We recently had a new boiler installed, switching from a conventional indoor boiler and water tank to an outdoor combi boiler. The work was completed to a high standard leaving no mess behind. We were kept informed throughout and any disruptions such as switching water off was communicated ahead of time. I was then asked if it was ok for them to switch off the water which minimised inconvenience. Overall great service.

I recently had a new boiler installed that included the coordination of an electrician, David Peebles and a roofing contractor for the new ridge flue. The installation was very professional and carried out to an agreed schedule and budget. In addition, the communication before and during the installation was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend Park Plumbing.

We have just had a new boiler installed by Ian and his young apprentice they arrived every day on time and always tidied up before they left. While doing the work they found a couple of other issues with older pipe work and dealt with them as well great team would definitely recommend the company pleasure to deal with thanks to all the team.

Park’s recently replaced our broken boiler and fixed a plumbing issue with our hot water that had perplexed other plumbers for 20 years. From the outset communication with Steve was very prompt, professional and helpful. The plumber Ian was very skilled polite and knowledgeable , and also very determined to get to the bottom of a difficult problem (even though this wasn’t on the original remit). We cannot thank them enough from rescuing us from what would otherwise have been a very cold and miserable Christmas.
