From Leigh, the boss, who offered us different options for the siting of a replacement boiler and providing a very competitive quote; then Lisa, who managed the complete scheduling administration and communications faultlessly; to the great pair of engineers Roberto and Kevin who completed and commissioned the installation within the planned time, on budget, and going the extra mile for the client. we were recommended Oxyplumb by a neighbour. We had a quote for a new boiler and radiator valves, which arrived promptly and was a very competitive price. We accepted this and the work was scheduled to be done quickly. We had very good communication from Lisa in the office and the boiler was fitted by Matt and Kevin in the 4 days as promised. The lads were very conscientious, keeping the upheaval to a minimum. The work was carried out professionally, on budget, with the added advantage of 2 year interest free credit. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and are delighted with the work done

I have been using Oxyplumb's services for many years, if not decades. A well organised company with an effective office and skilled workers. Whilst their recent visit was for an annual boiler service, there have been many past visits relating to several other plumbing problems. We've been using Oxyplumb for a couple of years for our regular boiler servicing. Recently we thought about getting a Scale-Out product fitted to our mains water supply under the kitchen sink. After getting some expert advice from Roberto and Josh, we decided to go ahead with the installation. Lisa, in the office, turned around a quote within the same day and the installation was booked for the following week. On the day of installation Roberto and Josh arrived promptly and got straight to work. The installation wasn't easy, as it required quite a bit of pipe re-work to fit the unit in under the sink. We'd also decided to get a mixer tap fitted to the outside / garden tap which required a hot water pipe installed, adding to the re-work. However, Roberto and Josh did an excellent job of re-designing the pipe work so that it all fit neatly and worked correctly! Throughout the process they kept me informed of what they were doing and were super helpful when I had questions about the Scale-Out product and maintenance. We are very happy with the end result, the quality of the work carried out is exceptional, Roberto and Josh are polite, efficient, and professional. There were no extra costs, the quote Lisa sent was what we ended up paying. I am happy to recommend this company and am glad to have found such good, local plumbing engineers.

Excellent Service for a Boiler Breakdown

On a Thursday morning we were faced with no heating or hot water due to the breakdown of a four-year old gas boiler, in an area to which we had recently moved. Messages left for three local Trusted Traders remained unanswered as the end of the working day approached. I then called Oxyplumb. Their response was immediate and could not have been more helpful. Lisa in the office advised us first to confirm that it was definitely not still registered for free repair under the manufacturer's own warranty breakdown service, then rescheduled her engineers to get us a visit at 0800 the next morning, and a second visit with an ordered part by 2pm in the afternoon. Despite it being a difficult electrical fault to diagnose, it was fixed within 24 hours of the first call, saving us a very cold and uncomfortable weekend. This was excellent service and at a very reasonable charge. We'll contact Oxyplumb first in future!

I had an urgent issue with my gas boiler – it was making weird noises, something like an explosion, so I reached out to Oxyplumb for help. This is the second time I used their services. Both engineers, Rob and Josh, arrived in the morning, and after a few minutes, they found the issue: a blocked condense trap, which affected the combustion. I also asked them to look at the boiler flue, as it was not positioned correctly, which they fixed during the same visit. Very quick, efficient, and professional. I need to also mention Lisa, who manages communication like a pro. If you're looking for experts, I recommend them.

Oxyplumb Ltd came to our rescue when we had a total failure of our central heating and hot water. Within one week they had assessed our system, provided options for the remedial work, and carried out a full repair. Lisa was excellent and helped to secure an early date for the job and provided us with the reassurance we needed to proceed. Roberto and Josh did a fantastic, clean and tidy job over 2 days. Both were very professional and respectful and took the time to explain what they were doing. We would definitely recommend!

We had a problem with our unvented cylinder and sent out several emails asking for assistance. Oxyplumb were quick to call us and arrange a date - with the suggestion that we have a service and then reassess the situation. The service was done politely, efficiently and professionally, and the problem seems to have gone away. If it recurs will have no hesitation in calling them again. Will use them for future services. Cost was very reasonable and as quoted - administration super efficient and professional.

