Efficient service. Texted he was on his way and arrived promptly. Matthew communicated and explained clearly any recommendations. Office Manager Lisa again communicated very well at each stage. This is the second time we have used this Trader and would recommend them.

We were very pleased with the work done by Matthew on our boiler. He communicated the recommended work very clearly and it was scheduled in promptly and at a reasonable price. The work was completed as agreed in a professional way with minimal disruption. Lisa in the office was very efficient and also communicated well. Leigh & his crew made a very neat installation of a Combi Boiler, replacing an old central heating boiler & hot water system. The job was completed on time & the site left clean & tidy. Now we are warm & cosy, with hot water on demand. The space in our airing cupboard has doubled now that the old hot water cylinder has been removed. We recommend Oxyplumb without reservation.

Oxyplumb have always been reliable and efficient! They always keep me informed of appointments by email/texts and their work is of a very professional standard. The cost of having the annual boiler service at £96 seems a bit steep to me for 45 minutes work, but it is peace of mind to know that the boiler is safe and efficient.

Excellent customer service over e-mail and the phone. The professional engineer that completed the job and discussed the optimisation of the boiler water temperature to try to save on the fuel bills, More than happy to recommend this company.

Our boiler was unresponsive following a power cut, so I gave Oxyplumb a call. They went to so much effort to fit a visit in promptly despite them being extremely busy. Rob came out and identified that the control panel was dead and needed replacing. He bypassed the control panel so we could have heating and hot water whilst a replacement panel was ordered. We received a quote for the new part the same day from Lisa in the office. As soon as I approved, she booked the return visit as soon as possible. Leigh came and fitted the new panel quickly and efficiently. I love the service from this company. They keep you up to date and send you a brief message to say that they are on their way. I can’t recommend Oxyplumb enough, their service is second to none.

Oxyplumb installed our Air conditioning units to a high-quality standard at a relatively reasonable price. They also quoted for a complete package ie electricians included, whilst other companies that quoted would not include electrical work. The office manager was always available on the phone when contacted with any queries. Oxyplumb engineers were courteous and helpful at all times and worked through awful weather conditions. All the controls were explained to us after the commissioning was completed, so overall we were very happy with the installation.
