I contacted Only Lifts to ask about a possible adjustment to the seat belt positioning on our recently fitted stair chair lift and an engineer visited very soon after to carry out the work. He was extremely knowledgeable and very kind and helpful, taking care to ensure my Mother was using the stair lift safely. He also helped with some issues we'd experienced with the remote controls, thoroughly testing the battery mechanism and checking the remote batteries. Everyone I have dealt with at Only Lifts has been extremely friendly and helpful, and the chair lift was actually fitted only days after our initial inquiries. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone considering either renting or purchasing a stairlift

Our stairlift was installed within two days and although only used for two weeks was invaluable. When it was no longer required it was removed on the day I called. Thank you Gary for your excellent product and service.

Gary first supplied and then installed a stair lift for my parents 2 years ago, he has since replaced the batteries ( through lack of use!) and made sure that the lift is in good working order. I am extremely pleased with the stair-lift I bought from Only Lifts. The owner of the company, Gary Tidman, came to my house and spent over two hours going through the various options. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and approachable. It was very helpful that he brought an example of the seat and rail, so that I could see it in situ. At no point did he push for a sale. He listened to my requirements and gave the necessary information, so I was confidently able to make a fully informed decision. I had no hesitation in ordering the stair lift at the end of the appointment and the lift was installed within a few days. I would also like to praise the engineers, who did an excellent job fitting the stair lift. It was all done in one afternoon, with no mess left behind. They were helpful and polite throughout the fitting and very attentive to every small detail. I am so glad that I wasn't sucked in by the slick advertising of the big stair lift firms, with their big prices to match! Only Lifts provided exactly the same quality stair lift offered by these companies, yet with a more personal service and at a lower price. Being a local firm and knowing Gary is always there at the end of the telephone gives me peace of mind. It was a pleasure to meet Gary and his team. I highly recommend Only Lifts. Planning a large family Christmas last year we were sad and worried about my partners elderly Grandmother having to be left out because she couldn't manage our stairs. A friend recommended Gary at Onlylifts and suggested we could rent one. That's exactly what we did. We rented a lift for a week. Gary came and fitted it on Christmas Eve and was polite, friendly and diligent. He left everything spotless, gave us a full demonstration on how to use it, guided us through the safety functions and promptly came to take it away during the break between Christmas and New Year so that we weren't left with out our stair gates up for any longer than necessary ( we have a 1 year old little girl who loves the stairs!). I was amazed to discover that I could rent a stairlift for such a short period and thrilled with the service we received. And, as I am sure you can imagine, Nan was absolutely over the moon to be able to spend Christmas with us all. I can not recommend Gary and Only Lifts highly enough! Thank you

Well impressed by the promptness of acknowledging our needs for a stairlift and the quickness of fitting it They advised us on what would be best for us and also when to have it fitted ie. after we had moved in so it was easier to get furniture up the stairs so fitted ours on a Sunday They were clean polite and very professional there follow up service is also good as they appreciate that you have a stairlift for a reason so any problems dealt with promptly Would highly recommend them .A big thankyou Gary Richard German