Including fitting a couple of pipe clips as they were missing. The administration is first class from Lisa. Keeping you up dated through out with reminders and sending out the bills. Work is fine but not time keeping

Work is fine but time keeping isn’t. Initial appointment was 1000, then a week before, this was changed to 1115 . So changed my plans to accommodate new time, engineer turns up at 1020 nearly an hour before the appointment. Needless to say no one was home I had to leave work and return home to let him in.

Thank you for your email and your feedback which we do appreciate. At this time of year, our diary will change daily to accommodate the most urgent calls of the day and some customers may need more of an urgent visit and some services or not-so-urgent jobs may be moved As much as we do try to keep appointments the same, it is extremely difficult and we do let customers know if times change and sometimes the day of the appointment may also be changed. Most of our customers are very understanding with regards to this so we are sorry you feel frustrated by this. On the day, a customer may be unwell and cancel or work plans change and they cancel which also may affect our diary at short notice for other customers. This is slightly out of our control but we always do try to please all our customers and you will see by the reviews on google or Which, the majority of the feedback from our customers is excellent.

Fix leaking pipe to radiator

First thing is that Oxyplumb actually bothered to respond to the enquiry and turn up, which was something two other firms didn't! Simple job - I had a small leak from a feed pipe to the heated towel rail, somewhere in the ceiling. Kevin came on time, probably took about 90 minutes in total. Cut out a section of ceiling, then showed me what he was going to do. Drained the system, repaired the pipe and then tested all was working. Lisa was the contact from the office and kept me up to date. There was a delay to the appointment as a previous job over ran but that happens and at least I wasn't told last minute, but given a weeks notice. Won't hesitate to use in future.

Oxyplumb gave me an itemised quote which was competitive to install my new electric shower unit. The work was successfully carried out on 21 Sep 2023. Lisa (Office Manager) kept me informed completely, either by email or text message from the start to the completion of the work. Thank you. Kevin (Engineer) installed the shower unit professionally and competently. A small issue did arise during commissioning but Kevin patiently solved the problem. Thank you. The whole operation was carried out efficiently, as per quotation and within the agreed timeline.

Had my boiler put in three years ago after looking at different companies. Glad to say I chose the best. Always notify me when the boiler needs its yearly check. Have the same person every time who knows the boiler and what it might need in the future. Always on time, cheerful even if it’s raining ( my boiler is outside ) will help with any other problems I might have. To sum up good service reasonable rates. Would recommend them to anyone.

New condensing boiler

I contacted Oxyplumb to replace a 20-year-old oil-fired boiler. They were quick to respond and discussed a comprehensive plan. First the radiator system was cleaned and inhibited, then they fitted a condensing boiler and timer, tall flue to ensure that the water vapour emitted by the new boiler cleared the patio, hot water tank, hot water circulation pump with timer, and room thermostat. Guarantee received and national registration completed. Excellent communication with the office and installers, work completed to quality, time and cost.

New Oil Boiler Fitted

After some 35 years the time came to change our trusted oil boiler. From the first visit to check out the job for a quote, I felt that this was the company to do the work. We got other quotes all came back in the same range, but something told me to use Oxyplumb. How Happy I am I did. Lisa kept me informed on when work would start and who to expect when. Bless Matt and the others that worked on getting the job done. After so long it was a bit of a job to change things, old pipework in the wrong places, sockets not where they were needed. Four days and a lot of banging and setting the fire alarm off due to welding fumes, its all done. They all cleaned up after themselves as they went along. Even when it was found that I needed a new water tank as the old one was leaking they fitted it into the job. Excellent work, friendly guys, kept informed of what was happening. Not going to worry now when winter arrives and I fire up the heating, it's going to work.

