After gathering quotes for a new boiler as my old boiler was on its last legs, then checking out the reviews – I decided to go with Oxyplumb’s and couldn’t be happier. From start to finish they’ve been brilliant, friendly office staff and excellent communication And the heating engineers Roberto and Josh did an exceptional job with the boiler install incredibly punctual and they took real pride in their work, the installation was completed to a really high professional standard and actually exceeded my expectation by completing the work ahead of schedule, leaving the property clean and tidy – can’t speak highly enough of them both. We recently bought an older property with a 30+-year-old boiler. We were really happy with the service overall. The work was carried out by Roberto and Josh, both lovely guys who were very polite, considerate and knowledgeable. I was worried about the noise as I work from home and the house is small, but aside from taking the water tank out, it wasn't too bad and I was able to manage a few calls! We only ended up without heating for one evening which was ideal considering its early Autumn. And the engineers made sure we had hot water every evening so we could still have a shower, etc. The whole process took about 2 days and a few hours the 3rd morning, which was great as they said originally it would take 3 days total! They kept the house clean and took away all the old boiler/tank/piping material. I would definitely recommend Oxyplumb in future to anyone looking for a quality service. You get what you pay for and in this case I would say they were worth the money most definitely!

Leigh, Oxyplumb’s CEO attended this morning and almost straight away located the fault with my boiler. I was most impressed with Leigh’s prompt attention and his expert knowledge which obviously enabled him to ascertain the fault so quickly. May I also commend the office staff for their efficiency. Roberto, Kevin and Josh were great. Installed a new combi boiler which involved removing a lot of redundant pipework and installing new simpler stuff instead. Much recommended.

Our boiler broke down just before my elderly aunt was coming to visit which wasn't ideal! Oxyplumb were amazing and fitted us in to check out the problem, even though they were really busy. New external combi boiler fitted. From first contact for a quotation to completion, it was an excellent customer experience. Every pre-order question answered promptly and with clarity. Today Kevin came to our property to install an outside water tap to the front of our property. The new tap was taken off of the back garden tap, through the garage wall, inside the garage and then back out to a front garden exit point. The work was carried out on the day and time given, the work was extremely neat and extra care taken to make the pipe work blend into the background. Kevin consulted with me on all aspects of the job to ensure everything was going where required. He cleaned up in areas where mess had been made and was polite and friendly. The invoice emailed to me was exactly as quoted which was a nice surprise and companies usually try to add on a bit here or there for "extras". I would totally recommend Oxyplumb to family, friends and neighbours and will continue to use them in the future.

I am not one for leaving reviews but was so impressed with the professionalism and service from Roberto of Oxyplumb, installing a new Combi-boiler and removing all the redundant pipework and tanks from our old system. The professionalism stood out, not just in terms of the installation, but other things like tidying away tools, cleaning up, and being on time. A first class experience from Oxy-plumb all the way through from their initial visit and advice, to completion of the work. Highly recommend.

Oxyplumb came to the rescue and gave her a very competitive quote and even brought the insulation date forward as she was worried it may be dangerous.
