These steps require precision and time beyond the physical installation. 2.Tile Colour: As discussed during the project, your roof uses Mark Two Stonewold tiles, which are no longer widely available from roofing suppliers. We sourced replacements from a reclamation yard, and these were the closest match available. When you raised concerns about the initial color match, we acted immediately to replace the tiles with a better match from the same supplier. Resolving this issue quickly was our priority to ensure your satisfaction. 3.Workmanship and Components: The fibreglass valley system we installed meets all current industry standards. Tile clips were not required in this instance, as they were not necessary for the specific design and type of repair. Rest assured, the work completed is both functional and durable as installed. We are pleased that you acknowledged our punctuality, use of proper scaffolding, and clear invoicing.