Having seen the standard of commitment and workmanship of fitting a new boiler in our son's home, we decided to request that they replaced ours, it being over 10 years in service. Also they were able to supply and fit the replacement for a very reasonable price. On the day both engineers arrived at the agreed time with all the tools and supplies needed to undertake the work which was to a high standard and at the end of the installation left the all the working areas in clean and free of materials even down to their foot prints which were swept up. A very good job done on time and to the quoted price.

This time we had Kev and Josh to replace an unvented cylinder in the loft . They came on time, worked incredibly hard, were very pleasant to have in the house all day, and left everything working. The whole admin team is also extremely friendly, efficient, and communicative. Lisa even registered the cylinder for us with the manufacturer without prompting and thus activated the 25 year warranty for us. This all means of course that their services are in high demand.

Where others failed to return calls or emails, Oxyplumb were efficient, polite, helpful and fixed the fault in less than 24 hours. Matt arrived ahead of schedule and, rather than sitting in his van waiting, he inspected and serviced the accessible exterior parts of the system (fuel line, safety valve, filters, tank) before I had unlocked my door. He had the boiler up and running within 15 minutes of his arrival and took the time to explain what had caused the fault and how to check if it reoccurs. He then examined the installation and confirmed all was functioning correctly. Just waiting for the invoice now but I anticipate using Oxyplumb to service my heating system in the future.

Our boiler was unresponsive following a power cut, so I gave Oxyplumb a call. They went to so much effort to fit a visit in promptly despite them being extremely busy. Rob came out and identified that the control panel was dead and needed replacing. He bypassed the control panel so we could have heating and hot water whilst a replacement panel was ordered. We received a quote for the new part the same day from Lisa in the office. As soon as I approved, she booked the return visit as soon as possible. Leigh came and fitted the new panel quickly and efficiently. I love the service from this company. They keep you up to date and send you a brief message to say that they are on their way. I can’t recommend Oxyplumb enough, their service is second to none.

They also quoted for a complete package ie electricians included, whilst other companies that quoted would not include electrical work. System breakdown at the worst possible time (as usual). Previous plumber failed to respond to several calls (was it something I said)? Contacted Oxyplumb who fitted us in quickly, replaced the motorised valve, reset the system and provided us with useful information on continued use. After a phone call to the office, Lee came to look at our 25 year old unreliable boiler. A replacement plan was agreed and an acceptable quote quickly followed. A date was agreed for he work to start. Spot on time Matt and Kevin arrived to start the replacement. A slight hic up occurred when the boiler supplier delved the wrong boiler. We called Oxyplumb to service a fifteen year old oil fired boiler that hadn't been serviced for three years (missed due to Covid etc.). A very nice young man named Matt turned up slightly early but had the sense to let me know he was slightly ahead of schedule. Matt was very polite, knowledgeable and above all else wonderfully tidy. The job was carried out perfectly and Matt noticed a couple of missing flue brackets that he also replaced. Very impressed and have asked to be put on an annual reminder for future services.

Today I had a replacement gas boiler installed - a Worcester-Bosch Greenstar 24Ri (24 kW). The whole process from the initial visit, quotation for work, arrangement of installation date to the installation itself has run smoothly. Lisa at the office was most efficient at keeping in touch to inform me of progress - and to send out the invoices! The two installers, Rob and Josh, were thorough, competent and tidy workers. They even found an alternative way to connect the condensate pipe to the washing machine drainage, obviating the need to drill a hole in a worktop. A much more elegant solution. They were meticulous in commissioning the new boiler and all that that entails. I would heartily recommend this company. If the boiler gives as good a service I shall be delighted.

We contacted this firm after unsatisfactory experiences with two other heating engineering firms. The first difference with Oxyplumb is that, miracle of miracles, they get back to you when you ring. The team as team are punctilious about making, tracking and keeping appointments. They remind you about an approaching visit and if their engineer is going to be twenty minutes late, you are notified. Every detail of our boiler replacement went faultlessly, from preliminary discussion to delivery of the new unit to follow up. Really excellent. My boiler broke down and was condemned by my plumber who gave me a lead time for a week to source a replacement and install. Oxyplumb quoted a better price and Rob and Josh were there with the boiler the next day. The installation was faultless and they left everything neat and tidy and installed a smart thermostat that I can operate remotely from my phone. They answered all my questions thoroughly and left me feeling fully in command of my new boiler with which I am very pleased.

