Matt came to give our boiler its first annual service. He arrived on time & set about his task. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing. He completed the service, leaving the area clean and tidy. I will use Oxyplumb for future services & other plumbing repairs. I appreciated receiving a certificate showing the details of items inspected and measurements made. Very Pleased.

I'd been let down by my regular plumber so was looking someone to take over. I was impressed by all the positive reviews and can confirm my experience was also very good. A small job (replacing a kitchen tap) and found them to be courteous and professional throughout + reasonable rates. I will now be using them for all my future plumbing needs.

Excellent professional installation of combi-boiler provided by Roberto in extreme heat conditions. The work was competitively priced and carried out to a high standard. Clear instructions on boiler functions were also provided. A follow-up later from Lisa and her team at the office with warranty and service requirements. Such a lovely and friendly team who communicate well with each other.

I am an established Oxyplumb customer having had a replacement Worcester Boiler installed three years ago & subsequent servicing & certification work carried out. In addition various ancillary work including tap replacement & LPG valve fitting. All work has been carried out to a high standard & on time by knowledgeable, friendly & tidy professionals. Having received 5 quotes to change my old boiler and hot water cylinder, I chose Oxyplumb due to their very competitive quote and great reviews. I will look no further going forward as Roberto and Kevin did an excellent job. The fellas arrived promptly, protected my carpets and cleaned up before leaving each day. Roberto was very helpfully in explaining what they would be doing every day and when the job was done, he talked me through how to use the new system. I was also impressed with customer services, as the office kept me informed about who would be showing up and at what time. It's nice to find a company that delivers a high-quality service at competitive prices.
