With every damp or timber inspection you'll receive, through the post (and via e-mail if requested), a comprehensive and professionally bound Survey Report, along with an estimate(s) for appropriate remedial works. With over 60 years' combined experience, you can expect the very best - from your first contact with Pass & Co. through to the receipt of your 30 year guarantee certificate (where applicable).
We also offer free re-inspections for up to one year following treatment.

We had damp in the kitchen from a damaged DPC. A quick survey followed by a prompt cure sorted the problem so there will be no more dampness - totally confident from their knowledge and approach this will be a final solution. Pass and Co. protected our attic and roof space against dry rot and beetle infestation when we moved in several years ago and have always given us the confidence that they can find a solution to such matters. Overall I was very pleased with the service received. The only negative was that when the contractor came to put in the new damp course, he said he should be able to leave the skirting board in place. Luckily I had asked this question of the surveyor who had said it would need to be removed as likely to be rotten. The contractor agreed to remove it & the skirting board was rotten.