I highly recommend Oxyplumb. Our old boiler broke down. I called up the company had a quick call with the sales team had my questions answered by an engineer. A quick site visit by an engineer to look at the old boiler and its connection with the ground source heating system. A week later a team arrived and installed the new boiler all very professional. Wish all installations where so good.

Oxyplumb were quick, courteous, and efficient; there was no waiting on hold for a call centre; an engineer came as soon as they could fit us in (given that this was in February, the wait was shorter than expected -- and they actually apologised they couldn't come sooner as they were so busy). The engineer called in advance arrived on time, found and fixed the problem right away, explained the process and price of work and parts needed, no surprise costs: overall, excellent. Would definitely recommend.

After years of shoddy customer service and too many appointment cancellations to count, we flat-out refused to use a large National service provider for the replacement of our boiler. By contrast, the service provided by Oxyplumb has been first-rate from start to finish. Lisa, at the office, is friendly, helpful and efficient and always available should you have a query. And Roberto & Kevin, who carried out the work (installation of boiler in loft and water cylinder in airing cupboard), are punctual, courteous, hard-working and always clean up after themselves. The job was brought forward by just under a week, which was very much appreciated considering we'd been without heating and hot water for nearly three weeks. And finally, the installation is impressively neat and tidy. Thanks, Oxyplumb!

We experienced our boiler cutting out from early December. We had a contract with a National Company who decreed that the fault was nothing to do with them. A site visit from Oxyplumb, solution explained, and quote received promptly. Scheduled day was brought forward by twenty four hours. They were very tidy in his work, and explained what was being done. We had a full system flush, and the heating system was converted to a pressurised system. At the end of the day we had a lovely warm house. At all times we were kept up to date in all contacts from Oxyplumb. I will now use them for the annual boiler service, and any repairs that are needed.

Oxyplumb have been excellent in all aspects of a replacement boiler installation, from a prompt response, an initial emergency call-out to help on a Saturday morning by the director Leigh, through to a final installation of a new boiler and Nest thermostat system. Oxyplumb have great text and email systems to communicate keeping us up to date with appointment confirmations and reminders - a very smart set-up all round. Wonderful, friendly, responsive staff at their office base - Lisa deserves a special mention - and Rob and Josh carried out the work efficiently and professionally. They are great people.

Oxyplumb was recommended to us for replacing our gas boiler and we were not disappointed. All appointments were kept and any queries were answered promptly. They kept us up to date with everything before and after the installation. The boiler was fitted on the date scheduled. It was not a straightforward job as the boiler had to be moved to another position. The engineers were very efficient, hardworking and polite. They tidied up after themselves and explained the workings of the new boiler and programmer. Everything went according to plan and budget. Excellent service from estimate to completion of job.

From the very first visit to assess our needs before offering a quotation we were impressed by the straightforwardness and attentiveness to our questions and concerns. The work was done very neatly and cleanly with attention to detail. We felt able to ask any questions and found all the team knowledgeable and courteous. We must especially thank them for graciously and effectively dealing with a leak due to previous dodgy pipe work. This was an unexpected extra demand on his time and patience which he and the team handled well. The office staff also kept us well informed and were polite on every occasion. OxyPlumb are accredited by Worcester Bosch. I contacted them when BG were unable to attend, and they were able to fit a Hive central heating controller and thermostat and a boiler service in the same visit. Roberto completed this very proficiently and showed me how to setup the Hive. As a local company they are very convenient. I will be using them to service my Worcester Greenstar from now on.

