I rang in the morning to make an appointment, and was really pleased they came out the same afternoon to deal with a wasp nest in our roof. Mike and his team were really professional and dealt with them quickly - with the promise that if they were still present the next day they'd come out to give it a second dose at no cost. I contacted PPM Services for advice about bees nesting in my guttering / roof space and about a quote for their services should action be necessary. I received an detailed reply within the hour, explaining the potential cause of the problem, remedial action, steps to take in the interim and, if required, the cost for removing the nest. The response was clear, concise, informative and friendly and provided more than adequate information for a decision to be made about our next course of action. There was no charge for this service. In the event that further action is required I would not hesitate to go back to Mike at PPM Services and engage them to carry out the work. The quote provided, was, in my view, extremely competitive. The way that Mike responded to my enquiry was exemplary and an example of how customers should be treated. There are so many (generally larger / corporate) organisations that treat customer service in name only with little appreciation of true customer needs - today's experience was a pleasing example of how it can / should be done and is something many other organisations should follow.
