom was in desperate need of updating and from the off-set Sam was extremely helpful when it came to choosing the fixtures and fittings and also the colour scheme of the tiles and flooring etc.. The installation was seamless and hassle free as Richard was great at co-ordinating all the various trades, this also included keeping us regularly updated at each critical stage whilst we were on holiday. Its clear that Richard takes great pride in his work and this is reflected by the end product as we're extremely happy with our new bathroom!

It is a real pleasure to deal with Sam and Richard Oldfield. Our new bathroom is absolutely stunning, the design process includes everything you need, ceramics, taps, showers, tiles, electrics and flooring. All the fittings are the very best quality, Sam and Richard have many years of experience and know exactly what will stand the test of time in a busy family bathroom. We knew well in advance when the work would start and it was completed from start to finish in less than 2 weeks. Richard worked so hard to get the work done in such a short time. He and his tradesmen treated our house with respect as if it was their own, the carpets were covered and everything cleaned up afterwards. All the different tradesmen were organised in advance, someone was there everyday and they were all very friendly. We knew the budget in advance and that is what we paid, apart from a few extras which we asked Richard to do whilst he was there. The aftersales service is brilliant, Richard is more than happy to pop round to sort the smallest thing. The way the bathrooms are designed means that any problems in the future are easily remedied. I would definitely use them again, we have had our kitchen done previously, it's the downstairs loo next!

Having used Oldfield Bathrooms and Kitchens previously for two bathrooms and a cloakroom, we really didn't consider anybody else to move our kitchen into an existing family room and redevelop the old kitchen into a new office space. Richard and Sam, as ever, were very helpful from start to finish. In the Covid era there was an issue with the arrival of one of our appliances (despite being ordered weeks in advance) but this was dealt with promptly. For what was a large project, the majority of the work was completed remarkably quickly, which was much appreciated with a curious toddler roaming the house! We have always found aftercare to be outstanding and feel confident that any issues, if they do arise, will be dealt with promptly and efficiently.

We have used Oldfield Bathroom and Kitchens for our bathroom and kitchen in the past. We decided to re-configure our complete downstairs space and there was no one else we would want to complete this with us but Oldfield's. From the design, to the choosing of the kitchen/floor etc was easy - nothing was too much trouble for Richard and Sam and their suggestions/ideas were gratefully received. What we found most impressive was the project management of the whole thing from the beginning to the end, it was seamless with no delays at all and everything was complete within 3 weeks, which considering the work that has been completed is quite remarkable. Richard and Sam make you feel completely at ease and fill you with confidence during the whole project. Oldfield Bathrooms and Kitchens Limited put a new kitchen and bathroom into our new house, which had been previously rented out ahead of us moving in. We are very pleased with the results of the work, which were completed to an extremely high standard. In our initial meetings, Richard and Sam Oldfield were very helpful in guiding us to what we needed in the project. We found Richard and the team thoroughly reliable and efficient, completing the work to schedule and to budget. There were a few problems that they encountered in the old kitchen, however they overcame these successfully. Throughout the project we were kept well informed of the progress and costs of the work. We found them very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and they were willing to go over an above what was expected, in doing extra work in rest of the house. We found that nothing was too much trouble in what they were doing, ensuring a stunning result. We have found the after care to be very good, in answering questions and practical help eg plumbing in our washing machine and tumble drier on the day we moved in. They are always available to offer any help or advice that we might need and we are very confident of getting the right answers. They have also been helpful in linking us up with other tradespeople that we have needed eg finding a painter, when our own painter let us down at short notice. in conclusion we would thoroughly recommend them and have already done so with our own friends.

Our experience with Oldfield's has been faultless from start to finish, from Sam's wealth of design knowledge and flair to Richards design and amazing attention to detail and craftsmanship nothing was too much trouble to ensure we had the kitchen of our dreams. Richards work in the house was so clean every possible eventuality was covered, the floor was protected doors removed and stored etc. and were amazed by the daily progress in terms of the kitchen transformation. Every evening Richard came back to the house to talk through the work that had been completed and if any minute decisions needed to be made which ensured that we had the perfect kitchen for us and that everything was considered and explained in a way we could understand. Sam was available by email & phone for any queries and updates regarding product choices and questions (of which there were many..) Sam also visited our kitchen several times to again ensure that quality and again re-affirm some of the design choices we had all made were collaborative in every detail. The team that Richard has assembled to work with him are of the highest calibre from electrician to plasterer to kitchen quartz fitters everything ran like clockwork and again overseen by Richard and Sam which was incredibly reassuring . Work was carried out in time in budget and to absolute perfection which is all you could ever ask for, Richard and Sam’s after service is amazing and are still on hand to give further advice when required.

