Contacted Mike after reading his reviews as I had totally fallen out of love with my aging computer after a "repair" done previously by another person - everything had become a long-winded struggle and it all seemed alien despite my having worked with computers for years. Mike has been my savior. From the initial phone call when we discussed my decision for a new computer, to the quotation, to the follow-up phone calls to check I was still happy with everything, to the actual installation - a dream. He listens, he reassures and he answers all the questions patiently. The installation when he transferred all my photos and files and took me through all the setups etc. was so relaxed - I just wish I had found him two years ago.

New computer today! Mike Nash was superb, explained everything well and as pensioners in our 80's, this was a first class service. Would highly recommend him!

The job was setting up a new laptop, selectively transferring data etc from my old one. Careful discussion about what to keep and what to eliminate, and really good up-to-date well explained advice on software options. Everything now running perfectly, as I learn the ins and outs of Windows 11. Likely costs were advised beforehand, again with options detailed. I have known Mike for a long time and always valued the benefit of his wide experience. Once again he has taken a potential problem off my desk!

Can't fault Mike's work. Pleasant and efficient. Highly recommended. And, more to the point, explained things so I understood what he was doing. No easy task!

Set up home system with server and data base. Excellent work, knows his stuff, would recommend him any time.

I wish I had asked Mike to service my laptop computer 2 years ago, when another company did a bodge job on it. He arrived promptly & he was friendly, efficient & helpful. He explained the problems clearly & did a full onsite service. He also did a full back-up onto a compact external hard-drive, much to my relief! His invoice was very reasonable & he also gave me some good free advice. I will certainly contact him again next time my computer needs his help!

Mike Nash provided a remote service ( useful in this pandemic) and as usual was polite, very efficient and carried out the works detailed, as well as sorting and advising me on other particular personal computer problems. I have used OnTrack Computers on a number of occasions over the past ten years, most recently to build a new desktop PC to my specifications, to load the software, transfer the files from the existing PC and to set up the new PC and resolve any issues arising. The work was completed in a very short time frame and completed well within the agreed schedule and budget. I have found OnTrack always very helpful, providing options and recommendations and taking through these before beginning any work. During the set-up OnTrack provided great support in understanding the operation of the new PC and when there was subsequently a minor issue with one of the peripherals was quick to suggest a suitable solution.
