Omni has over 15 year experience in the gas and plumbing industry and has gone from strength to strength, building a team of highly skilled, polite and punctual engineers.

Omni specialise in bespoke, high quality heating and hot water solutions including UFH, Unvented hot water cylinders, zoned heating and high efficiency smart controls. We are Vaillant Advance engineers and expert in all their products.

Andy replaced our very old boilers with a new combi boiler. Excellent work, very professional, all explained very well & really happy. Recommended & installed the smart thermostat too which has been brilliant. Highly recommended all round!

Andy Heath, and his able young assistant Josh, recently replaced my old, cumbersome and inefficient boiler which was on its last legs. The operation was far from straightforward but they carried out the job efficiently and cleanly ironing out any problems encountered on the way. The work was done on time and within the agreed budget. On completion Andy went through the operating instructions and offered any further assistance if needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Omni to anyone wanting a boiler replacement- in fact I already have.

We have been making do with a very old boiler that only allowed us to have a shower that ran hot and cold, never a consistent temperature. With rising gas prices and a new baby on the way we decided it was time to invest in a new boiler and asked Andy at Omni to give us a quote. Satisfied with his friendly demeanour, pricing, wealth of knowledge and experience, aftercare offer and product, which is cost effective and by all accounts better for the environment than our inefficient old boiler, we booked Andy to come and fit our new boiler a few weeks later. He showed up nice and early and worked so hard for two days to replace our old boiler and ensure the new one was working properly. I was working from home at the time and was really impressed with Andy’s work throughout, he was focussed and efficient and just got on with the job, leaving me to get on with my day. Andy explained how all of the new technology worked and offered to be contacted should we have any questions as we started using it. Although he came with lots of tools and equipment, Andy left without a trace, taking our old boiler and any leftover bits with him. He ensured any damage he’d caused replacing the boiler on the front of the house was fixed and all the work was done to a very high standard. In two days we had a new boiler, consistent hot water and hopefully, a more affordable and efficient gas bill. It was totally worth spending the money on it and we couldn’t recommend Andy enough!

Was recommended Andy to sort a defective heat/hot water system in our new home after being stood up by other tradesmen. With winter drawing in getting it sorted ASAP was key. Communication good and an appointment was made quickly and stuck to. On the day the work took longer than expected but Andy was happy to stay to complete and even took the time at the end of a long day to talk us through the new system. Great reliable service and with the offer to stay in touch for any future issues. My new go-to!

When I first contacted Omni I was apprehensive to say the least having had a very bad experience with a kitchen fitter. However, Andy was polite and professional, he understood my requirements, gave me reasonably priced options and his work was top notch. He has since done completed some additional work for me and I continue to be delighted with his work and his work ethic. I would have no hesitation recommending Andy and Omni!

I contacted Andy due to an external leak, and even though he was busy until the middle of the following week, he was able to move things around and called me back with an earlier appointment. He turned up promptly and proceeded to repair the damaged pipe quickly and effectively. He thereafter went over and above by putting in 2 stop-valves to my external pipes. This allows me to pre-empt any potential external leaks or alternatively empty my external pipes which is especially beneficial whenever it gets cold and minimises any potential future damage to them. I am very happy with the manner in which Andy communicated with me at every stage in the process and that he not only repaired the leak but also helped in minimising future problems.

I rang Omni about a boiler service after reading a number of positive reviews. I spoke to Andy who was really helpful. He gave me costings for a basic service and for if further checks were needed. He was able to come within a week and gave a rough time, then texted on the day to confirm the time. He was very friendly, talked me through what he had done, told me how much it would be, and provided me with an electronic gas service record the same day. I received an invoice the following week. I was very pleased with the service I received, comms and timekeeping and the price seemed very reasonable and was what I had been quoted. I will definitely use Omni again.

Andy is a great bloke, he took his time to figure out the best solution to our tricky re-piping work, provided a clear & competitive quote and was consistently reliable. He helped us out along the way with things he didn't need to (we're renovating everything) and his after care service has been outstanding, we had a couple of little fixes needed after the whole system was upgraded and Andy has always been straight back to sort things out. A really polite, friendly guy. Highly recommended by us!

Andy serviced our boiler a few months ago, all fine. Recently hot water pressure dropped badly. He arrived on time, was efficient and today, explained the issue and clearly discussed options. We agreed on a bypass piping option, he came back and fixed it in 2 hours flat including drilling though bathroom wall - pressure now better than ever. Couldn't be more impressed with his approach, neatness of the job, and punctuality. Strongly recommend.
