This is the fourth time I’ve used Fabian and will continue to do so in future Always punctual, very friendly, any questions or concerns fully addressed, and a top class job every time, faultless. Absolutely recommended.

Excellent service, can't fault it at all. The current boiler in our house was around 16 years old and was starting to fault regularly before completely refusing to turn on, which wasn't ideal seeing as it was -2 outside. I spoke to Fabian the day before the install, he was super helpful and gave me the time to talk through my options. Thankfully he was able to call his supplier and get the boiler we wanted that afternoon, he moved his non urgent job that was scheduled for the next day and instead arrived with us at 8am to begin work. Everything was finished by 4PM on the day. Rads that have never even got warm before are now roasting hot. Also worth noting that Fabian went the extra mile by removing the worktop to make the hole for the pipe work slightly larger to accommodate the new correct sized pipes. We will use again.

We could not be happier with the work that Fabian did at our home. From the first time he came round when I didn't have a real clue of what I wanted doing other than a bathroom revamp from the time he finished he was always friendly and willing to give the time needed to make sure we got the result we wanted. He researched ideas in his own time to help with the end result. He organised all the different trades, and we had a few as we were not only completely remodelling our bathroom we were also moving our bathroom window and all the plumbing. This was our only bathroom and Fabian ensured we were only without this for the shortest possible length of time. I would highly recommend him to anyone. The workmanship was of a very high standard, and we get nothing but amazing compliments off everyone who see's our bathroom. It is the best room in the house! Fabian has also refitted our boiler for us which was a very quick and clean job as well.

Having offered a very competitive price, Fabian replaced a gas boiler with some minor associated structural work. Exceptional customer service; impeccable timing; task completed very efficiently; clean and tidy work. I have no hesitation in calling on his services again.

A new boiler was fitted by Fabian today, he was clean, friendly, knowledgeable and worked with minimum mess. We would use Parisi heating and plumbing again.

I simply can't fault Fabian, I was looking for a new boiler and underfloor heating installed as part of a wider project to have a new kitchen installed. This involved moving the boiler downstairs and connecting up to the new UFH. I had a couple of quotes from local plumbers I used before, but they suggested using pads for the UFH which raised the floor height, Fabian recommended JK flooring (which he had used in his own house) which all came in very competitively priced and as an accredited installer we got a longer warranty. Fabian was great at communication from quote to checking the date for the install still worked. He managed to do the job in a day, fitting in with our tight schedule, even getting the electrician round later on in the day to make sure he did this which we greatly appreciated. He did such a tidy job in a tight space, and left our house tidy, even hoovering the stairs! Would highly recommend Fabian, will certainly use him again.

Fabian is always a pleasure to deal with. He is polite, reliable, trustworthy and his work is always of the highest quality. Fabian was recommended to us by my son who had a new bathroom installed by him. Fabian has installed a new shower pump and fixed a leaking bath tap for us and more recently installed a new boiler and water pump. The boiler was installed and working by the end of one day and because we needed our system ‘flushed’ through Fabian came back a few days later to complete this. Although it was quite a dirty job there was minimal mess and disruption. Fabian is also very fair with what he charges and always keeps you informed if during a job, it comes to light that something extra needs to be done. We are delighted with our new boiler which is very quiet and more efficient. We cannot recommend Fabian enough!

Fabian was a pleasure to deal with, from initial contact via the Worcester Bosch website, the first visit, very knowledgeable and provided a number of options. Administration and speed of replies were very fast. Always arrived on time, carpets and areas protected before work carried out which was always to a high standard and cleaned up at the end of each day. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Fabian was both personable and professional with great communication. He provided a detailed assessment of the work needed and was able to replace the boiler within 72 hours. The work was carried out and completed within the day arranged. He also carried out a gas safety check. Aftercare very good with the documentation received promptly. I found Fabian to be a knowledgeable and skilful engineer. Highly recommend.

From Bristol some 100 miles away I was selecting a local heating engineer in Farnborough for my late brothers house. Parisi Heating and Plumbing stood out as having some excellent reviews, was a Worcester accredited installer and gas safe registered, so I contacted Fabian and after an exchange of E-mails he managed to fit me at 10 am 19th September. Fabian was prompt and professional throughout, and diagnosed the problem as a faulty 3 way valve actuator. Within two hours the system had been drained the new actuator fitted, the system re-filled, fired up and re-checked. I was impressed by his attention to detail and informative approach which gave me total confidence in Fabian's business. I cannot recommend Parisi highly enough. Fabian is an experienced engineer and an exceptionally nice human being who cares about your situation, gives you time to understand the problem and then rectifies it promptly, enough said.