Leigh of Oxyplumb came out to initially to quote and later that evening as promised an email arrived quoting for the necessary work and that he could install the boiler this coming Sunday. The next morning I phoned Oxyplumb who took an initial deposit from me, and from here on kept me informed for the remainder of the week should anything change before Sunday. I got to my mother's apartment at about 7:45am and as promised Kev arrived bang on 8 o'clock followed shortly by Leigh which meant there would be two people installing the system not just Leigh on his own. From here on both Kev and Leigh worked for the next 7.5 hours pretty much non-stop installing a new pump, filter and boiler unit and by 3 o'clock everything was up and running and mum once again had heating. Summarising I can't praise Leigh, Kev and the Oxyplumb support staff enough for their professionalism and commitment towards keeping promises and their quality of workmanship, they even hoover up after the work is completed … it's also nice to support local tradesmen and their services within the area. Once again thank you Oxyplumb for the work and service you carried out, Oh … and mum's so happy she has heating again.

We recently bought an older property with a 30+-year-old boiler. We were really happy with the service overall. The work was carried out by Roberto and Josh, both lovely guys who were very polite, considerate and knowledgeable. I was worried about the noise as I work from home and the house is small, but aside from taking the water tank out, it wasn't too bad and I was able to manage a few calls! We only ended up without heating for one evening which was ideal considering its early Autumn. And the engineers made sure we had hot water every evening so we could still have a shower, etc. The whole process took about 2 days and a few hours the 3rd morning, which was great as they said originally it would take 3 days total! They kept the house clean and took away all the old boiler/tank/piping material. I would definitely recommend Oxyplumb in future to anyone looking for a quality service. You get what you pay for and in this case I would say they were worth the money most definitely!

Our boiler broke down just before my elderly aunt was coming to visit which wasn't ideal! Oxyplumb were amazing and fitted us in to check out the problem, even though they were really busy. Today Kevin came to our property to install an outside water tap to the front of our property. The new tap was taken off of the back garden tap, through the garage wall, inside the garage and then back out to a front garden exit point. The work was carried out on the day and time given, the work was extremely neat and extra care taken to make the pipe work blend into the background. Kevin consulted with me on all aspects of the job to ensure everything was going where required. He cleaned up in areas where mess had been made and was polite and friendly. The invoice emailed to me was exactly as quoted which was a nice surprise and companies usually try to add on a bit here or there for "extras". I would totally recommend Oxyplumb to family, friends and neighbours and will continue to use them in the future.

Roberto and Kevin did a fantastic job fitting a new boiler for us. It was a tricky piece of work as the flue had to be completely re-routed. We were impressed by their knowledge and the quality of their work but also by their courtesy and helpfulness. Roberto in particular went above and beyond in helping us address a number of unexpected issues. It was a pleasure having both of them in the house: they arrived on time, were scrupulously conscientious in cleaning up, and all their work was to the highest quality. I also found Oxyplumb very efficient in keeping us informed before the work started. Very easy to deal with. Annual Service of Worcester Bosch Combi boiler Carried out basic service and remedied 2 minor safety issues (at a reasonable extra cost). The service was booked 2 to 3 months ahead so no problems in fixing a date and more importantly Oxyplumb honoured the date, unlike a previous company that I had used in the past The engineer was very polite and a mine of information and a pleasure to have in the house. He explained the safety issue - essentially builders not having properly sealed the extractor duct and gas inlet pipe in the external wall. All in all, I am very satisfied with Oxyplumb and will use them again.

Matt arrived at the appointed time of 0800 and got down to business straight away by removing the old boiler. He worked with the minimum of fuss and had completed the installation of the new boiler by 1530. I was kept informed of progress and he took me through the basic operation of the new boiler at the end of the day. Unfortunately, it was raining heavily at times so this probably made things more uncomfortable for him and led to a bit more mess inside the house than would have been the case on a dry day. Overall we were pleased with the work he did and were impressed by the efficiency of the whole Oxyplumb operation from initial site assessment through to the quotation process and installation. Oxyplumb offered excellent service and were a good value for money.

