Having seen the standard of commitment and workmanship of fitting a new boiler in our son's home, we decided to request that they replaced ours, it being over 10 years in service. Also they were able to supply and fit the replacement for a very reasonable price. On the day both engineers arrived at the agreed time with all the tools and supplies needed to undertake the work which was to a high standard and at the end of the installation left the all the working areas in clean and free of materials even down to their foot prints which were swept up. A very good job done on time and to the quoted price.

Oxyplumb is an exceptional small company in every way. It is just large enough to have a team both in the office and in the field – thus being in the sweet spot between the individual plumber and the more anonymous companies. Everyone is so committed to providing the customer with a first class experience that it stands head and shoulders above the competition. This time we had Kev and Josh to replace an unvented cylinder in the loft . They came on time, worked incredibly hard, were very pleasant to have in the house all day, and left everything working. The whole admin team is also extremely friendly, efficient, and communicative. Lisa even registered the cylinder for us with the manufacturer without prompting and thus activated the 25 year warranty for us. This all means of course that their services are in high demand.

Always in touch and keeping you informed, there when they say they will be, and do the job quick and efficiently, to the quote provided. What more can you ask from a company. Have used them for five years now for our regular boiler maintenance and can't say enough about them, especially compared to other bigger national brands who didn't deliver half the service.

Excellent customer service from first contact with the office to completion of work by the engineers. The office manager called and emailed a few days before work was due to begin advising that all parts were ready and work would commence as arranged. The engineers arrived on time, were professional, efficient and friendly. They were prepared to answer any questions we had. The work was completed on time and the site was left tidy. Communication with the office manager was outstanding.

This was my first experience with Oxyplumb and I couldn’t be more pleased. From first contact to completed job - to service an unvented cylinder and get a kick spacer heater functioning properly - everything was friendly and efficient. The plumber Matthew is a gem, as are Lisa and Gloria in the office. Communications by email and text were excellent. Everything was as agreed and on budget. Needless to say, Oxyplumb will now be my go to plumbers.