Work carried out as specified removing old kitchen & fitting new one in an efficient manner. The standard of the work was excellent throughout with all personnel involved punctual & polite. Having had a guest bathroom & a ground floor cloakroom very successfully refurbished by Oldfield Bathrooms & Kitchens we contracted with them to strip out & fully refurbish both our kitchen and adjacent utility room. The results have been nothing less than stunning with the highest quality of workmanship & material. The work was carried out efficiently, quickly and with great attention to detail. At all times we were kept fully informed of the planned activities and timescales. All aspects of the work, which included plastering and electrical (both power & lighting) were completed on time. Oldfield Bathrooms & Kitchens have just transformed our kitchen and it is just amazing. From the very start they were professional, gave great advice and made the whole process very smooth. Our new kitchen including knocking our old utility room out and moving these appliances into our garage which works much better for us. Sam gave us great advice on colours regarding the kitchen units, flooring and counter tops whilst Richard gave expert advice on what would work for us. Sam and Richard have recently fitted a new kitchen for us which involved knocking a wall down. The whole process from start to finish has been an absolute joy and quite painless. Sam's vast experience was invaluable in the design phase. She knew what worktops would work with our choice of cabinets and similarly in the choice of flooring. All the fittings are excellent quality, they don't fit equipment which is second rate and the results are plain to see, the kitchen will look stunning for many years. The whole process from start to finish was completed in 3 weeks. Richard project manages all the tradesmen, who were all highly skilled and extremely helpful. Despite having a wall knocked down and everything re-plastered, the mess was kept to a minimum and all the carpets were protected. Everyone who worked on our kitchen worked so hard, we couldn't believe the transformation in such a short time. All the prices are quoted at the beginning and that is the price you pay. We had the electrician do a few extras for us whilst he was here and he was more than happy to accommodate us, which we paid extra for. The aftersales service is second to none, Richard came back to change a couple of cabinet doors which he wasn't happy with. Choosing Richard and Sam to do the kitchen gave us peace of mind, we knew we were getting a top quality kitchen that will last for years and they do the whole job from start to finish.

Oldfield’s have recently fitted our main bathroom and we are more than delighted with the result. Throughout the bathroom planning, Sam and Richard were extremely helpful in making sure our specifications were met and that our choices were practical. The work was started on time and was completed efficiently, without being rushed. Any imperfections were put right straight away and communication was excellent throughout the process. Another thing that stands out is how tidy and considerate the workmen are. These jobs can be messy but the workmen respected our home like it was their own which, from past experience, is rare! Overall the service was wonderful with excellent attention to detail and the results are far superior to all other work we’ve had done on our home. Having used Richard and Sam previously for a new bathroom we had confidence in using them for our new kitchen as their standard of work is second to none and from the planning stage through to kitchen selection and fitting they were patient and helpful, offering invaluable advice and guidance. The actual work was carried out with efficiency and with as minimal disruption as possible and by working long days and coordinating all the various people involved they were able to complete on schedule even with us adding extra bits of work on during the process with nothing being too much trouble. We are thrilled with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend them for any kitchen or bathroom installations.

From our first phone conversation with Sam to the time Richard left us with our new kitchen, the whole experience has been easy and stress free. We visited the showroom where everything is well set out to view and Sam talked us through all the options and helped us choose what we wanted from what was on offer to us. Richard then came to the house and again talked through what we wanted and advised us on the layout and what was best for us. When the kitchen had been designed we again visited the showroom and put the final touches to the design to suit our needs. There was never any pressure on us and we always felt at ease to change things to exactly what we wanted. Having agreed on the final design we were given a start date for the fitting. Work started on that date and again the work was stress free. Richard and Andy were a pleasure to work with as was Gareth the electrician, Dan who did the floor and the plasterers whose names I didn't get. They all treated our property with the utmost respect and never caused us any concerns. Everything was always left clean and tidy at the end of each working day and any disruption was kept to a minimum. The finished job is excellent and certainly up to the standard that we had hoped for. We are very pleased with our new kitchen and would have no hesitation recommending Oldfield's to anybody including friends and relatives.

We contacted Oldfields in August to completely refit our kitchen. From the first time Richard visited our house he and his team have been nothing but professional and friendly. They really took into account that we are a large family so when planning the works made sure we were without our washing machine for as little time as possible (not even half a day). Everything was done on time and to budget with communication was great throughout. Richard took the pain out of having a new kitchen as he project manages the whole thing which for busy working parents is a god send! I cannot recommend Oldfields enough and will definitely be using them in the future.

Having previously used Richard and his team in February 2019 for a new bathroom we had no hesitation in asking him to replace the kitchen. We discussed the design with both Richard and Sam a number of times before making a decision. The work commenced and although there was a small problem initially with the flooring Richard went out of his way to rectify this to our complete satisfaction. All the work done is of the highest standard and if you want a company whose number one concern is customer satisfaction then this is the company to choose. Things couldn't be better - it's a pity all companies don't work to the same set standards. We are delighted with the end result.