50 year old boiler allowed to retire

50 year old boiler, central heating and associated tanks had been subjected to; loft conversion in 1994, kitchen extension in 2015 all without complaint despite being told in 1986 it may not be up to the job! Oxyplumb arrived and listened to concerns and requirements and gave ideas and choices. We chose to have a Worcester combi boiler (oil fired as before) which then allowed us to free up and use both a cupboard downstairs where the hot water tank was housed plus a storage area upstairs which housed the cold water tank and header tank for the central heating. Further to this they removed the pump for the upstairs water supply that was installed for loft conversion. Also renewed the flueline in the chimney The pipework was rerouted, renewed and tidied up considerately and far nicer than expected. Matthew and Kevin seem unphased by anything and they were polite, friendly and very competent. We are so pleased with the whole Oxyplumb experience. Another bonus is that we have increased pressure in downstairs shower and in the new kitchen.

Having been quoted extortionate prices by other people, I was relieved to have OxyPlumb recommended to me at a lower price by Amanda Oxendale who was so lovely and helped me during my little crisis. The engineer who turned up was not only on time, but a tad early. I would highly recommend using Oxyplumb. We have used them for a couple of years and the thing I like about them is their clear communication, they respond promptly to enquiries and do their best to be there for you as soon as possible and follow up by email afterwards. Having a team rather than being a one-man band helps with their early availability and we have been put at ease and been impressed with all four or five of the engineers who have helped us. We have used them for boiler services and central heating issues. Also for plumbing in a dishwasher. I contacted Oxyplumb after finding them through Which. We did a total strip out and refurbishment of our house four years ago. The plumbing has been a real disappointment. Oxyplumb came in, identified various problems and we agreed that some major changes were required. There were storage tanks taking up space which were never used, a filter system which wasn't in use and a very expensive pump which has been removed. Our oil bills were also horrendous. The house is warmer, and we are delighted.

Back in the time before Christmas, the trusty old Ideal boiler was showing its age. Not really economical to repair so had a Worcester Bosch unit installed by Matt and Kevin. Floorboards needed lifting to install the condensate drain and on being reinstated, you would never know the carpet had been lifted. Matt installed the boiler and the flue proved to be a challenge but nonetheless overcome. Everything tidied up and no mess left at all. Shall certainly use again and recommend. 1st Annual Service of our Bosch Greenstar boiler which, (although I had remembered myself), was prompted by Oxyplumb via email - nice touch! Roberto - who had installed the boiler last year - called at exactly the time planned, 8am. Not sure what is exactly involved in "a service" but he did leave a bit of mess in the bathroom after cleaning the filter and after he had gone, the radiators remained cold. Fortunately, I was able guess the problem, he had not turned the isolating valves to the filter back on. Not sure if £90 is a competitive price for a service as this was my first, however, I have always found Oxyplumb an efficient company to deal with.

Complete installation of Heating and sealed water system

Having had a 35 year old warm air system for heating, we required a full retro installation of radiators and heating systems to the house. The options Leigh gave us allowed us to make an informed choice of just how far we wanted to go. Deciding on a fully pressurized water system and 11 designer radiators, the job was quoted for and completed on budget. Could we have found a cheaper price? Possibly, but I had confidence that Oxyplumb would get it right first time. The team spent a full 3 weeks installing the pipe work, running and testing the installation. Removing the old system and clearing down. Knowing that we were going onto re-fit bathrooms and kitchen, Roberto the lead installer located everything from boiler, two water tanks and Wifi management system to the rear of the garage, keeping the house clear. In the process he moved the main stop cock to the garage and providing both isolation taps to the hot and cold water with full drain down ports for each. I have had Oxyplumb come and help with the gas installation as part of the kitchen upgrades again just this week. Their installers not only know their jobs but are polite and helpful throughout.

