We found out about this company as they were approved & recommended by Worcester Bosch. We wanted a reputable, local company after a string of problems using other traders. We met Geoff initially, who came to give a quote; he seemed more knowledgeable than other people who quoted and highlighted things others hadn't picked up on. We were replacing a very old boiler in a very old, quirky house with very dangerous wiring. We were booked in fairly quickly and when the team arrived they were all very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. We had a few teething problems in the days after installation due to the technicalities involved, and the team did not let us down. They made themselves immediately available to resolve and worked tirelessly to get our house heated, and we couldn't ask for a better service from Geoff & Mark and their whole team who delivered a first-class service.

Our oil boiler broke down at the start of January and a number of companies said they could replace it but not until March, despite the fact we had no heating and have two children 5 and under living with us. But Pass and Totterdell were different. Once they knew of the children they said they would postpone other jobs, put on two installers instead of the usual one and get a new boiler installed just a few days later and all in one day. We chose an external boiler and on the day the weather was wet and cold but the two lads, James and Rob arrived early and despite having to work outside as well as inside, did not stop until the boiler was in and up and running and on budget. And true their word it was finished in a day. A slight issue a day or so later was dealt that very same day by Mike, the company owner. I cannot thank these guys enough and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Pass & Totterdell recently attended to a fault with our underfloor heating. They came out to the property within 24 hours and diagnosed the fault, and came back a week later to install the replacement part for the manifold. They were responsive, turned up when they said they would, and were friendly too. Very pleased with the service received.

We received excellent service from requesting a quote for a replacement boiler in our 3-storey house, to the job being completed! James and Rob completed what we thought would be a complicated replacement with little fuss and a confidence that they would complete the job earlier than we anticipated! We received a very high standard from this company. There was constant communication during the process, so we knew what was being done. We had a gas fire serviced, which was done to a very high standard, with checks for leaks and the whole gas system fully checked. I asked for a quote to run a gas pipe from my boiler to my kitchen and replace the electric hob with a gas hob. I had an immediate response to my enquiry and an engineer arrived the next day to estimate the job. A quote was provided very promptly. The quote was very reasonable and I decided to go ahead. A date for the job was agreed and the work was carried out on the day that was planned. The work was of the highest quality and the results are excellent I am very happy with everything. Polite and courteous staff, clear unambiguous communication and the final invoice was as per quote. The whole process from start to finish was simple and easy.
