Thursday 28/11/24 the boiler in our tenant's property failed. Called P&T and left a message. I was contacted a few minutes later and an appointment was made for that morning. Unfortunately, the boiler needed replacing. Expecting to have to wait some time for this to be done I was pleasantly surprised to be booked in for the following Monday - 2nd December. Very efficient team. The new boiler was up and running and tested by lunchtime. Very neat and tidy and all rubbish removed from site. Highly recommend this Company.

My heating stopped working so was in a right panic during recent cold weather. Have previously used Pass and Totterdell to do my annual service, and was very impressed, I called them. The team who answered my call were great, they were very busy but got me an urgent appointment within a day. The engineer who came was professional, knowledgeable and very kind. A great company would 100% recommend!

Pass + Totterdell are reliable, trustworthy and do work of good quality. They are expensive, though: this job took only ten minutes but cost me £160.

Pass and Totterdell have replaced an old boiler in a rental property for me. It was all arranged and completed whilst I was unavailable - Pass & Totterdell dealt with the tenant/letting agent on my behalf and sorted it all out with the minimum of fuss. I'm very grateful to them for getting the job done quickly and efficiently.

On holiday and learned of a leak beneath kitchen sink. Out of the country and unable to use formal request for support. Company responded to email and promised to be available within hours of my return. They kept their promise, appeared, diagnosed problem, returned to base to collect necessary items, returned and within ninety minutes all was well. Most professional.

Just had a new boiler fitted by pass and Totterdell absolutely first class service, courteous, knowledgeable and professional happy to recommend.

We have used P&T a fair few times now, from a small job of a new tap to a big job of a new boiler and radiators, their communication and level of service is excellent. We never have to wait long for someone to come out if we have a problem. Their pricing is very fair and they always complete the job on time and to an excellent standard. I recommend them to all my friends needing plumbing work. 10/10

Very quick response to my email enquiry regarding a one off service for an oil boiler, dates and times were offered to suit and were also widely available. Communication was superb and very reasonable prices. The work was carried out on time and professionally, questions I raised were answered well. Will definitely use for my regular servicing and would highly recommend P & T.

We honestly cannot recommend Mark and his team more highly. They inherited a job from our previous contractors, who'd made multiple mistakes: as a result, floorboards needed taking up to fix pipework errors alongside cavity walls being opened up where pipes had not been connected properly, resulting in water leaking through the ceilings and walls of our new extension. Mark and his team went above and beyond, in the busy run-up to Christmas Day, working late and fitting us in to make sure we had heating and an efficient boiler system. They were absolute life-savers and ended-up reconfiguring much of our heating. At every stage, they consulted with us up-front on any additional costs to check we were happy (unlike our previous plumber). Pass & Totterdell genuinely care about client satisfaction and delivering an exceptional service. A pleasure to have worked with.

They installed our Worcester boiler 9 years ago and have serviced it each year since. Friendly staff and efficient.