We had a new boiler fitted and a power flush done as the heating was not working properly downstairs as well as one radiator replaced and an outside tap fitted. Oxyplumb told us we also needed thermostatic radiator valves fitted to each radiator. Since this work was done we have found out the flue on the boiler was not sealed in accordance with regulations, that the power flush was done in the wrong place and therefore ineffective and a waste of money, the thermostatic radiator valves were not essential and should not be fitted on every single radiator anyway (so more money wasted) and the piping for the outside tap was simply trailed across the loft with no insulation or anything and a really messy job made of it through the walls. Luckily (now we realise how bad the work was) Oxyplumb were supposed to quote for additional work to make the heating work but despite chasing they never did. We have spent another year without proper heating and a lot of time with other plumbers trying to understand what was wrong with the heating if the powerflush didn’t work to realise the powerflush might as well not have been done. We have now had to spend additional money having the poor work rectified as well as the money wasted already. A really disappointing experience.

Oxyplumb annually service my boiler and if we have any little niggles with taps etc. they always fix them without any extra charge. I have just had some quotes in for a new boiler installation and they beat another quote I obtained by £700 even when they included a better (Worcester) boiler. I am certain they will do a professional and brilliant job and would recommend all of the plumbers they use to anyone.

I contacted Oxyplump thinking that they probably wouldn’t be interested in a small job of a leaky tap. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I was phoned with 10 minutes of submitting my enquiry online and someone came out within an hour. New taps were fitted as the old ones had seized. Job done within 40 minutes. Really pleased and happy with the service. Received invoice not long after job was completed and was able to pay in the Oxyplumb shop which was really convenient. Oxyplumb Ltd carried out the annual service of our central heating system to-day, Matt was our engineer who was exactly on time he was friendly and promptly carried out the service. It was completed within around 35/40 minutes. Oxyplumb had originally installed the system c/w radiators during August 2018 and because they had carried out the work efficiently, completed it on time and on budget. Quite honestly I did not want to involve any other company. I strongly recommend Oxyplumb.

We engaged Oxyplumb to replace our boiler and found the service provided from initial call through to completion an absolute pleasure. Having worked in the construction industry all of my career I perhaps can be somewhat critical, yet could not fault the service provided by either the Office Team or the Installation Team. The process was started on time and completed early with no mess or disruption. Communication is simply first rate. It was refreshing to note that apprentices are being employed and provided with first rate training. Lee offered great advice on both this and forthcoming projects, Amanda was a consumate professional and the installation team were second to none. We have found a new company of choice and will be in touch for our larger project next year. Pricing was at market rates, availability was extremely flexible, the installation was to an extremely high standard and the works were completed early. I fail to see what more a customer could need. We have already recommended Oxyplumb to our friends and family. Thanks again all, we will be in touch again soon.

We had a new boiler replaced and Hive installed. All the work carried out was to a very high standard. Both Leigh & Tom where very polite and trusting. They knew what they was doing and got on with the job in hand and completed it in good time too. Very little mess was created over all. Small hiccup along the way with the wiring. We was kept informed with this and it was soon resolved without having to pull up carpets and floor boards etc as a simple solution was suggested which didn't involve running a cable from the boiler to the airing cupboard. Over all very impressed with the service and work by Oxyplumb. Communication was good throughout. Definitely would recommend them.

A relative, staying with us for a while, used the tap on the wash basin as a hand hold while trying to haul himself into the standing position. This broke a pipe under the basin and water was quickly flooding the cloakroom, hall and sitting room. As soon as alerted to the crisis I tried to find a plumber who could help us with some haste. I had not used Oxyplumb before but had heard of them from clients who had recently had need of a plumber. To my great surprise, Oxyplumb answered the phone immediately and a lovely lady was soon assuring me that a plumber would be with us within 15mins. They were true to their word and stemmed the flow very quickly. A couple of days later (after the weekend) they returned at the agreed time and effected the repair and replacement of the tap. I e-mailed Oxyplumb on the Monday and arranged an appointment for the Wednesday. Our engineer turned up on the dot of the time of our appointment. Our appointment was for a boiler service which the engineer completed efficiently while we could carry on what we were doing. Once it had been completed we were given confirmation that the boiler was in good working order, a reminder of the date for next year's annual service and info on how the invoice would be sent over. The invoice was sent the following day and simply paid by BACS. We got receipt confirmation within a few hours of paying. All in all, a great service.
